  • This trip was even more than I could have imagined. Amber has great communication and goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you could need and more. Everything in the house down to the last detail is incredible. An amazing Twilight experience!!

  • My daughter and I are huge Twilight fans, and staying at the Swan house was a dream come true! Amber was wonderful- very responsive. The trip was an early birthday surprise for my daughter, and Amber left a very thoughtful gift. :) Everything about the house was absolutely perfect, and there were even some awesome surprises in the closets! We would love to stay there again…

  • Excellent host and amazing experience!!

  • Truly a dream come true! From the first step inside, we were greeted with a sweet surprise welcome gift for our Anniversary & Valentine’s Day.... this was just the beginning of so many special touches & loving detail found in this AMAZING world Amber & Dean have created for the Twilight fandom! Each part of the house holds secret surprises & easter eggs fans are sure to love. We felt completely at home in the Twilight Swan House & can’t recommend it enough. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Amber & Dean for such a special place!!

  • The Twilight Swan House was so comfortable and spacious. The house itself is gorgeous and the grounds are so well kept. Being within walking distance to downtown was fun, and we enjoyed seeing the wildlife- deer, birds and squirrels! Staying in the actual house used in "Twilight" was a dream come true. I can't wait to return - I've already booked it for a future stay! It's also a great location to stay when you want to see the filming locations of the movie.

    Lissy2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • I don't even know where to begin its like a fantasy dream come true

    Nancy2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Ambience, communication, hospitality, ease of access, cleanliness, local tips, Twilight location tips...everything was perfect!!! Every detail has been well thought out from recreating movie decor to amenities. Amber and Dean were really helpful and quick to respond to inquiries. The house was clean, cozy and felt like home. We’re already trying to figure out when we can return.

  • I went to this lovely forest retreat to have some quiet alone time; as a working mom it feels like o literally need to drive away somewhere to find this peace! Their place is so comfortable, cozy, and relaxing. I loved the luxurious bathroom, the bed is just perfect and the fresh air and solitude was what I needed! When i told Emilia and Chris I was coming as a “mom day off” they got some really cool bath bombs that I definitely used to help me relax even more! They are kind and thoughtful and I highly recommend them as hosts and their lovely place as a perfect getaway. It’s only a 49 minute drive from the airport!

    Randali2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • We’ve really enjoyed staying here. Emilia is a great host, always ready to help. The place is beautiful. The thing we loved the most was Emilia’s property where we’ve allowed to take walks - it’s an incredible piece of forest land and I wish I could spend more time there. Thank you!

    Sofiya2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • This was the second time we’ve stayed here and it’s always a mini vacation. The space is amazing! Its spacious with a large table, small eatery, a large sitting area and open floor plan. So many personal touches that make you feel right at home. The bathroom is where it’s at with this BNB. It features a spacious walk in shower and a two person garden tub that encourages a glass of wine and a good book. It’s the main reason we keep coming back. After you’ve spent enough time relaxing the perfect ending to the night is the bed. That mattress in this space is made with the hopes and dreams of small children. I had the best night of sleep in this bed! Can’t wait to stay again. The next time it will be longer!!!

    Sarah2020-02-29T00:00:00Z
  • 10/10 hands down the best air bnb I’ve come across. The hosts are great, friendly and suuuuuuuper accommodating. This was my second time staying here and I’m definitely going back for more getaways. The place is cute, open and has an awesome decor. The bed is extremely comfortable and the tub is AMAZING. You will definitely not leave disappointed, this place is the best! Will definitely recommend to all family and friends!

    Adriana2020-02-28T00:00:00Z
  • Emilia and Chris’s place is a wonderful and peaceful getaway! I truly enjoyed the time spent here. The space was just beautiful!!

