Rooyen : Cozy chalet with enclosed garden

Chalet has 4 areas: living/kitchen: gas fire, combi-oven, dishwasher and Nespresso + cooking and dining equipment. From the seat in the living room, you can watch TV (including Netflix, log in to your own account). The sofa is quickly a double bed (1m40x2m). In bedroom, there is 2-person box-spring (1m60x2m). The bathroom has toilet, bath, washbasin, washing machine and hair dryer. In the 4th room there is a foosball table. In order to respect Belgian law, pillows and down are included, but no house linen (bring your own).

Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the center of Breda. 500 meters from the center Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays,(romantic) weekends away and suitable for children and the disabled. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda.
