Stayed with My Mom and Doggo for a quick trip. It was a lovely experience even though it was raining a bit when we arrived. The host helped answer our questions when we arrived too!

This was the first airbnb I’ve stayed at and it was a beautiful, new experience. At first I was hesitant when I saw it only because I’ve never been without electricity or stayed anywhere like this but it grew on me within only an hour or two. It’s very intimate especially if you’re here with someone and I keep thinking about it and wanting to go back. It’s definitely not for everyone. It gets very cold at night and you have to do pretty much everything yourself from washing dishes to cooking, etc. It was definitely a new experience for us but I quickly learned that I am that type of person! Its quite a bit of a walk; the hardest part was taking our stuff back and forth but the location and everything was beautiful. Again its definitely not for everyone but if you’re into that stuff or want to try to be or get away it can be quite a life-changing experience. I learned a lot about myself and my partner even though we were only there a couple days. I brought my dog and he was ridiculously in love with it. It made me have a different perspective of everything when we left. I was actually quite sad to go back home. We will definitely, without a doubt, go back. Hopefully, fingers crossed, next year.

Wonderful cabin in a beautiful setting

Beautiful getaway in the mountains of NH. If you are looking to disconnect in a quaint space with lots of land to explore, look no further. The stars were some of the best I’ve ever seen!!

Great little place in the woods.

Such a cool place to stay! The treehouse was amazing. We had a great time and definitely recommend staying here. The air mattress was pretty cozy. Make sure to bring blankets because it did get chilly in the treehouse in the mornings. The atmosphere was great, the string lights were so pretty on the trees. There were a lot of nice touches from the owner like candles, books, bug spray, toilet paper and a game board.

Great winter spot for solitude. Excellent fire pit and effective space heater. Nice windows that look out onto the river. I thought the sleeping boards were creative, and it was overall a nice spot to sleep, read, or just hang out. Good proximity to trailheads.

The place was a little paradise Eric was caring to make my stay a pleasant one. Given the weather conditions -16 ° at night I had my small backup heater which allowed me to fall asleep listening to the sound of the river. Not having provided the appropriate shoes, he treated me with his snow shoes. I recommend a night or two for all passing hikers you can only appreciate

The cabin was a perfect place to crash for the night before a day of hiking. The heater kept the place toasty even in the cold. I’d say 2 people would probably be the max for the space sleeping wise (maybe 3 in a pinch!) The view out over the river was lovely. I didn’t get to use the fire pit but it was picture perfect. Overall it’s an affordable spot with a lovely location for those who don’t mind things a bit rustic!

Nice cabin located right on a river. Heater kept me warm on a cold night with no problems. Great place for a quick nights sleep before a day of hiking.

We had a great time at Eric’s place. Eric too was helpful and very knowledgeable about the local area.

The listing was accurate and what we expected. It was 15 F out when we stayed and the space heater kept the three of us plenty warm. The space is just big enough for 3 people, I think 4 might be stretching it a little bit. The riverside location and fire pit are wonderful and add ambiance. Eric was very friendly and even left us some cardboard and wood to help us get a fire going and he shoveled us out a bit in the morning after a light snow fall. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

This is a lovely cabin in the woods set next to the own's main house. You have total privacy by having your own place which includes a full bathroom, kitchen, high top table with three chairs, a futon couch in the living with a Smart TV (has a DVD player with DVDs and other streaming services) along with books, puzzles and games to use. There is one bedroom with one bed which was perfect for just the two of us and our dog (yes this place is dog-friendly which was great!). Tracy provided outstanding hospitality during our stay and we will keep this place in mind if we end up going north again.

Kyle was a great host. He was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. He was quick to reply, and he supplied us with everything we needed! It was clean and very nicely furnished.

Very clean, comfortable Airbnb . We loved the common space, lots of room and comfy sofas in a nice big open space with a big TV set up with several streaming options, and adjacent to a nice dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. And, the host (Kyle) was very quick to respond.