    Isabella2020-02-25T00:00:00Z
  • Emilia and Chris’s place is amazing- the studio is clean, cozy and so cute! The bed was a dream, as was the soaking tub. We were traveling with a toddler, and appreciated that there were some toys and books in the studio. Emilia and Chris were wonderful hosts, very personable and attentive. We also very much enjoyed getting to know their dogs and chickens! :)

    Dawn2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • Highly recommend Emilia and Chris’s AirBnB! The space looks exactly like the pictures. All the features are modern and clean, and Emilia and Chris provided great hospitality. If you’re looking for a romantic stay in the woods, this should be on your list. A town/store is not very accessible so I would recommend planning meals beforehand. We loved our stay!

Open living area with two bedrooms on opposite sides of home. Adjoining bathroom to bedroom. Exquisite Native American artwork carvings and dolls. Welcoming and peaceful. Amazing view overlooking the Columbia River. Within two hours’ drive to north and south sides of Mount St. Helens. Six miles off I-5.
A one-of-a-kind architectural delight, built in the style of Navajo Hogan homes. Within easy driving distance of Portland, OR and Mount St. Helens. Kalama and Woodland, WA offer restaurants and grocery shopping options.
The house is in a very rural setting, at about elevation 1000 ft. You can hear a nearby creek running almost year-round. Eagle and Owl calls are common, and Coyote’s songs are sometimes heard at night. A true delight of Nature’s gifts to the senses!
  • Renée was very friendly and welcoming. Her home is very uniquely designed and we enjoyed learning about the layout and beautiful paintings. The view was lovely, as well!

    Abby2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • Cozy room in the house for 1-2 people. Hosts provided great hospitality and made our stay really enjoyable

    Erin2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful stay - the view from the porch was truly spectacular! The space was cozy, warm & just what we were looking for. We will be back if we're through the area and send loved ones!!

    Tiffany2019-09-28T00:00:00Z
  • Lots of cool artifacts, beautiful view and cute pet dog :)

    Laura2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Renee was very sweet, great with communicating in a timely fashion, and made my boyfriend and I feel so welcome. She gave us a tour of the house and had coffee set up to brew for us each morning. The space itself was as unique as you can see in the pictures! Her mother's artwork was astounding. She gave us some insight on her mother's work/life. The view was honestly one of the best parts. It's far removed from the city sounds and the room allows for so much natural light. We would wake early and sip our coffee on the porch and be greeted by many hummingbirds!! It was comfortable and we didn't mind the small bed and inflatable mattress and commute between Kalama and Portland :) Thank you Renee!!

    Erika2019-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • Renée was very sweet and a wonderful host. She even had coffee and cookies prepared for us in the morning. Her house was clean and I would definitely stay again.

    Bianca2019-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • This is a very interesting home with many meaningful collections. Read the listing carefully. We did not but Renée was very accommodating in setting up an air mattress for us. The home is in a very beautiful area and Renée is knowledgeable about the Mount St.Helen's area.

    Blaine2019-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • It was amazing. The Indian relics and paintings were really impressive. Renee is a most interesting person No doors on bedroom though. The view was extraordinary. I could have sat on the porch all night it was so beautiful. It was a unique experience you won’t want to miss

The Little House on the Hill was built from pallet wood by my uncle over 20 years ago. It has about 300 sq. ft. of usable space. Decor is Native American. Rustic feel with relative privacy. Access to washer/dryer/ wi-fi in main house. Can hear creek in gully over the hill. Enjoy the possibility of seeing a pair of eagles soar overhead, or hummingbirds coming to feed. Fun little getaway to get back to the simple things!
The Little House has a single bedroom with twin bed ( additional twin air mattress available, if needed), two dresser drawers for clothing, night stand and lamp. . The adjoining bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower, equipped with a tankless hot water heater. The common living room/kitchenette area has a couch and chair, , small table and chair, microwave and mini-fridge. French Press, teapot and basic dishes and utensils are provided.
Within six miles of Woodland or Kalama, WA. About 45 minute drive from Portland Oregon. Within a couple hour!s drive to Mount St. Helens.
  • Very clean and cute space. The location is perfect as it is close to freeway access but still far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet the surrounding nature brings. Really enjoyed my stay!

