In the sunny valley of Zell am See - Kaprun, in a typical Alpine village of Niedernsill, we run our guest house Pension Gassner. We offer our guests comfortable single, double and triple rooms with breakfast and self-catered apartments for up to four or five persons, all with balconies. At the Black Owl

Newly renovated apartment, with stunning views of the valley. The house is the result of the renovation of an old Carnic "stavolo," a stable where animals rested and harvested hay was dried. The Gufo Nero is a cottage suitable for a relaxing vacation spent admiring the view of the Carnic Alps and sipping a good Friulian wine, in front of the fireplace from which a fallen owl was rescued by mistake and blackened by soot.
