House vacation rentals in Saanich Core

This was one of the most beautiful and comfortable places we’ve stayed via Airbnb. The home is beautifully provisioned and the yard is fantastic. We loved sitting out back listening to the bubbling water and birds singing. The hosts were friendly and thoughtful. We would definitely choose again and highly recommend.

We really loved the quietness and peacefulness of the place. The layout of the house was awesome. The entertainment was top notch. We even used the gym . I would definitely recommend this place if you are with a group of friends or family gathering!

What a great spot! Nestled in the woods in a peaceful and quiet setting this place is truly one-of-a-kind. The house is very unique with lots of character that sets it apart from the usual stays. It was clean and had all we needed. Our host Gramma Rikki was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, and we could not take advantage of all the outdoor spaces and amenities. We played pool, sat by the cozy fire and did some island exploring by car. All in all it was a very enjoyable and relaxing getaway despite the crummy weather. We hope to return one day and experience everything this wonderful place has to offer.

Matt and Lina’s place was truly an oasis. The seven of us were so comfortable and enjoyed the pool/ hot tub and sauna time. Matt and Lina were fantastic to communicate with. We would highly recommend staying here if you love the peacefulness and privacy of the forest with ALL the amenities.

We were 2 couples visiting the province for a family gathering. This place was absolutely perfect for us! Spacious, clean and beautifully decorated homes. The gardens are gorgeous and we grew attached to all the lovely animals outside the front door! The rural setting was close to all the urban places we visited....and we enjoyed getting to know the surrounding area. Krista was responsive and helpful....and gave us lots of great tips! This is the best airbnb experience we have ever had!

This is a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. The yard and neighborhood are lovely. The decor and art is fun, even has live plants. Beds are comfortable, nice linens. Kitchen is large and well stocked. It is multi level and has stairs in many areas.

We had a small group from work gather at April’s place and it was fantastic. So much space for us to spend time together. Everything was set up for us to have an amazing time: the pool was warm and so clean. There are tons of thoughtful touches in the home and the kitchen is incredibly stocked. It’s just a dream, we are so thankful! Our group wants to come back next year! Thank you!!!!

Wonderful stay, place is beautiful, clean and cozy. Sophie went out her way to make us feel welcome. 20 min away from downtown Victoria and close to a nice beach.

This was truly one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever experienced. The house was immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was spotless and stocked with top-notch amenities, and the bedroom and linens were incredibly comfortable and fresh. The heating system worked perfectly, and the towels were clean and soft — everything in the house felt well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. What really stood out was the electric vehicle charger, which made our trip even more convenient. The breathtaking view of the ocean and the chance to see the tide come in and out so closely added a magical touch to our stay. It was a perfect, relaxing, and romantic getaway — we highly recommend it, especially for couples celebrating a honeymoon or anniversary. We absolutely loved our stay at this home. It felt luxurious and homey all at the same time. Hosts have done an incredible job with this home and we found everything to be above and beyond our expectations. Peaceful, quiet back yard, super fun bbq, and well located to many of Victoria’s offerings. Whole Foods just a few minutes drive away. Extremely beautiful and well appointed kitchen, bedroom layout was ideal and beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend!

It was a wonderful place to stay! I stayed here while at a conference in Victoria. It was a beautiful, peaceful, and quiet place. I enjoyed staying there and I could easily bike to the conference and restaurants downtown. It was also very close to some bike trails for longer bike rides and the neighborhood was stunningly beautiful and quiet.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und hatte alles was man brauchte. Rutendo war immer zu erreichen und hatte klare Anweisungen zum Check-in vorab mit uns geteilt. Die Lage war auch gut, wenn der Stau nach Victoria nicht wäre. Evtl. ist dieser den vielen Baustellen die zur Zeit stattfinden, geschuldet. Ansonsten klare Empfehlung.

Monika’s place was perfect for our one night stay to visit Victoria before catching the ferry back to the mainland. It is small but has everything you need for a quick break and is very comfortable.

Fantastic stay! Perfect for 1-2 people. Quiet. Peaceful. Clamping is a good word for it but don’t let that fool you: the toilet and shower are NICE. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend?

This place is truly stunning. Nicely decorated, very comfortable beds and extremely clean. It's close to nice coffee shops and lovely area to take a walk. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to enjoy Victoria. I wouldn't consider anything else on my next trip to Victoria.

The perfect place to stay for a few days in the Sooke area, secluded and peaceful yet with easy access to local amenities. The inside space was spotless and has been thoughtfully designed and kitted out with quality equipment. And the deck, with its lovely view, is a great spot to end the day with a glass of wine or two. We will 100% return.

We had two people with us who had mobility issues. The house was quite accessible for them, except there is no stand-up shower. We rented a tub transfer bench for the week, which worked fine. The house was well-equipped, and the host was responsive very quickly whenever we contacted him.