    Stacey2019-09-17T00:00:00Z
  • Renées place is a real gem for those who like tranquility, and wants peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Renée was so welcoming and I felt at home right away. The little house is wonderful and she was also very positive about me bringing my dog with me. They have a gorgeous view from the house and just the house it self has a wonderful story to it. I highly recommend Renées place.

    Maria2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Renée was very flexible with check in tumes and qas an overall fantastic host. I 100% recommend staying here! The house is nestled against a beautiful forest and sits on top of a hill with beautiful views. Also, her dog is adorable and very sweet!

    Kseniya2019-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • If you want to relax, take in some sunsets, enjoy local small town hospitality, this place is for you. Go with an open mind, accept what is there, make it work & relax. If you’re after hotel standards, but boring? This place may not suit.

    Roy2019-08-26T00:00:00Z
  • Oh my gosh. If you want a secluded area, a place to think and get away from it all, this is the place. One morning I sat on the deck in front of the log house, and as I looked up, I noticed the Columbia river directly in front of me while humming birds were flying all around. The trees, shrubbery, and mountain air completed this breathtaking moment. A wonderful experience all around. Thanks Renee.

    Michael2019-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Renee and her dog were absolutely amazing. They both gave my husband, my dog, and me the warmest of welcomes and her space was incredibly charming. The view was unbeatable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

    Lily2019-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • The place was adorable, we loved the decorations. It was a tad difficult to find at night (about 11pm) but not terrible. We wish we could've stayed longer. But was perfect for us. Renée was understanding and was right there to meet us! Definitely would go back.

    Gabrielle2019-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • We booked a stay at Renée’s for 25 days while we moved to the area. We found an apartment within the first few days, so we were only there for eleven days, but those days we were there, Renée was awesome! You can't get a much better price for your own unit. The surrounding woods are beautiful and you've got easy access to the 5. Renée made our stay amazing and is a lovely host! The space is extremely accurate to photos and offers a nice, relaxing stay.

Welcome to our home! We're settled in the country where it's nice and quiet, but close to all of the action! No more than 20 mins to fishing, sports, concerts, casino, PDX, downtown Portland AND Vancouver. We’re 3 miles to the Clark County Event Center and Sunlight Supply Amphitheater. Dogs are welcome but they must be friendly with other dogs and there’s a $10/nt/dog fee. See notes on booking your pets. Check out our Quiet Room in the Country room if this listing isn't available!
Our home is truly nestled in the country so it's very quiet out here. However, we are 3 miles from I-5 which gets you everywhere quickly. This is a home for people who love dogs. Gabby and Ollie are our sweet dogs that just want all of your attention, but they will bark at you when you walk through the front door. Your well behaved dog/s are welcome, but our little guys will bark at them until they've gotten their smelling in. We have 2 guest rooms available, so you may be sharing the bathroom with another guest.
We are close to everything you need, although you will need a car to get there. We have wineries, breweries, cities, rivers, mountains... anything and everything you need, all close by. This is an excellent central point for wherever you want to go!
  • This was a perfect airbnb experience. It was the first time I've rented a room in a house as I was traveling alone. It worked out very well. The room is very spacious and comfortable and there is a bathroom right down the hall. It felt like a private space, although you are in the host's house. I had a friendly interaction with the hosts and made some tea in their kitchen. I felt welcomed but not imposed upon in any way. I would recommend this airbnb to others.

  • After a super hard day of travel I was so grateful how welcomed and comfy I felt! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the bed is crazy comfy. Thoughtful touches abounded including seeing my name on the door to my room. The dogs are so darn cute and sweet. I wish I’d had more time to enjoy it. The location is out in the country so it’s quiet with a picturesque view in the morning.

  • A cozy little place perfect for one or two guests. Close to town and not a far drive to Portland. Everything you need for a comfortable stay including a warm heater for the chilly nights. Tim was also a pleasure to speak with and very hospitable.

