The lower full bath and kitchen / dining room is to the side of the garage, 384 sq feet and lets out to small private patio and attached small greenhouse with citrus trees and herbs.

Pull out sofa and queen bed could accomodate a small family, but it would be a little "cozy." Ideal for 2-3 guests.
