The DG apartment (2nd floor) is in an ideal location with good connections to Munich (S8, about 30 min to the city center), or as a starting point to all lakes in the 5 lakes country, the Upper Bavarian castles or for hiking tours in the Allgäu. Please note that the apartment is not suitable as an apartment with infant. All children count as guests. If you are traveling with infants / infants, please inform us in advance. No parties / shootings Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 7 am

We offer our beautiful in-law in the attic of our renovated semi-detached house with garden. The in-law apartment with private bathroom (shower / toilet) and small fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. Beautiful cottage extensively renovated in 2022 in the best location of Gräfelfing. The detached cottage is located together with another detached house on a well-kept property. The premises are on two levels and are open plan. A private garden with terrace awaits you in summer surrounded by old trees. This cottage is ideal for couples or families with one child. Expats and business travelers will also find their feel-good oasis.

A studio that is a kind of annex to the residential building. The architect loved Kappellen, so the annex became a 6-meter-high room with wooden ceiling and parquet. Sleeping place in a gallery. With wings and garden space, perfectly furnished with style - quiet and on the edge of the forest. The SBahn is about a 30-minute walk, 2 km away. Ideal for cycling in the south of Munich, near Lake Starnberg.

We offer our sunny basement to singles or couples on short trips. Use your own bathroom, have a separate entrance and enjoy privacy as if you were in a hotel room. We provide dishes and coffee/tea-makers, so you can have breakfast. Languages: EN, FRA and ITA.