  • Everything you need in one efficient layout. Love the home away from home vibe. Nice places to walk about. Quiet, cozy, comfortable.

    Aurelio2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at this little apartment! Everything was super clean, they had extra towels and blankets, and we really appreciated the reserved parking spot along the fence. The drive to and from Portland wasn’t bad - about 30 minutes but the view on the road that takes you in and out was gorgeous. The location is great, there’s a bunch of places to eat (try out Scappoose Bagels) and two grocery stores right down the road. This place had everything we wanted!

  • Hattan House is a renovated home close to the center of St. Helens, so it is near the Columbia River shore, and a bevy of small shops. It has a beach-front vibe and parking. I stayed for a couple weeks, and it was delightful and charming, and served my needs admirably. I was in an upstairs BnB, and the stairs were a bit steep if someone has disabilities, but I didn't, so it was just fine. There were deer in the back yard, and tables outside for al fresco dining, and board games in the cupboard. It is well fitted-out.

  • Nathan's place exceeded our expectations! It was a private, modern and cozy space located in a wonderful neighborhood that was easy to locate. I have stayed at many Air BnBs for work and travel and this space was chosen because of the pictures and location. Everything shown and described is accurate and pristine. I would highly recommend this space for anyone traveling in the Vancouver area because it is simply amazing!

The horses like to interact and love carrots.
Our neighbors have horses who love attention (and carrots).

So many things to love about this Airbnb: Wood burning heater, warm comfortable bed, Keurig for coffee/tea, Direct TV, a nice kitchen area with a welcoming bowl of crispy delicious apples all in a stand alone cottage! A wonderful experience!

Bright and airy location near to everything. Five miles to the WSU campus. Quick access to the 405 and 5 expressways. Portland is only 15 minutes away, if you time the traffic correctly. Walk the beautiful Salmon Creek trail nearby or lounge on the covered porch and watch the birds flitter through trees in the lush backyard green space.
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Salmon Creek this is perfect if you are looking for a little quiet, but something close enough to the bustle of a city. The house is within a ten minute walk to a large park, a Starbucks, and another fifteen to the Fred Meyer grocery store if you forgot anything. The spacious backyard surrounded by a quintessential Pacific Northwest grove of trees gives you the feel of the country with the convenience of a suburb. The room is a studio suite attached to the main house. It is perfect for 1-2 guests. While the room can host three people, it will feel more compact and the extra bed is an air mattress. Oh and there is a door on the bathroom.
This is a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. There is very little street traffic and walking seems to be a trend. There are two dogs next door, but they are on the opposite side of the house.
  • This is by far the best location in Vancouver. It is perfect. Great location and clean, comfortable accommodation. Loved the goodies and extras that Dallas gives her guest. Value is incredible.

Secluded sanctuary in the woods on 5 acres with mountain views. Near Sauvie Island and only 15 mins to DT Portland. Great hiking trails and right next to Wildwood Golf course. Separate entrance, includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area and private outdoor patio with hot tub!! Several rescue animals reside on our property and although we have not taken the leap to become a true non-profit staying here helps provide for them.
The location is the best part. You'll feel the relaxation of the country and the woods but you are still close to the city. Our property is 5 acres with a beautiful view of Mount Saint Helens, Mount Adams and Mount Hood. It's also peaceful and fun to share the space with several rescue animals that have been given the chance to share our little slice of paradise. Activities close by: - Wildwood Golf Resort - right next door: www.golfingwildwood.com - Forest Park - Hiking http://www.forestparkconservancy.org/forest-park/ - Trail of Shrines Hike is amazing only 6 miles away in Scappoose, OR - Sauvie's Island - only 4 miles away, beaches, farmers markets and lots of fun. http://sauvieisland.org/ - Scappoose Bay Paddling Center - 6 miles away https://nextadventure.net/scappoose-bay-paddling-center.html - St Johns - restaurants, shopping and fun https://www.travelportland.com/article/st-johns/
  • We stayed at 2 actual Bed and Breakfasts before this and this was actually pretty comparable to that experience. It is a fantastic place, close to portland, but more secluded and relaxing! Would 100% Recommend, and stay again! Everything was clean and wonderful! Great movie selection, the fireplace was super cozy, the hot tub was perfect, and the snacks were such a thoughtful touch!!

