Monoblock air conditioning. Neighborhood quiet residential development right on the edge of the forest. Parking is always easy everywhere. The property is in a very residential area in residential areas. Shopping and the S-Bahn are easily accessible at foot.

Die Bahn fährt ab Deisenhofen und bringt euch nach München oder zu Zielen im wunderschönen bayerischen Oberland (Tegernsee, Schliersee). Mit dem Auto ist man in 2 Minuten auf der A8 nach Salzburg.

The two-room apartment with shower room is located in a quiet area southeast of Munich. It is a five-minute walk from the S-Bahn station, a ten-minute drive from Ostbahnhof, and 20 minutes from Munich Central Station. With a covered south-facing balcony, the living room with open kitchen and the bedroom are flooded with light. Barrier-free and easily accessible by elevator. Animals, loud music and parties are unfortunately not allowed. The apartment may only be used by 2 people.

The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.
