We are happy that you are interested in our beautiful 68m² apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, so that you can reach the city center in 10-15 minutes on foot, for example. Nearby there is also a beautiful lake, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot and which you can walk around in about 2h-2,5h with a nice walk in nature. Tastefully and modernly furnished studio with parquet floor, double bed, sofa bed, dining table and kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffee maker), 34 m2 Wifi, towels and bed linen included. Terrace to rest. Please observe the current corona rules. There are two parking spaces at the Schiffbauerdamm. The second is free. (About 5 minutes away) There are parking meters in front of the house: you can only park for free from 19:00 to 9:00.