You can't beat the value of this place. It is two airbnb's in one building and the noise does carry, but if you read the owner's description, he is very clear about this. We got to spread out in a very large space. Kyle was very quick with answering my questions and guided me to some great places to hike. My daughter was there to study and got a lot done while curled up on the comfortable couch. There is wifi and tv, a full kitchen and we were warm. The beds were comfy and the place was warm. We had a great time. Thank you, Kyle. I definitely want to use one of your places again.

Cozy & Cost Effective 🤙

If you are looking for a warm and cozy loft, it’s the best one! What an amazing neat and clean lodge! Everything was exactly same as shown in pictures. Awesome place for a bunch of friends or family❤️

My visit certainly met my expectations of a peaceful "back to simple living" couple of days. I enjoyed waking to the sound of a bubbling yet quiet river. I look forward to returning in the summer when an inviting walk on the river's rocky bed will be so refreshing. Eric was friendly and informative about the area.

Eric's place was just as described and had a few thoughtful touches that we enjoyed. We ended up going out for dinner to ore mill which was a bar and grille in town and although food took a while it was amazing when it came and owners were awesome, we picked perfect night to go as it was karaoke night which was fun to watch. The kicker was we got back to cabin and ready to snuggle and freeze to death and magically there was a space heater there. Just that thoughtful gesture was perfect along with when we were making a fire in the morning Eric was passing by with new firewood to add to pile and gave us a few more to get us going as ours was wet from previous days rain. Anyways awesome trip will be going back for sure.

A great rustic spot to unplug for the weekend and explore the White Mountains. Eric was a great host! He was very helpful and available if needed. You can’t beat waking up to the sounds of the river and fall foliage right out your window. We will definitely be going back in the summer!

What a fantastic spot! You can’t beat the view from this tiny little cabin. You get exactly what the description provides; a great location, and Eric will run power for a little space heater to take the chill off in the colder months. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be coming back sometime soon!

This is our 3rd time staying here. As always Eric is a great host, and this time we were lucky to meet his father Don as well. They make you feel at home, but aren't intrusive on your stay. Everything in the cabin is exactly as described, and this is a great place to just get away for a bit. I live in a beautiful town in NH and travel in state to visit their space because there's just something special about it. I can't recommend them enough.

Eric's mini loft on the river is the perfect spot to get away. The experience of cooking over the fire, swimming in the river, and hiking around was peaceful. We brought our great dane. We fit a double air mattress in the cabin along with a dog bed on the floor beside it. It was enough room to be comfortable. There's a port-a-potty and all washing is done in the river. If you are going in the cooler seasons, there is a room heater, but we also had alot of blankets because the nights get COLD (40s) even when the days were 80s. The other spots he offers are close in proximity as well as his own home but there is still a feel of privacy. Eric knows the area well and offered us hiking recommendations. Nevertheless, we will be returning !!

We had such a fun trip and this house helped make it amazing! We were a group a 10 skiers going up to ski loon for a long weekend. We would spend most of the day at the mountain which is about 30 minutes from the house. The large island and dining table in the kitchen was perfect for after skiing. We would get back and immediately start cooking. What was nice was even with one or two people cooking/preparing dinner there was still enough room for everyone to hangout in the kitchen together while cooking. Also the host was amazing, very easy to communicate with, and gave tons of tips for the area. Would definitely stay again!

This is the second time we stayed at Orsolya’s house and it was just as it was before: clean, well stocked, and welcoming. We visited Loon for the week of February vacation and would stay again next year.

This was a spectacular house. It was pretty easy to get to and when we got there, incredibly easy to get in and get setup. We had a full house but at no time did it feel like we were cramped or lacking space.

Wonderful winter location for a group of 10-12 people. Some of us went snowboarding while others stayed in and relaxed. Orshi is very attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Will definitely recommend to others.