  • Perfect place! Super clean and super nice hosts

    Jaden2020-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • Ally is an incredibly thoughtful hostess and kind person. She helped with suggestions for local entertainment, shopping, food, and hiking. All communication was very thorough and prompt. The space was quiet, beautifully decorated with a modern and relaxing feel, and sparkling clean. The location was perfect as it was just a few minutes from the edge of the city nestled in a beautiful forest area. We had a great time learning a bit about the rescue animals and getting to pet a few of them! We would love to stay again when we visit the Portland area!

    Shad2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • Clean. Cute. Very sweet people, everything was super easy and smooth. Looooove their hot tub so much, definitely one of the highlights. One things I will say that I completely forgot to think about is that they do live on a farm with animals, so of course it smells like that. The smell surprised me at first but then I was like-duh. But I was raised on a farm so the smell was actually very familiar and warm to me :)

    Andrea2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Ally’s was fantastic. They have a great spot nestled in the woods not far from Portland and main highways. They have great amenities including a hot tub, lovely fireplace, diffusers and snacks for guests. Thanks so much for the great stay!

  • Tonya really put a lot into the retro look of this space. It is super cozy with everything you could ever want for a perfect stay! I had an unfortunate event take place right before I left Cali for my stay, which set me back from my initial planned stay, Tonya was incredibly understanding to human circumstance. That was much appreciated. She gave me really good recommendations without even needing to ask. Everything in the home is sparkling clean and really cute. WELL worth the price! Thank you Tonya & Family😊

    Gina2019-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • A beautifully curated space with all the touches we needed for a relaxed and comfortable stay. I was especially excited about the natural products and (optional) natural essential oil diffuser that was available. The space was bright and lovely, and the host, Tonya, was so warm and helpful.

    Lauren2019-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • If I could give a 10 star review I would!! Tonya has undoubtedly been our favorite host thus far. We ran into an emergency situation (popped tire), which landed us in Woodland, WA. Not only did Tonya welcome us at ~10PM at night, the studio was spotless and so cute!! The kitchen and bathroom are perfectly stocked with everything you may need, the bed/pillows are super comfortable, and there is even air conditioning in the unit for the hot summer days! Tonya was super easy to communicate with, and she even provided advice for places to eat nearby, toys for our daughter to play with during our stay, and some plums/cucumbers/blackberries from her garden. She completely went out of her way for us. Her and her family are so incredibly sweet. If we are passing through Woodland again and needing a place to stay, we would absolutely stay here again!! :) We absolutely loved our time here at this AirBNB!!!!!

Scappoose Creek Inn is on the remaining 4 acres of a 400 acre dairy farm. While the cows are long gone, we do have llamas and chickens.
The Wrong room has a queen bed, roll top desk, electric fireplace and a bathtub/shower combination. It has windows on two sides with views of our llama pasture and field. The room is located in the main farmhouse of our Bed & Breakfast. The rate of $70/night does not include breakfast. There is a breakfast nook that all guests have access to, which includes a microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, refrigerator and tables & chairs. The Wrong room is located in the same wing as the Wright Room, so if you are looking for two rooms together you can book them both.
We are located across the street from the Scappoose Airpark. The airport is home to private prop planes and a few businesses. There is also a small county park.
  • Great accommodation!

    Joel2019-12-22T00:00:00Z
  • Great accommodation. If we had not found a nice accommodation in Portland, we would have liked to stay longer. Everything was very nice. A bit of aircraft noise from the small airport you have to accept. Did and did not bother as rest seekers. The air conditioning was a bit too cool for us, as common for the European in the US. And a little noise from the AC (?) On the roof next to the bathroom are striking for the country atmosphere, annoying and personally not very. It is a pity that it is not quite quiet in the country. Overall, really great !!

