Quiet and central: "Life is good in Jene!"

I rent out my 34 sqm 1.5 room apartment in the center of Jena. The quiet location in the pedestrian zone allows for short distances to culture, sights, shopping and culinary experiences. But also to the green islands, such as the Botanical Garden, at the Saalestrand and in the Paradies-Park, which are easily accessible by a short walk. Unfortunately, I have to mention the nearby construction site. Since March, there has been considerable construction noise from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm.

Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our small apartment of 30 square meters has everything you need. Well connected and close to the city center. Newly renovated and modernly furnished. In the middle of the traditional district of Wenigenjena. A crib and parking are available on request. Close to local transport and shopping. Private parking right in front of the house can be booked on request for €8 per night. Weekly or monthly discount possible!

We rent our renovated attic apartment (2 floors) on outskirts of Stadtroda in a very quiet location. Access to the apartment is via a separate staircase. On the 2nd floor there are the following rooms: Living area Kitchen Bathroom with shower (from July 2019 also with washing machine) Bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) Children's room with double bed (1.40 m) In the attic there is another room with a double bed (1.60 m) Access to this room is via a steep staircase.

Idyllic duplex apartment with a view of horse paddocks on the outskirts of Jena. Our apartment and practice for couples therapy and coaching is located in an old mill building converted into an apartment building in a village idyll, near a horse stable. Highway and the cities of Weimar, Erfurt and Gera are quickly accessible, as are the hiking trails around Jena and the Saale. The city center of Jena can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Cozy non-smoking 1 room apartment 30 sqm in the city, in quiet side alley below the market. Pubs , cafes , shops and museums in the immediate vicinity. Parking is possible in the public parking lots "Eichplatz" (50m) , "island parking lot" (100m) or the "Seidel parking lot" (on foot 10 min) and in the parking garages (every 50 m away). The most freaky accomodation in Jena. Wooden cottage on steep slope and fantastic view over the city. The highlight is a heatable bathing tub on a big wooden terrace !!! Simple, but cozy accomodation surrounded by gardens and nature. About 30 minutes walking distance to city center. Most suitable for single travellers, groups of two friends and couples.