This is a wonderful large chalet on a quiet street on the way up to MT Moosilauke. It is very very clean, very well equipped, well located, warm and comfortable. The beds are great (sleeps 8 easily), the bathrooms are sparkling, the kitchen is huge and has everything you might need. The owner is delightful and responsive. I cannot recommend this AirBnB more highly.

Great location, Bert was great and they had a ton of information about the area, things to do and places to see. A short drive from Lincoln, Loon Mountain and many other areas of interest. The stat itself was clean and well maintained, easy to locate and they made sure it was plowed so that we wouldn’t have trouble coming and going. Awesome experience.

Kyle is an amazing host. My wife and I were absolutely blown away by the house. His attention to details was evident and he really took the time to make sure we were comfortable. He even had my favorite seasoning in the cabinet. He's what I call a Super Duper Host and I would recommend anyone visiting Vermont for the first time to stay at this house. If you want to be in downtown Woodstock, this place cannot be beat! A quick walk to all the restaurants and bars, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of New Hampshire! Jackie is a great host who goes out of her way to make sure you enjoy your stay and her response time is instant! Would highly recommend

Jackie is a great hostess. She is considerate and considerate. We had a very pleasant stay in his house. The latter is very well equipped, super clean and warm. The location was excellent. If we had to come back, we'll come back to Jackie's house.

The brook down back is not what I thought it was, but there was a lot of places near by that made this trip so worth it. I am so thankful.

This is a nice house in a great location. If you are looking to stay in the Western White Mountains of NH, this will certainly fit the bill. Everything was as advertised, and Jackie was extremely helpful with information. The house really is located a very short walk to the center of North Woodstock and a quick drive to a ton of attractions. It was a great experience.

This is a perfect camping spot that serves as a great base camp to explore the white mountains. It is quiet, clean, and having a pre made fire pit was really nice. Eric is super friendly and knowledgeable about the area and good hiking around. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great escape!

Perfect camping spot! Right next to the river, made us feel like we were the only campers around! Go up the river to the north and there is an epic swimming hole. Eric was flexible and super hospitable!

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Eric‘s campground. It’s a beautiful location right next to the river and there’s also a secret watering hole just a few steps down. Our hiking trip was extended by a couple of hours and we arrived in the dark, but Eric was unfazed. Eric kindly met us as we were pulling in and walked us back to the site and gave us a number of great local tips along the way. All in all, it was a great experience and I definitely plan on camping there again when we’re back in the area.

I had a great time at Jim & Christine's place. It's a beautiful house, the location is perfect, and I loved the cleanliness. I also felt very welcome, and I truly enjoyed my conversations with Jim. And Christine went out of her way to prepare a very early breakfast on Saturday! I appreciated that, although I insisted that she didn't have to to the same on Sunday. I'll certainly go back!

Great location to stay for people who want to ski at Loon.

We only stayed for one night but the house was absolutely beautiful. The room was so cute and the bed was very comfortable. In the morning our hosts had fresh muffins, scones, and fruit which was all delicious. They gave us great advice on what to do in the area and made our trip that much more fun. If we ever come back to this area I know exactly where we will stay!

Jim and Christine are great hosts. The house is beautiful and we had a comfortable stay! Can definitely recommend. You can also walk to the Ice Castles from their place (it is right next door) if you are in town to see it.

Christine and Jim were exceptional hosts. They were warm and welcoming. Their home was comfortable and convenient to many local attractions. The Continental breakfast was delightful and Jim and Christine had great tops for local hikes and suggestions for activities in town.

John & Sheila were amazing hosts! Their warm welcomes, cute little home, treats & coffee through the stay made the visit so memorable. We booked a couple rooms in their home for a girls night. Our stay here was amazing. 4 day vacation for my boyfriends birthday and it could’ve have gone better. The cabin was spotless and just the right size, it was also super comfy. There was tips and books of things we can do and all the owners and people staying in other cabins were incredibly nice. Definitely coming back

My partner and I were very pleased with our stay at the cabin. The space was very clean, and the amenities were an added bonus. All of the staff we met were welcoming and thoughtful. We stayed during a snowstorm, and the driveway and walkway were shoveled for us. We especially liked the fireplace and guest book and will definitely be returning!