  • We stayed at the rhododendron house for a horse show in Ridgefield. This house was only 5+ minutes away from where we needed to be. My favorite “special touch” was the singing frogs! They sang all night, outside, and it just added to ambiance of being surrounded by nature. It was very relaxing to fall asleep to, like one of those “soothing sounds of nature” sleep playlists.

We have access to all the amenities of a small town but when you walk through the door, that world falls entirely away. A beautiful creek borders our acre of land where more than one deer, crane or eagle has been sighted. Please note: this bedroom is up a flight of 15 stairs to the second floor.
Friendly neighbors who care and watch out for one another. Close to the store, restaurants and theatre.
  • A charming place, with a friendly, engaging host.

Come to beautiful Sauvie Island, and stay on a working family farm, in a special rural area only a few miles from Portland. Enjoy visiting the seasonal on site u-pick farm and walk to bird watching, bike riding, enjoy the beaches, and country scenery!! Inquire about available large vehicle parking for trailers, RV, and boat. Hunters and Fishermen will enjoy the plentiful local access to try your luck!!
You will see plenty of open space, but don't be fooled! We are a working farm, so children are welcome but need to be watched carefully, as equipment may appear in the area at any time. There is also parking for RVs, boats, and large vehicles. The hosts are available to answer questions about activities on the days you will be there.
  • A quiet clean retreat out in the countryside. Always enjoyed & appreciated as I stay frequently. Extra added seasonal decor as well, often in season fruit & veggies are also an incredible touch & treat left by David often for enjoyment. A real gem. Bo

Studio Filled with Light Overlooking Outdoor Space with Porch Overlooking the Park, Private Bathroom & Kitchenette
Enjoy this cozy private studio apartment with high ceilings, oversized window with natural southern light, private bath with shower and kitchen area.
Heart of Downtown Ridgefield with Small Town Roots & Walkable to Restaurants. Across from Overlook Park with River View. Near railroad tracks with train vibrations and sounds.
  • This is my favorite BNB to date! The unit is beautiful, new, clean and was everything we were looking for. The oversized windows allowed for lots of natural sunlight which made the room a happy space. The bed was super comfortable yet firm enough for our backs and the bedding and towels were of excellent quality. Kristen’s responses were immediate and her knowledge of the area and happenings was impressive. The location of this BNB was perfect. Everything in downtown Ridgefield was within walking distance. There is a peaceful overlook across the street of the Wildlife Refuge which is a huge plus for nature/bird livers and the river is just minutes away. This BNB is a breath of fresh air for anyone looking for peace and comfort.

Our guesthouse in the country is a quiet studio fully equipped with all the necessities. We are located on a couple acres just outside Portland. There is tons of green space and you will see some farm animals. Enjoy the serenity away from the city with easy access to it. We are minutes away from access to the river for kayaking and/or fishing. A short drive to amazing hiking trails and Sauvie Island. Easy access to the coast. Abundant bird life for the enthusiast.
Our property backs up to green space for lush landscape scenery and abundant wild birds for the enthusiast to enjoy. Ask the man of the house. He's our resident bird nerd and can help with identifying them. We have goats and chickens, a llama, turkeys and rabbits and an old lady dog who doesn't care to socialize with other dogs, but loves to get attention of the human kind. Our neighbors have sheep and goats and you will see them just on the other side of the fence. It is quiet out here and you will hear roosters crowing and coyotes yipping. However, you won't hear sirens and city traffic.
We are very close to Sauvie Island and Forest Park as well as the river. A short drive will get you to all the city has to offer. Our neighborhood is small and quiet and we all look out for one another.
  • What a beautiful property and Holly is such a sweet, fun host! It's a tranquil, charming space with loads of room to roam. I would recommend this space for anyone traveling near Portland, or for Portlanders who want a sweet respite from the city, this would make an excellent retreat.

