Vacation rentals with beach access in Saint Albans Town

I reserved Nancy’s place as a gift for my parents’ 70th birthday, and they loved it! They particularly appreciated the peaceful surroundings, beautiful backyard, and Nancy’s hospitality.

What a lovely place! Carlene was gracious and warm, and answered all our questions. And the apartment is lovely and very comfortable. And the view out the wall of windows looks over Lake Champlain, offering superb views and still preserving privacy. The yard is large and immaculately maintained, and the nearby causeway offers a trail to bicycle and walk with the lake on either side. I would definitely come back here again. Note that the drive to downtown Burlington is lengthier than I anticipated--about 40 minutes, depending on time of day. However, the seclusion of this home by the lake is what made it so worthwhile.

We would like to thank Ervina for a wonderful stay. Shes just minutes away from Burlington, and less than a mile from the bike path, which was the reason for our visit to Vermont. She allowed us to store our bikes in her garage. The portion of her home we stayed in had a separate entrance and was very clean. The bed was comfy, the shower was powerful. Had a living room to spread out and a kitchen if we needed. And when we screwed up and locked ourselves out, she was quick to respond. If you are a biker, I highly recommend the Burlington Greenway to the South Hero Island, you'll ride over a causeway to a ferry to finish biking on the island. Ervina's place is the perfect spot, you can ride the Greenway all the way down to Burlington which is a beautiful city. The path is smooth asphalt, wide, and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed our stay with Ervina!

Tanner's place was picture perfect, with attention to the additional touches that visitors appreciate. Very comfortable and spacious, with intentional design and elevated quality. Although the weather didn't cooperate with our visit, you have a lovely little private deck area, you are less than a block from the water-front, and less than a mile from the cutest drive-in with the best fries you have ever had! I also recommend you check out Golden Hour - the sweetest little shop, in the most unassuming little strip of shops, just minutes away. Tanner was a very responsive communicator and very clear and easy house rules. Highly recommend!

Brian’s place was great. What set it apart were the personal touches. Arriving to a fresh baked loaf of sourdough bread and tons of snacks and drinks was a huge plus after a long day of travel! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to most anything you’d want to do. The apartment was clean and beds were comfy. Plenty of games and coloring supplies for the kids to use as well. The AC setup is not ideal for keeping the 2nd bedroom cool, but the one in the master bedroom worked well. Bill who owns the property and lives next door was sure to welcome us upon arrival and offered help with anything we may need. I’d definitely recommend staying here for your time in Colchester.

Unfortunately, our plans changed at the last minute and we weren’t able to stay at Silvia’s place. But I wanted to leave a positive review anyway because we have stayed at her property before and had a great experience. Silvia is excellent at communication and the property is just as described. Next time we are in the area we would definitely stay there again.

There were a couple of little problems that Judd immediately fixed and Monica was very responsive, thanking me for the information. My friend and I felt at home in the “treehouse” especially liking the two separated sleeping spaces! After sharing small hotel rooms, this was heaven. The apartment is full of art and light!!! I’m rethinking my own home after two days there. We appreciated the cooperative market a block away and the nearness to walking paths to parks by Lake Champlain. The “treehouse” is an Airbnb gem!!

We had an amazing stay at Bjorn's beautiful home where it was as picture-perfect as advertised! It is a gorgeous and modern home that was clean, well-stocked, and uniquely designed in such stunning surroundings (even in the rainy weather!). We cannot recommend Bjorn's home enough and are so appreciative of his accommodations in helping us celebrate our Middlebury grad!

We had a great stay at Peter’s - it’s a beautiful piece of property right on the water with stunning views from inside and out. Place was very clean and had all the amenities listed plus some. Peter was a very responsive and accommodating host. There are a few restaurants, stores, and a state park nearby (short drive) and not too far from areas such as Burlington and Waterbury. The family had a great time fishing, playing in the large yard & on the sandy beach area, and roasting s’mores over the fire pit in the evening. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing getaway!

Chloe was a great host! Checkin was very easy. The location is beautiful. Perfect for my family of 5 and our 2 dogs. Highly recommend!

Great stay! The place was clean, quiet, and in a very central location. Helena was responsive and made everything easy. Would definitely recommend.

Dana is a wonderful home owner. She has a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Its out of town, but close to everything. And has everything you need to make you feel right at home.

We enjoyed our stay at Kathleen’s house very much. There were 6 of us; my family and my brother’s. The house was very cozy with an open kitchen and living room space with high ceilings. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed and many things we didn’t expect like breakfast foods, coffee, etc. The two bathrooms were both spotless and had lots of nice soft towels. The outdoor furniture was very nice and new and the property is private and nicely maintained. A few of us also enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake directly across the street. We were attending a family reunion at a house on the same street so the location was extremely convenient. We liked this house so much we would like to book again for our future reunions.

This place was stunning, my first impression was the beautiful view of the water and the mountain range behind. The place was right in my character with its rustic charm. I got up early morning and watch the sunrise over the lake, quiet surroundings, with the peaceful waves crashing ashore, it was heaven. Waking up in the morning to a morning cup of coffee sitting on the dock or the porch was great. I couldn’t have asked for a better place than this. The place is small but was perfect for us. Got a dining table in front of the windows so as you eat you can enjoy the view. If you’re looking for a place to get away from the hustle of the city and enjoy the outdoors this is the place for you. The host answered my questions without issue and didn’t bother us at all. 10/10 would rent again and definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience this beauty. Thank you for a great Fathers Day weekend, we all had a blast!

Our family had tons of fun, laughs, peace, and amazing lake time thanks to the hosts and their amazing home. We hope to come back again and encourage others to check it out too!

Très beau séjour chez Vanessa . Tout était propre et fonctionnel. On a aimé prendre l’apéro sur la terrasse avec vue sur la marina et regarder le coucher de soleil dans les balançoires au bord du lac . Un séjour reposant dans un très bel environnement. Accès à la ville et à l’épicerie à pied . On reviendra .

Cela fait 3 ans que nous allons chez Jonathan et le logement est toujours propre et nous sommes toujours bien accueilli. L’hôte est attentionné et repond rapidement. Le logement est bien équipé et est bien localisé. On se sent comme chez soi! Nous continuons evidemment de le recommander fortement!

Carine and Sébastien's 2br/2bathroom condo is ideally situated- easy walking distance to a large grocery store as well as several cafés and restaurants. It's only a five minute walk to get down to the beach on the lake. We were able to safely store our bicycles on site. We rode to Orford National Park and were on on bike paths all the way. Their property is in a safe and quiet neigbourhood. I unreservedly recommend this listing.

They condo was one of the best 3 we have ever stayed in. We loved and appreciated all the little touches. We were extremely grateful for the wine, chocolates, cookies...it was nice to discover this after our drive. The condo was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it truly is a home away from home. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and didn't want to leave yet! It's a nice 1/2 mile walk to the lake and ice cream:). Restaurants, grocery store and other retail is about a 1 mile walk. We absolutely loved the location. We hope to be back again.

Nous avons passé une super belle semaine dans le condo de Marie-Sophie. Il est super propre et il y a toutes les commodités. Nous avons l'habitude de louer avec Airbnb et ce logement fait partie des mieux équipés que nous avons loué. Il est à proximité de toutes les activités de la charmante région de Magog.

Très propre, très chaleureux. La communication avec l’hôte est très facile. Je n’ai rien à dire d’autre que c’est carrément un must comme endroit. La plage juste à côté à pied c’est un bon plus! J’y étais pour le travail tout près et je compte définitivement y revenir pour un séjour plaisance.