Daniel’s cabin is a quiet, peaceful getaway to some of the most beautiful mountain tops in New England. The hot tub and the cozy warmth of the cabin really make for a great trip!

This cabin was perfect for a cozy winter weekend getaway. We loved the helpful local recommendations and how close the location is to trails and skiing in the White Mountains. The fireplace and the hot tub were nice added touches! Would highly recommend this place! We would love to come back!

*5 Stars* Jade and Joe were the perfect hosts! Beautifully restored historical country home located on a huge piece of farm land, where there was so much to do. Downtown Bradford was a stone-throw away and full of places to eat and shop. Also a great scenic drive to Loon Mountain. What I loved most were the scenic views of the fields and woods from all sides of the house, including a fantastic view of Mt. Washington from the back porch. I also had the pleasure of meeting Joe and his family's awesome dog Max; Joe's an absolute genuine guy who not only made us feel at home, but did not hesitate to offer his assistance with anything to make stay more enjoyable. My family was sad to leave after only a couple of days, which is why we definitely plan on booking here again for a longer stay. Thank you again Jade and Joe, your home is an absolute Gem! P.S. - My dog had SO much fun tapping into his wild side, exploring, and playing with the neighbor's extremely friendly pups. He was absolutely exhausted.

Our stay at Jade's place was great. We had plenty of room to relax in the house with plenty to do to keep us busy and not bored. We had a great time exploring outside in the fields and sledding in the snow. It felt like we were home and didn't have to worry about anything.

Can’t say enough positive things about this place! The view is breathtaking, the land & the house offer so much to do. It is all the seclusion you want with all the amenities but town isn’t too far away ether. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer, but we will be back!

This airbnb is great! Just 10 minute walk or couple of minutes drive to the commercial district of North Woodstock/Lincoln. The place is clean, has all the amenities (WiFi, heating, shower, locks on door etc) and is very safe. Jim and Christine are great hosts. Jim even dropped me off at the bus station at the end of my stay here. Last but not least, the price is very reasonable too. All in all I rate this 5/5!

What a wonderful experience. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with the owner Christine. She had great tips for local activities and things to do. What a beautiful home, clean and tidy. And the location for ice castles, hiking, and restaurants were excellent!

We had a wonderful time. Mark was very quick to respond when we needed advice and was very helpful. We will be wanting to return. We went in the winter and loved the options for adventure around and would love to return with all the other options to do also in the summertime.

The resort grounds are stunning with a beautiful river behind the property and nice trails along the property grounds. The unit was spacious and fit 6 people comfortably. Nice and quite during the fall off season. We didn't use the rec center but appreciated all the amenities included for the price! Clean, quiet, and beautiful resort property!

The unit is nicely situated off of I-93 in a complex which has attractive grounds and offers a variety of activities. The Kancamangus Highway (great for leaf peeping new October) starts just the other side of I-93 and Mt. Moosilauke (my favorite mountain to hike) is 15 minutes west. The unit itself was clean and had what we needed for a pleasant stay with comfortable beds. From the back deck, there was a nice view of a babbling brook. The laundry facilities are in the basement of the building and require 6 quarters for each of the washer and dryer. If you need change, the activity center (where you check in) has a change machine in the arcade room, and the front desk will sell you a packet of detergent if you didn’t bring your own. Mark was a great host who answered all my questions.

Perfect location. Super close to 93 but feels secluded and serene. Especially with the creek in the back! We will definitely be back!

Debbie and her husband Harry were warm and welcoming. The studio was sparkling clean and cozy. Debbie left us snacks, which was so kind and much appreciated. We’ll definitely come back!

Debbie's place was perfect for our mountain getaway. We were only there one night but debbie was quick to communicate. She met us when we got there and left a lot of food for us. We had absolutely everything we needed. I recommend staying here and hope to be back one day!

