This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.

Other things: There is no loud music after 10pm. No smoking.

Parking space not available in the building, but there is the possibility of street parking in the immediate vicinity. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has an elevator. Rema 1000 nearby.
