Awesome weekend away. Norm was the perfect host and the house was in a perfect position so close to the beach. Really nice room too with added bonus of our own shower and toilet.

Norm's place is excellent, everything looks exactly like the pictures. Norm goes above and beyond to make sure you will be more than happy.

Norms place was simply wonderful. My partner and I work long hours and was able to get away for a couple of days to unwind, norm provided us the opportunity to do just that. We were greeted by sunny skies, ocean views and clean crisp smelling house with some freshly prepared juice! The second room is amazing with outside shower, toilet and super comfortable bed and a lovely walk through the garden. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again with norm for a longer period

Norm is a very gracious host, four houses from the beach it's a very quick stroll. Private room, with serperate entrance, our bedroom had a private bathroom and an outdoor shower, and sauna. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are quality. Norm was always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, offering to drop us off at the shops or train station. Fully equipped kitchen and great entertaining area and patio out back. Great for relaxing in the afternoons. The housing area is very quiet and you can hear the ocean at night. He also offered bikes and kayaks in order to get around. Would recommend Uber or a car if you choose to go into Rockingham town everyday, but there is plenty around Warnbro. Will definitely be staying here again when we are next passing through.

Great find! We loved the Sauna, outside courtyards with showers, putting green, gym, massage table, beach just a 2 min walk away, voice controlled Netflix, everything!!!! Norm was very quick at getting back to us with any communication. Great little weekend getaway- 45 mins from Perth.

Elizabeth is a really nice, welcoming and warm person who puts you at ease right away! She is very attentive when we need something I recommend 100 times !!!!!

The house was bigger than expected. Very comfy, spacious and clean. Lovely outdoor area, great bathroom. Quiet area, close to shops. We checked in with no issues. Only problem was no aircon as we had some very hot days and nights. A ceiling fan in the main bedroom along with three freestanding fans. We definitely made use of them. I would book this property again.

Beach is only down the road and close shops aswell. It is definitely a must to stay there. Thanks again

Tammy’s place was wonderfull and sweet, i hv stayed there for 5 night, eventho the house abit far ~ 50km from Perth city, but u wont feel far as u enjoyed the surrounding freeway. The surrounding place complete with Coles, Woolwoth, MCD , petrol pump and alot more. The room is complete for cooking for ur own, washing machine, bed was super comfortable. Tammy allow us to check in early as we reach Perth in early morning. Tq so much Tammy for ur understanding. Definitely will book her house again if we have chance to back to Perth..

Wow! What a wonderful home. So spacious and luxurious. We had a great time in the pool and our hosts very generously extended our check out time as we had a late flight out. The photos simply do not do justice to this amazing house. Shops were a short drive away and there were separate areas for our family to spread out, including a whole table we devoted to our jigsaw! Our hosts responded immediately to any enquiries and we had very clear instructions about access and departure. Thank you so much!

What a little gem this space is, what a lucky find! It exceeded our expectations in all aspects and we have had such a memorable stay. From the beautiful guest suite which has everything you need to the pool which was just heaven! The hosts did there utmost to ensure our stay was comfortable and were fantastic in every way. We have loved our time here in Warnbro and would recommend it to anyone.

A marvellous stay, accommodation immaculate with welcome hamper. Anthea and John made us so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. All the facilities were brilliant, the beautiful warm pool was most welcome every day. The fabulous beach is only a 5 minute walk. Lots of amenities just a short drive away. I can’t praise them enough for the thoughtfulness and friendship they showed during our stay. Will definitely return and would highly recommend anyone to stay in this gem of a place.

Great welcome from the hosts Anthea and John. Nice touches such as welcome basket of snacks, and a fridge full of essential items such as milk, butter, bread and drinks. The accommodation is outstanding, and you can choose to be apart or to interact with the hosts. Generous size for a couple, even had complimentary shower and shampoo in the bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Lovely heated pool. The location was nice and quiet, handy short walk to the beach. Not far from all amenities such as shops and leisure, great base to explore the surrounding area. Would not hesitate to recommend, and will be our first choice when we return

Location is easy to find with guidance from hosts if needed. Communication easy and wonderful hosts. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to relax and unwind with expert local knowledge of great spots to sight see and that kind of hospitality is not what anyone receives in a hotel/motel. Such comfort and feels like home. I will return happily any time for my next travel to Perth. Heated pool, walk to beach, easy drive to local shops for food supplies as the air bnb has kitchen with all the cooks needs. Great nights sleeps and so so quiet. Great for escapes away from bustling noisy city. 100/10!

This air bnb is by far the best place I’ve stayed in a very long time not only an amazing location and beautiful apartment, everything was sparkling clean and brand new. There was coffee and fruit waiting for us on arrival. The pool area is lovely and clean with comfy sunbeds and a space to bbq. Absolutely fantastic stay and we will be returning in the future. Great apartment very clean near the beach with a park by a great host Liam. Perfect modern equipment everything new. Large balcony with view and afternoon sun, comfortable furniture. No parking problem for a large car in the ground floor garage. Over all a perfect stay, we felt at home and would have loved to stay longer.

The place was great! Clean on arrival and a great layout for us with the kids in the back bedrooms, and a big space to feel comfortable - the only thing we missed was a dishwasher but apart from that the place was perfect for a very relaxing stay and so close to the beach too!!

The accommodation was absolutely great for us. Close to the beach, close to the foreshore and restaurants. Dave always answered very quickly. The road is heavier, but it didn't bother us. Everything was very neat, clean and well equipped. Nothing was missing !!

We loved spending time at Carol’s place and in Warnbro. Her house is close to the beach and the shops and it’s in a lovely quiet part of the suburb. We espcially loved using the outdoor seating area for reading in the shade and enjoying the breeze! It was also really great to be able to lock the car up in the garage when we weren’t using it. Safe, lovely and enjoyable! Highly recommended.