Debbie was very hospitable and stocked the apartment with snacks, breakfast items, coffee, tea, etc. Highly recommended this place and would definitely stay again.

Debbie's place was perfect for us. Very reasonably priced and close to Waterville. The first night was around -5 out and some of the drain pipes froze and they were fixed by the time we got back from the mountain that night with a very nice note and $20. She also left eggs, bread, milk, and lots of snacks for us that were such a nice treat. To top it all off she left us a box of chocolates for Valentines day. She is very considerate with all her thoughtful little touches. We would love to visit again next year!!

This space was very nice, no surprises- just like it was advertised! Debbie was very communicative and we appreciated that she and her husband had the driveway/walkway very well sanded and snow removed during a challenging weather weekend. Easy to find and a great value! Also, appreciated the snacks/drinks that were available.

The studio is at an excellent location for accessing skiing, hikes, etc, being so close to the highway. Debbie was very responsive to any questions that came up. The provided snacks were a nice touch.

This is an awesome condo and good value for the money

Great location. Right outside of the town of Lincoln and Woodstock. Five minutes away from Loon Mountain. Very clean,plenty of room. Very reasonable price. Sean was a very pleasurable host.

Sean's place is the perfect getaway in the White Mountains in winter (and would be in any season)! Everything about the condo is great. Loved having the gas fireplace. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you need to have meals in if you want and there are so many good restaurants within a few minutes if you go out. Loved having the hot tub and pool on the cold winter afternoons after being out hiking and snowshoeing. I was there by myself, so the huge condo was a bit of overkill for me, but it would be perfectly comfortable for 6 or more people. Sean was great at communicating and I was even able to arrange an early check-in. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!!

We went to see Ice Castles and stayed at Sean’s place. It is only 3 minutes away. There is plenty of space and the separate but adjoining units is a bonus. The amenities were great! ! Clean and cozy with the electric fireplace. The kids also got to enjoy the pool. There are many restaurant nearby. I would definitely recommend Sean’s condo for an enjoyable visit! I’m thinking the summertime would be a nice time to visit too.

Great spot and the kids loved the pool!

I stayed here while hiking in the White Mountains and it was perfect. We checked in after hours and it was a smooth process. Good location close to town, host was very prompt with responses and a pleasure to deal with. It was a 1/1 attached to a smaller efficiency with a Murphy bed that was super comfortable. Quiet location next to the river; front desk staff was pleasant; would definitely recommend.

A friend of mine and I stayed in James' (Jim's) AirBnb for a long term stay May-Sept 2019, as we were both working in the area over the summer. Jim was accommodating from the get-go in that he was willing to rent long-term in the first place, he was willing to negotiate on cost, and he allowed pets. The hospitality was lovely, and allowed both my roommate and I a comfortable summer in the White Mountains. That said, the home itself is adorable. It is very small (or cozy, if you will) and is perfect for a weekend get-away. It is located perfectly on the Baker River next to two great swimming holes. The river is treated like the "beach" of the Whites, so if you don't like people in your back yard this might not be a good fit for you during the summer months, but I would like to note that everyone minded their own and were respectful of the property. We are just a couple miles from the trailhead for Mt. Moosilauke (a 4000 footer), and I 10/10 recommend taking advantage of it. Things of note for a long-term stay: 1). There is NO phone service in this part of Warren, and you will be 100% reliant upon wifi and consistent power to use your cell. The house phone didn't work (to be fair we never felt the need to bring it up with Jim, honestly it just slipped our mind, but you may want to ask about that prior to staying). 2). It is very small. The room with the bunk beds is essentially a closet with a closet in it. Good space for kids, a bit cramped for adults, but completely usable if you're okay being in tight spaces. My roomie made of home of the room and didn't have a problem. The main bedroom is spacious and the bed in very comfortable. The host provided great pillows and adequate sheets. The couch in the living room is a futon, so you can squeeze more people in comfortably. 3). There are no trash services! My roomie and I are both city-folk, so it came as a surprise to us. Expect to add an additional waste fee to your stay if you are being required to haul your own trash to the Warren Transfer Station, which was the case with us. We requested a reimbursement for that cost from Jim, which he thankfully agreed to, and are currently waiting for that to go through. 4). The kitchen is very very small - you have limited space for food prep and even less for cooking. There is a full fridge (which was a pleasant surprise for us since the pictures didn't show one), and plenty of shelf-space for food storage. There is no oven, but there is a microwave. The old electrical stove-top broke early on during our stay and Jim responded immediately by providing us with a plug in two-top burner. This suited us fine, but if you have a larger group you may want to bring extra cooking supplies. There are TWO grills on site. We utilized the charcoal one, but there is also a gas grill. Additionally, there is a lovely space for old-fashioned camp-fire cooking. Again, thank you Jim for the stay. Wish you the best.

