Private suite vacation rentals in Saigon River

We felt very welcome in Mariam's home. She made us feel at home. The cats are funny, shy and curious and if you love curious cats around you, this is your kind of place. We didn't have enough time to get closer with the dogs but let's see next time. The residential neighbourhood is relaxed and much quieter then downtown. Going around with Grab is quick and easy and cost about 6000-7000 Riel to/from the city center. Thanks for having us in your home!

This was my second stay. There is reason for staying again. Specially, I like the nice view.

This is my second time back at Ton's place. The house & room is beautiful, with a panoramic sea view of Vung Tau on a cascading slope. It's a one-of-a-kind experience, I appreciate the view every morning waking up, which feels like a vacation in Southern French. The room's clean & Ton & Thanh are very kind hosts. Ton's an intellectual with great understanding and expansive knowledge of Vietnam heritage & city development. Our group really enjoys chatting with him. I will for sure come back to this Airbnb for 3rd and 4th time

I brought a 2 year old to stay and had a good experience

Sorry, I haven't been in the room yet, so I can't give an exact review. Today I book this room, my friend Host said that there was someone who booked in advance and arranged me to come by in another room. Clean and airy rooms are located in a very quiet and comfortable building, with Pizza 4P's coffee just opened. High-end furniture, newly built building so look at everything very well. I appreciate this range, however there are some disadvantages such as a soundproof room that is not good (outsiders that I also listen to), the plumbing has a problem of dampening the walls.

MVillage has multiple locations. This one was private and secluded even though situated in a backyard to a busy road. The coffee shop and the amazing 4P pizza adds to the convenience.

Wonderfull house. Very unique design and very quiet. Our room was different from the one on the photo but still was great. I very liked the sunset light. Be careful when you click on address and choose 'show on g00gle map' it shows the wrong location. The host sent me the right coordinate and it was accurate.

I absolutely love this place! I came back here twice already. Nice and calm oasis in the middle of bustling HCMC. Outstanding friendly staff, very helpful. I would come back here every time. Just my favorite stay during my 3 week Vietnam trip.

Nice stay!

Nice little studio apartment with large window and terrace/balcony, clean and modern furnished, fulfills all needs for a comfortable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location in nice neighbourhood with plenty of coffee shops, street bars and restaurants nearby.

We had a wonderful stay! It matched the description perfectly. Everything was squeaky clean and the kitchenette was really well equipped. It is quiet and within walking distance from nice restaurants in D2. Highly recommend😊👌🏼

Cozy space, all full service..

After looking at hotel options in the area, with multiple name changes and scam looking reviews, we decided to check out air bnb. This home was perfect for our family of 4. Great location, clean and comfortable, exactly as listed / pictured. Check in was easy with instructions and lock box. We loved the location and frequently got water and drinks from the lady downstairs. Place was exactly what we needed for our time in Phnon Penh. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and museums and we were only a short ride away from everything else.

I would highly recommend this home for tourists as it's really close to District 1 and the staff is friendly, patient and responsive

The place was very quiet, after only 1 to 2 minutes you can reach many local shops on foot. The room was very clean. Minh Thanh was a very patient and helpful host. For me personally, the best place to stay in Ho Chi Minh so far
