This is a private rental accommodation in a renovated 100-year-old house at the foot of the sea and mountains in Echigo-Nanaura. It's too simple a house to be called an old house, but it's new in an old way. I hope you will make this pleasantness one of your travel memories. This is the Mase Coast in Nishikan Ward, Niigata City (formerly Makimachi) 25 minutes by car from Makikata IC on the Hokuriku Expressway, 35 minutes from Sanjo-En IC. The horizon of Echigo Nanaura spreads out below. Take a morning walk on the beach with no one else around. A hiking course that looks like it came out of a Ghibli movie. Nearby, there are cafes in the mountains, away from the crowds, and There is also an Italian restaurant where you can watch the sunset over the sea. You can also spend time relaxing with a bento box from a famous shop in Iwamuro Onsen. Agri-tourism is also being planned so that you can enjoy cooking freshly picked vegetables. This is an old traditional house in the middle of Sado City, Niigata Prefecture, in the Kuninaka Hiranoshinbo district.We renovated a 130-year-old traditional Japanese house built in the Meiji era and opened it as an accommodation.A short walk from the inn, you can see the Kuninaka Plain with its rice fields and see the Akitsuru dance.The owner is a rice farmer, but also runs the Sado Nature School, which navigates the nature of Sado.You can also observe the clear starry sky of Sado while listening to the owner's commentary.Enjoy the nature of Sado and have a relaxing time.

The perfect house for those looking for a bit of quiet and time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. “Asahi” was originally a “Minka,” a traditional Japanese folk house, which we remodeled a few years ago. “Asahi” is one out of three houses on our property and as we rent “Asahi” in its entirety, you’ll be able to enjoy the comforts of your own privacy. The house is comfortable for two but can easily accommodate up to four guests.

Only one customer per day A small and cute Japanese house that was renewed in 2018.You can see the sea and stars on the large wooden deck. I think it will give you time to travel in a good location, which is convenient for sightseeing. There are convenience stores, supermarkets, home centers, and Sawada Bus Center within a 5-minute walk. I would be happy if you could enjoy Sado and enjoy the sea.