My husband, my dog and I stayed for one week - and everything was perfect for us. Quiet and relaxing , the campfire and the river are complete a bonus. The river view is perfect. For dogs is very good too. The cabane has simple amenities ( you need to bring soap, sponge and for cook too). A lot of activities around the place (hiking, lakes...). It’s totally my next destination for vacations. Thank you James.

Nice little cabin. The bathroom and the kitchen is tiny. It is at a lovely spot right next to the river very romantic spot. We went swimming and jumping at the swimming hole by the bridge. The fire pit and the grill was very useful for us. Away from everything. We didn’t have cell reception (T-Mobile) but there is a landline and WiFi in the cabin so we were able to connect as needed. Great cabin to stay in.

I stayed with my 12 year old son and 2 of his friends to do some hiking and enjoy the river. This location did not disappoint! A perfect relaxing spot out of the way but close to all of the activities. We cooked in one night and ate out one night, we had excellent access to all of the trails and the boys spent most of the time swimming right at the river. Great host! Thank you James!

We wholeheartedly enjoyed our stay at James place and were sad to go after 1 week. The house offered everything we needed and having the river so close was amazing. We went climbing in Rumney every day which took us about 30 minutes to get to by car. Small supermarkets and a laundry were available in Warren. We recommend this place to everyone looking for a relaxing stay and/or a nice base while climbing in Rumney!

The cabin is a little slice of heaven on earth. The view and the sound of the river rushing by made the stay a wonderful experience. We enjoyed playing in the river and even though it felt we were in the middle of no where, we were close to Warren and Woodstock/Lincoln. Hope you love it also.

James and his family have a wonderful spot. I feel so fortunate to have been able to spend time with my family there on the Baker River. We used the visit as a base for attending a family reunion, as our family was from the Baker Valley. We also enjoyed the tranquility of being on the river and the deck was perfect for that. I hope to return to stay at the cottage again sometime. Thank you.

We camped here for one night. The campsite is at an elevated location which gives a nice view. Stars at night were great to view. Everything you want for a simple campsite in a great location. Highly recommend, we will be back.

This place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! I was able to make it up for peak leaf changing in October! Everyone I encountered in Rumney was so pleasant and nice. The stay itself is a wonderful spot with great views and plenty of room! It was an amazing experience! I would recommend hiking up Lake Stinson trail if you want to see some amazing views. I 10/10 recommend to anyone who enjoys being in the outdoors!

A quiet location and nice tent sites. Good sense of community. About a mile away from a general store- there is an easy solution if you forgot something to bring. Finding the property was easy, communication and checking in process was great.

A very serene experience! Staying with Katie was memorable as we had interesting conversations with great company by a 4 hear old, Emily and a furball dog, Delilah. I arrived a little earlier than expected and was unable to get the code to work. I texted Kim and she responded immediately😀 despite the fact that she was on vacation out of the country. That's dedication and truly incredible superhost status! This Airbnb is perfect too. Close to the university, downtown shopping, across the street from the hospital and has all amenities that are necessary to make this feel like home. Look forward to coming back.

