It is located in picturesque Königsberg, surrounded by half-timbered houses and vineyards. In our garden you can relax wonderfully, have a wonderful breakfast in the morning, sit together in the evening and taste the fine wine of the region. The whole garden thrives on a Provencal charisma. The property was formerly the residence of the chemist and industrialist Dr. Auguste Kirchner.

Holiday Home - right in the middle of Germany

Our house is located in a prime residential area and next to the forest. Everything was renovated and lovingly refurnished in 2023. Parking is available in front of the house. The house sleeps up to 10 people. With the house comes a partly covered terrace and a barbecue. Thüringen is famous for its "best bratwurst in the world" and we want you to enjoy to the max. The City center is a 10 min. walk away and restaurant "Berggarten" in the forest with a nice playground about 20 min.

A spacious living area is furnished with comfortable seating, including a sleek black sofa and two armchairs. A glass coffee table sits in front of the sofa. Natural light floods in through large windows overlooking greenery, creating a bright and airy ambiance.
