Great choice for a peaceful family vacation, excellent choice for tournament fishermen trailering in and out, features a pull through driveway with a 42' covered carport. Very cozy and comfy equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Neighborhood boat launch right down the street, and 6 Mile boat launch a mile further down Hwy 87 if you would want to park at the launch.

It is the perfect place to set camp and enjoy nearby Toledo Bend and Sam Rayburn Lakes, as well as, the Sabine National Forest. A short 15 minute drive to nearby Hemphill will bring NASA fans "Remembering Columbia" museum. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Pineland itself is located halfway between Sam Rayburn Lake and Toledo Bend Lake, a perfect location to launch your fishing adventures. We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard. This house is equipped with all the supplies you'll need for an easy stay, from kitchen equipment and dishes to linens and towels. Currently no WiFi

Brand new 1Bed 1Bath Efficiency Apartment. Downtown Lake community of Hemphill Texas. This is great for retiree. Or someone needed a place while in town for conference or family reunion. Easy access to churches Resturant and entertainment. Only 3 miles from lake. It is on a Main Street. With some noise. No smoking no pets no children. No single adults under 21 years of age can not be in apartment without another adult 21 years or older.
