Beautiful, clean and well appointed accommodation, located at a height with a beautiful unobstructed view. The place is quiet, while being ideally located: just a 5-minute drive to the beach and downtown. A small supermarket is within walking distance, very convenient for everyday life. The host was warm, welcoming and extremely responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful villa full of charm just steps from the beach and its sublime corniche. The villa is bright,spacious and comfortable. It has all modern comforts, TV, Wifi and air conditioning.... The house benefits from an XXL swimming pool and a beautiful wooded garden. Several caretakers take turns night and day for perfect peace of mind. We can only recommend it... Go there without a second thought. And finally a big thank you to our host Ilhem for his kindness, availability and all his little touches.

Clean and well-maintained accommodation, exactly as described. Host Aziz is very welcoming, and ABDELLAH was available and helpful throughout the stay. The furniture is in good condition and suitable for families: baby chair, toys and children's bed, baby walker are available. A 4G router is also provided, I used it with my own SIM card, which is very convenient. I recommend it without hesitating! Note: During this period, there may be a few mosquitoes, so a mosquito net or Raid may be useful. I would this place without hesitation!

We had a lovely stay at Samiya's villa in Saïdia. The location is really ideal: you can walk to the beach in a few minutes and there are nice restaurants nearby. The house itself is beautifully decorated in an Italian style, with great attention to detail. What makes it extra special is the minaret-like tower. From the top you have a beautiful view of both the sea and the mountains – that was really enjoyable. In the house there are also beautiful paintings, I think made by the owner himself, which gives it a personal atmosphere. There is plenty of room to relax: billiards, darts and even a garden where you can water the plants. I found that surprisingly soothing to do. In short: a nice place to relax, everything is well taken care of, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Thank you Mahdi and Lela Samiya. Until the next time.

We spent two weeks in Mohamed's well-equipped accommodation overall perfectly matches the photo. welcoming and flexible host on check in time. Only good places, location, apartment, equipment, only small point when you have children, it is the microwave that is missing in the kitchen equipment. If not perfect, I recommend it. 👍
