This space is the perfect mix of historic charm and modern design in a beautiful country setting 5 minutes from Millersville University. This buildings age dates to the Early 1800's. It was originally a grist mill that used water from the west branch of the Little Conestoga Creek to power a wheel used to grind flour. The mill has now been turned into a wonderfully updated residence with fantastic views on all sides,including one overlooking the creek. Enjoy the large rooms and peaceful grounds.

Nine of us from 4 different generations came to celebrate a wedding, a birthday and a 39th wedding anniversary. The HOME was lovely and ideal for our family. We loved the location and Kayla made our stay a beautiful memory. We spent time outside on the property and within the home. We slept comfortably on the beds in each of the 4 bedrooms. Our time cooking was extremely productive given all of the kitchen items provided to us. I can easily say that the home in Pequea created the perfect stay for our family to make beautiful memories. Thank you!! 😊

My mother, daughter, and I spent three days at Carol’s place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and inviting. Each of our beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. The bathroom was central to all the rooms and had a nice walk in shower. Plenty of hot water. I especially enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch, sipping my hot tea in the mornings while being serenaded by birds calling to each other. We actually saw two deer walk out the driveway one evening. We each hope to stay here again sometime.

This placed is absolutely beautiful. This is a restored home from the 1750’s. What they did to this place is amazing. So well kept, clean, and the grounds are well maintained. The cow just added to the experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be back for an extended weekend stay in the future.

Our host was very gracious, and the property was peaceful and gave us a chance to enjoy the natural beauty of sunrises, sunset, fresh grass and nature. We were there for an AAU tournament and it was a welcomed part of our day to return there at the end of the athletics. We got a little spoiled because our host shared some of the local treats with us such as eggs and fresh juice. We really enjoyed that.