    Kelli2020-03-11T00:00:00Z
  • Holly graciously let my sister and mother in law stay in her space while they were in town for a funeral. They said that the peaceful setting and cozy lodgings were a welcome reprieve, that the bed and couch were very comfortable. My sister and mother are not city people, and were happy to have someplace that felt more rural and peaceful while still being close enough to Portland to attend the functions there. She also provided DELICIOUS eggs that they enjoyed every morning. Thanks for making my in laws cozy during their stay, Holly!

    Naomi2020-03-09T00:00:00Z
  • Cute and quaint

    Garrett2020-01-11T00:00:00Z
  • The layout of the home worked really well for our kids and us. We were greeted by Phil soon after arrival and got a chance to meet Holly feeding the animals the next morning. My kids absolutely loved the animals especially one of the turkeys. Holly was kind enough to let the kids feed the goat and chickens and we had a wonderful chat with Holly about the farm. The location is quiet and peaceful and we all got good rest there.

Lots of outdoor patio space with woods and all of the wild animals that accompany it. Close freeway access, grocery store, casino, and much more! He went above and beyond to provide outstanding accomodations and I was lucky enough to meet and chat with him for a bit. Great guy! I have no doubt that he will be a superhost in no time. His place is brand new and outfitted with everything you could need whether you're there for just a weekend or an extended trip. Sparkling clean, stylishly decorated and located on a beautiful riverfront property. I hope I get a chance to stay here next time I'm back in the area!

Welcome to our home! We're settled in the country where it's nice and quiet, but close to all of the action! No more than 20 mins to fishing, sports, concerts, casino, PDX, downtown Portland AND Vancouver. We’re 3 miles to the Clark County Event Center and fairgrounds/Sunlight Supply Amphitheater. Dogs are welcome but they must be friendly with other dogs and there’s a $10/night/dog fee. See notes on booking your pets. Dogs are not to be left unattended unless arranged with us prior.
Room 1 has a queen bed, closet and dresser. Room 2 has a king bed with a dresser. Both rooms share a bathroom. Kitchen, laundry, patio and parking are all shared. Our home is truly nestled in the country so it's very quiet out here. However, we are 3 miles from I-5 which gets you everywhere quickly. This is a home for people who love dogs. Gabby and Ollie are the sweetest dogs that just want all of your attention, but they will bark at you when you walk through the front door. Your well behaved dog/s are welcome, but our little guys will bark at them until they've gotten their smelling in.
We are close to everything you need, although you will need a car to get there. We have wineries, breweries, cities, rivers, mountains... anything and everything you need, all close by. This is an excellent central point for wherever you want to go!
  • Barbara & Ryan are very welcoming hosts, offering a quiet, comfortable, private space that is dog friendly! Close to the Clark County Event Center, food & shopping (and the I5), but in the countryside. We felt right at home and would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area. Lovely!

  • A couple of friends and I were doing a road trip up to the PNW. We had multiple homes that we stayed at, but we booked this one the longest. We were one of their first guest, and let me say... this place is amazing.... The beauty outside the home is unreal, and the home is amazing as well. Barb and Ryan, were absolutely fantastic to us, and are great hosts. Very friendly people. A+ for how welcome they made us feel. Even little touches such as watching a movie on their tv at the end of the day, and Ryan coming up and turning on their surround sound. If you need a place to stay for Southern Washington/Portland area, this is the place to go!

