We are 12 minutes to Vergennes restaurants and shops, 25 minutes to Middlebury and 45 minutes to Burlington

Welcome to the Nease Camp Cottage! Our property is at the end of a private road on Lake Champlain north of St. Alban's Bay with some of the best sunsets in the world. The shale-covered beach includes use of the dock, canoes, rowboat, hammock, & a fire pit. (The ladder to the loft in pictures has been replaced by a spiral staircase.) Teeny Tiny Cottage on Lake Eden Water Front

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2), kayaks, (1) two man canoe, dock spaces for rent for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

Enjoy the western sunsets from the wrap around porch or the array of windows. This is a cute getaway cottage with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a full size bed , indoor & outdoor dining tables & fire pit with chairs to sit around. There’s a small electric fireplace in the living room and two wall heaters to help with the cooler nights. The camp has well water which does have a sulfur smell but has been tested and is safe. Wifi is available but there is no tv.
