Amazing host, great place, and overall very very helpful throughout the trip with any questions or accommodations we needed. Definitely will be booking again in the future!

My family and I stayed at Jennifer's property to celebrate my babyshower and the arrival of our baby boy. It was a beautiful home inside out and from top to bottom, our guests were in awe as were we! Jennifer and Ms. Shirley were the absolute BEST, responded to every question we had with great swiftness. I cannot forget to mention upon arrival there was a babyshower gift waiting for us, it brought me to tears! The care was in every detail and the generosity was unmatched, we felt like family! I could go on and on about our stay, it was just that amazing. On check-out day there was definitely some disappointment, because we didn't want to leave lol. We truly thank everyone who plays apart in keeping the property up and running, we were blessed to find your peaceful home in a time that could have been so stressful. One of our new favorite places! ❤️

The place was exactly like described in the listing. We did have issue with keypad checking in but the issue was resolved immediately. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Can’t say enough good things about the place. My kids had a blast (almost 6 and 8). When i say they loved it, the LOVED it. The TV “room” upstairs is to die for. Must be a 100 inch tv on the wall. The pool is amazing, hot tub, pool table for the adults, awesome dock (neighbors that can deliver a boat for rent right next door - also super friendly) and great little arcade game set up (my son became quite infatuated with the golf game). Bonus to get to bring my pup who also enjoyed. Truly can’t say enough good things about this place. Plenty of beds (especially if your spouse leaves his CPAP at home). Could easily fit 2 families of 4/5 very comfortably. 10/10. Kids were ready to move.

Great accommodations. Super clean. Master bathroom and bedroom were better than expected. Great water temperature and good pressure, plus a forgot me pack in each bathroom. “q-tips and hygiene packs”. Lounge couch in the living room and nice kitchen. Washer and dryer worked great. Great price point and good location. Thanks for the stay!

We had a lovely stay at Elias’s home while helping out our son & his family’s 4th arrival. Beds were very comfortable. Location can’t be beat! Close to restaurants, retail stores lots of towels and very nice washer & dryer. House is located right next to access to the community trail (although we had no time to walk on it) would definitely rent again when visiting out son)!

We were a family of 6 and We stayed 4 days. The house was beautiful in a nice neighborhood. Publix, Starbucks, Walgreens, whole food market and places to eat were less than a mile away, which was very convenient. Other places were still all around the area and easy to get to in less than 15 minutes. Our family loved how beautiful the inside of the house was and the pool area. They were also very accommodating as far as already having toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, dish washing liquid, kitchen utensils and cookware, coffee accessories, amongst other things that typically we have to go buy ourselves. It was nice to just walk in and start vacation. Each bedroom was spacious and had its own Tv which gave all of my kids and husband their own place to retreat too when they needed their time. We spent most of the time at the pool which was perfect for our family of all ages. We had THE BEST trip and will stay again in the future if the situation arises.

Dr. Stephanie was easy to work with. Communication was great. Would stay there again.

Came for a visit from Florida with my husband and kids to visit my daughter and it was perfect. It was a beautiful home and had all the needs available. John was responsive and had a detailed booked of everything needed. The house was beautiful and I will be returning for sure

We had a great stay. It was convenient and very close to shopping areas and also to the base. Very pleased.

This was my second time at Jennifer’s and again it was without fail that everything was wonderful. She supplied all the needed essentials, dinnerware, pots and pans, toaster, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer, detergent. You think of and it was available. The consistency in how and what she provides is incredible. Home away from home makes for a great relaxing experience. Thank you for all that you do.

This place is a great place to stay to get away for the weekend or a little trip. Very private and peaceful place, feels just like home !. I definitely would book Tyler’s’ place again ! The house looks just like the pictures shown !

A perfect Retreat for me; Cozy, Private and Convenient! My Stay at John and Pattie's Cozy Bungalow is perfect when I come visit my family. It is simple and clean with nice homey touches. It's private and peaceful. It's a nice little escape. Despite its serene atmosphere, the bungalow is remarkably close to so many attractions, offering the best of both worlds. I love the option of strolling to the grocery store and there's also a wonderful Chinese restaurant. A huge bonus for quick and delicious meals. The bungalow itself lives up to its "cozy" name-it's charming, simple, comfortable and clearly well maintained. I highly recommend this bungalow to anyone seeking a peaceful and private retreat that still offers incredible access to amenities and the vibrant Columbia area. Lake Murray and Dreher island are also two amazing highlights to visit while there. Lake Murray dam walk has views of lake and city Skyline John and Pattie are wonderful hosts! I look forward to my next visit...

Loved staying here! In town to visit family and this place was a perfect spot for us, two couples and a baby. Paul was very responsive and the place was spotless. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was stunning! The pictures doesn’t do it justice. The house was spacious. Fully equipped with any little detail you can think of if not more than what you can think of. The decor was very well put together loved the details/themes. Loved the upgrades! Literally tv in every space. Plenty of store and food options nearby . This host was very responsive and accommodating. Perfect location for the colonial Life center 15 mins away. Downtown is about 12 mins away. The beach is about an hour and half away. Also the welcome packet had plenty of suggestions nearby. This by far has been the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. I’ll definitely will be back!

Lynn was a great host! Checked on us and the house was nice! Perfect for what we needed. Roomy and comfortable. It felt like home.

Patricia made us feel very welcome! The home was very private and quiet. Great location for families and pets. We felt very safe.

What we loved most about Lakisha's was the back yard space! Private with comfortable seating options and surrounded by trees and visited by lots of song birds! We spent lots of time there. The house was very clean. The color scheme throughout was chic and relaxing. She has just about every kitchen gadget (blender etc) you would want! The bedroom had the feel of a spa and the bed was so comfortable with nice linens. It was very helpful to have the large closet with and iron and ironing board1 Both bathrooms were lovely - it is really nice to have that extra half bath! I was working on a photo book project and there was a perfect table downstairs to spread out for that and plenty of other places to set up our computers etc. We loved that Lakisha provided games. There were lots of lights, outlets, ceiling fans and remotes to operate all those things. The Wifi never failed us! Lakisha was very responsive and helpful!

This home is absolutely stunning! The pictures truly don't do it justice; it's even more beautiful in person. The space was immaculate, stylish, and so comfortable.
