Newly renovated house with garden in a quiet location on the edge of the Vienna Woods. Large garden with terrace and barbecue. In the house of about 95 m2 there is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
