Casa do Avô Xico

Casa do Avô Xico was built in granite over 200 years ago, but the interior has been completely refurbished to provide you with all the comfort, in the middle of nature and in absolute peace. It consists of 2 floors, an exterior courtyard on the ground floor and an exterior courtyard at the level of the first floor. The r/c includes a living room, dining area, kitchen and social wc. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, in addition to a full toilet.

Another very important aspect of this project stems from the fact that the owner's father has been collecting, for many years, a varied set of agricultural and domestic utensils and also linked to the work of flax that was harvested in the river of Tailors, many of which belonged to his grandparents. They are true museum pieces, which depict life forms that are missing today. These pieces can be seen as an additional hub for the Tower Houses and Tailors.

Welcome to our charming local accommodation house, located in the historic center of Cidade da Guarda, 100 meters from La Vie Shopping Center, 200 meters from Sé Cathedral and 350 meters from the Castle. Close to restaurants and all kinds of services. The house has 2 bedrooms, one of which is an en-suite, a toilet and an equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided.