We have a private full bathroom, small fridge, and access to a beautiful full kitchen. Scappoose to Portland is a 30 minute drive. Sauvie Island is 10 min away. We are minutes to Scappoose Bay for kayaking, waterboarding and we have lots of hiking trails! Dogs welcome for $5 per day fee.
Our home is quite large and very quiet. It begs you to relax and listen to the peaceful sounds that the breeze and the birds have to say . Day dreaming on either decks is easy to do. Ask me for some tea to enjoy your relaxation.
Quiet, retired and high on the hill side

Sunny, private room in friendly house. This is an 8 acre working farm where you can build a fire in the fire pit or BBQ. You'll be greeted by our turkey who will court you with tail feathers ablaze as he struts his regal welcome. Try your hand at egg collecting, and if you're so inclined you can pet and feed the birds. We’re on a private lane just one mile from the interstate 5 corridor for easy access to Portland, Vancouver, hiking, boating...one foot in the country and one foot in the city.
Our property is located in the rolling hills of Ridgefield, WA. Close to WSU, Washington State Fairgrounds, Ilani Casino, Paradise Point State Park, and the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge, just 30 minutes from downtown Portland, and 12 mins from Downtown Vancouver. Parks, great views, wonderful local, farm fresh grocery stores, and fun restaurant dining opportunities.... You’ll love our place because of the location which offers the quiet, rustic, pastoral joys of the country whilst having easy access to the city - just 1.75 miles from Interstate 5. Chickens and ducks offer fresh eggs, and the horses out in the pasture are all part of the pastoral experience here. The views are spectacular and you will immediately relax leaving the stress of the city behind. The outdoor space offers a fire pit for evening campfires, and a rustic porch rocking chair to remind you of a simpler life.. A great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with kids.
  • We had a wonderful time. Suzanne and Steve were very hospitable. It was a comfy and cozy stay with warm conversations, beautiful and calming outdoor views and delicious farm fresh eggs in breakfast.... Couldn’t have asked for more.

Their home is in a very beautiful setting in the country but within close proximity to many amenities and Portland. The room and even the closet were quite spacious and very comfortable. The fresh eggs were definitely a plus! It is a very special place - I miss their home already, and have no hesitation about returning there. Thank you so much!!!

  • We are grateful for the "real" AirBnB experience. Suzanne and Steve are great hosts (as are you, Sherri), and their farm is a neat place. My son particularly enjoyed meeting the turkeys, looking for chicken eggs, and getting to be there to see some baby chicks hatch. Thanks also for a lovely breakfast to pick us up in the morning after our late flight!

  • This was second time staying at Brian and Hopes place. We are always made to feel right at home there. There is allot of time and effort put in by then to make they're place over the top. You will never be disappointed staying at they're vineyard guesthouse, and both of us can't wait to stay a 3rd time in the future.

    Freddy2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • This is the best stay we have ever had. We would highly recommend staying with Brian and hope, especially for a romantic get away. The guest house is huge. And the setting of the vineyard is so peaceful. And Brian and Hope surprized us with a gifts for our anniversary. It was an over the top stay in every way, and we could not have been more pleased.

  • This is a beautiful hidden gem. Slightly off the beaten path but extremely comfortable and well stocked. We received a bottle of the winery’s Pinot Noir Cuvée and a box of specialty cookies upon arrival. The owner was very responsive to all questions. She even offered to come get us when WE put the wrong address in our gps although it was late at night and she had a cold! Be sure to go to their wine tasting room in Woodland. Well worth the trip!

  • We had an amazing time staying at the guesthouse at Matranga Vineyards. The property is beautiful, and the house was comfortable, exceptionally clean, and much bigger than we expected. We didn't get the chance to meet Brian, but Hope was a gracious host that was there to answer any questions we had or help us with anything we needed. We also had a great time tasting their wonderful wines. I highly recommend staying with Brian and Hope. We can't wait to schedule our next trip!

  • Plenty of room.

    Alan2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • The guest house was better than we could have imagined. Clean rooms, an amazingly well stocked kitchen, comfortable enough beds, and the bedrooms were dark enough to sleep well in. There were 4 of us and tons of space! The guest house feels like grandma's house in the best sense in that it's very cozy and charming. Hope did a wine barrel tasting with us and we very much enjoyed talking with her and hearing the vineyard's story. Bailey the dog is also a sweet heart too. We would definitely plan to stay here again if in the area.
