The apartment is about 100m2, on the 2nd floor, has 2 bedrooms and a living/dining area with pull-out couch. in the bathroom there is shower and bath, toilet is separate. Abstetten is located on the edge of the Vienna Woods, 1km from Sieghartskirchen on the Bundesstraße 1. The station Tullnerfelder Bahnhof of the Hochleistungsbahn Wien-Salzburg is in the immediate vicinity and you are in about 10 minutes in the center of Vienna,also in about 10 minutes in the state capital St. Pölten.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; two horses, one cat and some chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)