Enjoyed our 1 night stay at Kim's place. Super clean, modern updated kitchen, new hardwood floors, very large bathroom and exceptionally comfortable bed. Nice touches like coffee, creamers for the morning. Living Room couch was comfortable for watching TV mounted on the wall. Outside flood lights convenient when walking at night from the parking area, around to the rental door entrance. Would recommend this rental to family and friends visiting the area.

My biggest thing when staying in a place away from my own home is cleanliness. Kim’s place was very clean, and cozy. Had everything we needed for the night. Location is great as well. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Kim.

Great, clean place with all the necessary amenities and a good kitchen. It is down the street from many restaurants. Easy to check in, and also has a lot of parking space. Kim also left us some recommendations for food and things to do in the area which was very helpful! 10/10 would recommend!

Screened in Lean-to with a hammock or place to put 2 sleeping bags. Absolutely gorgeous scenery and cozy fire pit! You’re able to buy firewood there, but don’t forget to pack a fire starting kit! 10/10 would stay here again.

First time doing Airbnb. I really enjoyed my time on Eric’s land. There is enough space for privacy and enough quiet to simply listen to the river and blue jays. Very colorful banks in fall. Opportunity to see wildlife like turkey or deer. The host was kind and really cares! Hiking trails not far, Kancamagus 30 mins away. 10/10 would return to try his studio or treehouse.

Did not disappoint. It’s such a beautiful area to spend a relaxing few days. The best part was waking up to the sound of river dancing around. Eric was very nice and gracious host and made sure that we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to book my next trip up there!

This riverside hut is a really neat place to spend your evenings. Absolutely gorgeous in the fall time! The space was swept clean and the citronella candles were appreciated. Small torches light up the pathway at night. I enjoyed my night spent close to nature!

Was a nice spot not to much privacy and close to the road. We cleaned up a bit when we arrived and made ourselves at home. We wish we had gotten firewood prior arrival we didn't find anything out on roadside and nothing of substance was at the camping spot for sale. We had a nice time and enjoyed the location.

Best place to stay in you want to visit the White Mountains! The place is a gorgeous chalet in the middle of nature. She has a beautiful balcony that looks onto a river with an amazing background sound of the streaming water. Victoria is a wonderful host and very helpful. I definitely recommend her!

We had a great stay at Victoria's place. Her chalet is lovely, cozy, homey, and in a strategical area. Beds are very comfortable and the house is fully equipped :) We can't recommend it enough! We hope to be back!

Victoria is a warm and very communicative hostess. We spent a very interesting evening discussing various topics. His house is warm of atmosphere. It is located in a forest with bright autumn colors near a pond. Everything is very well organized. For us it was a discovery. If we can, we'll come back.

Beautiful home in a stunning location. Close to things but a secluded location. I felt so comfortable in the cabin. It was so clean and very cozy. So many cute touches.

This is the place. While it is a shared space it was unobtrusive and warm inviting. Places to park lead up the stairs. Carry your luggage to the house. Rooms are clustered on one end. The living room windows are your window to the forest. The back patio is comfortable. There is a fire pit in the yard with wood. Victoria greets you as if you're an old friend. She provides coffee, creamer, some drinks and fridge space for leftovers. The rooms are cozy with individual thermostats. The hall and bathroom have motion activated nightlights. The kitchen is fully stocked. Whatever you do, choose to go to the pond! It's beautiful and worth it. About a mile down the road. We loved Victoria's and highly recommend. We will stay again.

Randall and Amy are by far the most gracious hosts we've encountered through AirBnb. They were thoughtful and considerate with small touches for us and even a yummy bone for our dog. They told us about local events, activities and places of interest. The house was cozy, clean and we loved the privacy. The neighborhood/community was friendly and welcoming as well. Randall and Amy are fantastic communicators and provided us with a wonderful get a way. We are looking forward to another visit asap!