A lovely and peaceful place to stay. Location couldn’t be better, just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the amazing sunsets. The studio is clean, comfortable and private. I found I had everything I needed to stay for a couple of nights. The only thing to be aware of that isn’t on the listing is that while you have use of your own bathroom the bathroom is located in the main house, not attached to the studio. Not a problem at all but something to bare in mind if, like me, you’re someone who needs to get up to use the bathroom a couple of times a night! It means going outside and across to the house. Overall great value for money and a really lovely tranquil place to stay. I especially enjoyed the cute chickens in the yard!

This cute little cabin was great for our needs and great value for money. It's very central to all amenities being on a main road, however the big leafy backyard meant once inside it was so peacful we could have been on a farmstay.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. The apartment is well located for the beach and has everything you could need. We really recommend this place, it is a very spacious home. The location is just perfect! The beautiful beach is just next door. The house is clean, and has everything you need in it. You can take to kayak of the owners to go to the beautiful Penguin island. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We looking forward to our next stay in a couple of weeks!

Dave and Brenda were very friendly, thughtful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Always at the other end of the phone whenever we needed. The property itself was lovely, had everything that we needed, very modern and sparkling clean. Although attached to the main house, we still had a lot of privacy. We were very sad to leave but fuly intend to come back when we next visit Australia. Could not fault anything about this accommodation or the hosts. Thank you so much for letting us stay - it really did feel like home.

No words can adequately describe the great comfort and extream pleasure staying with Dave and Brenda. Over the years they have become like family and I have just extended our stay by another month in the smaller apartment. It is like staying with your own family in your own home. Looks like a simple cottage from outside but inside was modern and clean. Great outdoor entertaining area. Also a 1 minute walk to cafe and take away options. Exactly what we needed perfect for a couple or small family.

Laurelles place is exactly as described. Yes it's an older home but is very comfortable, relaxing feel, comfy bed, lovely and clean inside.

For me, this was just like coming home...a very comfy house with a huge enclosed back garden for my dogs. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is there, good saucepans as well as lots of kitchen equipment The dog beach is a one minute walk away.... I definitely recommend staying here

I stayed 2 nights at Karin and Jean-Michel home. The self-contained  studio is kept tidy and clean. It is located in a very quiet area , not far from shop and from beach. They are both nice poeple always there for a small talk. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

We started our Australia trip with Katrin & Jean-Michel and felt at home with them. The two are just super warm, have fully integrated us and helped us with all our questions and problems. The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail, clean and well maintained. There is everything we need for everyday life. Above all, the huge, comfortable bed is a dream! The beach and the sea are within walking distance or we drove with the bicycles provided. We would come back anytime and really recommend the accommodation to everyone!

It will be right choice

We had such a lovely stay here. It was short but sweet and we only wish we’d stayed longer to get to know the hosts more who were so welcoming and friendly. There was so much thought put into every aspect of our stay, Edward and Christine really went the extra mile and it just felt like being home for a little while. Can’t thank them enough and are desperately trying to find and excuse to return one day.

From the time I entered their house I was treated as a VVIP. The room was well furnished and came with my own TV room and bathroom. The continental breakfast had a choice of six different cereals, wholemeal and plain toast, varieties of condiments, butter, different tea and coffee to choose plus the personalized service. Joanne's place was perfect for our family of 5 for a short stay over Christmas. It was close to family and conveniently close to local shops and the foreshore. It was nice and clean and well set up. Thank you Joanne, we enjoyed our stay.

Place is neat and tidy. Was perfect place for our lil dog larry and the dog beach being just a cpl minute walk away. Will definitely stay again when i want to head back down to check out shoalwater area. Good value.

Great stay

We stayed as a group of 5 to attend a funeral locally. We wanted beds and bathrooms and somewhere to have breakfast in a location close to our friends. The price and location were perfect. The house isn’t the most stylish or flash, but it doesn’t pretend to be and the price is right.

Phoebe hosted my work group and the place was perfect. I recommend the place for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area. Thank you Phoebe.

Spending a couple of weeks at Wavelea Street in Safety Bay away from the hustle and bustle of Perth proved to be a great 'time out' - strolls along the nearby beach, walks around Point Peron and swimming in Shoalwater Bay did wonders. The train to Perth was handy for when I had to take trips in for appointments and the local shops along Malibu Road, within walking distance, provided organic produce which was a pleasant surprise. Charthouse cafe, a couple of streets away, is run by an award winning chef - great coffee. The pool at the premises is heated so it was fine to take a dip in very pleasant surrounds. The interior of the self-contained unit (includes a washing machine and coffee maker) has an appropriate beach theme and provides a very comfortable and relaxing environment. I found services nearby including massage and also yoga and fitness classes. Sherrin and Tony are very affable hosts and felt at ease being in the space below their family home. Sherrin could also take time out in the unit to do a detox retreat like myself but perhaps not such a strict regime!! Highly recommended for a getaway.

Sherrin and Tony go above and beyond to ensure that you have a great stay. Tony even lent us a paddle board, so we could paddle to penguin island and seal island. Great visit. Very memorable ! Will stay again and bring the family

Sherrin's apartment has everything you could possibly want for a stay by the beach. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed and a fabulous shower! Sherrin and Tony were so lovely and welcoming and extremely accommodating to any request, including a later check out and even going above and beyond and taking me out for a SUP! The pool is lovely and relaxing as is the great outside space. I only wish I could have stayed for longer than 2 nights!

A great family place to stay, even though there isn’t air conditioning, they have fans and the cool sea breeze comes in, to cool the apartment down. Very happy with our stay, felt just like home.