The coziest nook in the middle of the woods. A True "getaway" Very peaceful. Gorgeous scenery surrounding the cabin yet close enough to town (10min driveand Vermont (15_20min drive) w a super cute town. Driving distance from multiple hiking & ski destinations. Will def recommend if you're trying to "unplug" and have a relaxingand refreshing getaway. Also very spacious and clean!! Hosts super friendly & accomodating as well!!

Tree house is as cozy as it is picturesque. Private and discrete with a beautiful view and access of the nearby stream. Eric gave great recommendations on local spots. Great weekend trip!

This was our second stay at Eric's place and we had a great time. Definitely recommend for any friend who wants to sleep in a treehouse next to a river. I love how there's a variety of other campsites on the property but plenty of space and trees in between. It's far enough into the woods that you feel like you're camping, but close enough to civilization if you need anything. Fun alternative to a normal hotel for mountain activities and visiting Franconia Notch.

My daughter and I had such a wonderful couple nights at Eric’s place. Very private, quiet and just loved staying in the tree house. He was an awesome host and made sure we had what we needed. We enjoyed a fire on the river side and saw the stars at night. Even my Elle dog enjoyed exploring the site that we stayed at. I’m looking forward to making a return stay in the future.

Eric's place was just what my boyfriend and I were looking for. If you want a quiet, primitive campsite along a river (where you can swim), where your dogs can splash around, this is the place for you. This isn't a site you drive right up to and unload, but it was exactly what we wanted. We are looking forward to staying here again. Eric was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend carefully reading his instructions on how to access the site. Sadly I did not do this, which lead to some confusion. Once I read them again (a bit closer), I figured everything out. Thanks again Eric!!!

Eric was an amazing host! He was very helpful with directions, things to visit around the area, and very knowledgeable. The camping spot was exactly as described. As other renters have noted this is primitive camping. If you are inexperienced this is not the place for you. My friend and I are very experience campers and LOVED everything this space had to offer. When we first arrived there was not a place to shower nor were we expecting one. However, we woke up the first morning there to find Eric and his dad building a shower area! It is one shower and is plenty accommodating. If you are looking for an escape from the grind and to be one with nature, this is the spot for you. Eric was responsive and available to answer questions about the area and even gave us local information for cool nature spots. I can't wait to visit this spot again!

Neat place to go camping on a riverbend. Eric gave us super clear instruction on how to find the site, which would have been tricky otherwise. We were able to bring lots of creature comforts because the car can be parked a very short walk from the camp sites. FYI, despite this specific rental being advertised as all 6 camp spots (which is totally true) there are other lean-tos, treehouses and mini houses on the overall property that can be rented by other guests. That said, our spot was completely private.

Nice piece of land on The Baker River. I checked myself in, bought a box of firewood, and pitched my tent. I had the acre of riverside to myself. Aside from firewood, bring all of your own gear! I would stay here again. Had no problems!

I decided to make a last minute trip up to hike in the Whites and stumbled upon this listing. Dave was quick to respond and very attentive. When I finally arrived, I loved the place! The space is definitely geared towards the outdoorsy type. It was comfy and clean and I’ll no doubt be returning.

what a magical stay ! such a cozy cottage with a lovely view. We had a fantastic stay with the fur kids at Keri's Cottage. The communication was great and the recommendations. We also would love to go during the summer and explore more of the area. The late night camp fire as a family was wonderful and they started it for us, so when we got back it was already warm and cooking. The bed was comfortable and floors heated. We can not wait to come nack.

Jim and Christine are great! Their house is beautiful, quiet, and spotless. It was also in a fantastic location! We were right next door to the Ice Castles and a 10/15 minute drive to Loon for skiing, with multiple restaurants and breweries in between. Their breakfast is healthy and delicious, Christine makes a mean banana nut muffin! It was cool to be in a shared location, hearing about other peoples' adventures too. Great place to stay!
