Ottima viabilità per le macchine. Vari supermercati, ospedali, centri commerciali raggiungibili comodamente.
Nei pressi del Loft si trova lo spettacolare parco storico della Villa Imperiale Cappello. Questo meraviglioso parco dispone di una grande varietà di fiori che nei mesi primaverili dipingono il parco di mille colori. I numerosi eventi che caratterizzano questa meravigliosa location sono una grande attrattiva per le famiglie che vogliono godersi un momento di relax in un contesto naturale.

    La casa si trova in mezzo a 5 ettari di campagna di proprietà coltivata con metodo biologico dal 1998. La casa ideale per una fuga dal rumore della città, per venire con la famiglia e non avere la preoccupazione delle scale e del traffico, o per un'avventura amorosa in completa tranquillità e privacy!
    L'alloggio è formato da: Nicchia d'Ingressoper agevolare l'entrata in caso di mal tempo,bussola d'ingesso di 2 metri con doppia porta ottimale per caldo e soprattutto freddo d'inverno, ampio atrio dove c'è uno scaffale in cui potete trovare bicchieri, salviette di carta, depliant sulle cose di valore storico da vedere nelle vicinanze, una piastra ad induzione con pentolino e moka(caffè, tisane e quant'altro per la colazione dovete portarlo voi, a 250 mt c'è il punto vendita di prodotti bio convezionato(che grazie ad un buono che forniamo agli ospiti vi farà uno sconto su qualsiasi prodotto, anche per souvenir alimentari e non da portare a casa), poi c'è una camera da letto in cui ci sono 3 posti letto: letto matrimoniale + un letto singolo che viene messo solo con la prenotazione da 3 posti, volendo ci sta anche una culla per neonato(che deve essere portato dalla famiglia), antibagno con lavandino(per maggior privacy quando si è in 2 o 3 persone, poi bagno con un tris di asciugamani a testa, asciugacapelli. Tutti i prodotti per l'igene personale sono biologici, quindi di alto standard per le pelli più delicate. Zanzariere su tutte le finestre, e sulla porta, balconi con chiusura di sicurezza, antizanzare elettrico da usare sotto il portico che si trova davanti alla nostra cucina e soggiorno, ma è a disposizione di quanti vogliano trascorrere serate estive o fare la colazione al mattino. Armadio con appendini, una sedia per ospite.
    Ci troviamo a San Martino di Lupari in provincia di Padova, e nella cartina geografica si trova proprio nell'incrocio delle tre province di: Padova, Vicenza e Treviso. Percorrendo la statale 53 in direzione Vicenza, al km 27 si gira a destra ed attraversata una borgata nel comune di Galliera Veneta, dopo 2 km si arriva in aperta campagna e siete arrivati, terreni sulla destra e casa aziendale(si notano perchè sono gli unici circondati da siepi), a sinistra invece c'è il punto vendita aziendale e LA RUOTA idraulica sul canale che un tempo la faceva girare(il nome del canale così come diciamo ai bambini in visita didattica, si chiama: Roggia-Cappella-Vica-Brantellona, a seconda del tratto in cui si si trova), è facilmente raggiungibile sia in treno che con le corriere di linea. Arrivando da Padova in direzione Bassano del Grappa, ci si ferma a Cittadella, e quindi si prende la corriera(una ogni ora) in direzione Treviso e ci si ferma a Galliera Veneta(3 km) oppure arrivando da Mestre direzione Bassano del Grappa, ci si ferma a Castello di Godego(5 km) o a Castelfranco Veneto(8 km) . Arrivando da Treviso in direzione Vicenza o viceversa ci si ferma a Galliera Veneta(3 km). Previo accordo faccio attività didattica ambientale per bambini dallascuola materna fino all'università della terza età). L'azienda agricola adiacente all'abitazione è pressochè ortofrutticola biologica, ma ci sono degli animali al suo interno, recuparati per lo più da realtà che non potevano più tenerli. Abbiamo Stellina la capretta, Birba e Bella due cagnoline una nera e l'altra bianca. Poi abbiamo 5 oche sempre pronte ad attaccare. Una gallina ed un gallo di razza antica "Brahma" e qualche pulcino-pulcinotto che cresce da solo. Quindi non potevano mancare 5 gatti , gli unici animali che scorazzano liberi nel cortile aziendale. In campi siamo pieni di rondini, cinciallegre e cocinelle vista la notevole presenza di siepi ad alto fusto ed ad arbusti. L'abitazione si trova al centro della proprietà terriera, a 200 metri dalla strada comunale. Gli spazi a disposizione sono una camera ed un bagno indipendente ed eventualmente per i nostalgici della tenda ho parecchio spazio davanti casa in giardino per poter alloggiare una tenda o un camper, ed in alternativa ho un bellissimo portico che anche in caso di pioggia tiene riparati!!! In vicinanaza ci sono tre città murate come Cittadella (col suo camminamento di ronda unico in tutta Europa, per essere completo ad anello ad un'altezza minima di 15 metri da terra con punte di 30), poi c'è Bassano del Grappa e Castefranco Veneto. In alternativa c'è il tempio del Possagno con la Gipsoteca in cui ci sono molteplici opere del Canova, tra cui lo stesso tempio e poi Asolo con la sua Rocca. A 30-35 km ci sono Padova, Vicenza e Treviso. Per i naturalisti ci sono le sorgenti del Sile, il fiume Brenta ed il camminamento degli Ezzelini, ultimato da poco, un percorso pedonale e ciclabile che collega Padova con Romano d'Ezzelino. Per chi vuole qualcosa di più impegnativo c'è il Monte Grappa con i suoi 1775 metri metà ambita di molti ciclisti, due vie ferrate ed innumerevoli percorsi di trekking, è stato teatro di scontri decisivi nel corso della prima guerra mondiale e alcuni avvenimenti della seconda guerra mondiale, è conosciuto a molti per il sacrario militare del monte Grappa che contiene resti di militari italiani e austroungarici assieme ad un museo della Grande Guerra. Inoltre a 45 minuti di treno, da Castelo di Godego c'è Venezia e tutti i più famosi Lidi del Veneto tra cui: Jesolo, Caorle Porto Santa Margherita, Duna Verde, Bibbione, Rosolina, Sottomarina e la bellissima Porto Caleri (spiaggia libera gestita dal demanio).

  • Antonio's accommodation is atypical: he has privatized a place in his house for his day tenants. This gives an entire space, with bathroom-wc and a bedroom. No kitchen, but a fridge and an induction hob in the hallway. The place is quiet and fields surround the house, which is very significant. Note: there is a system of electrical panels in the bedroom which has indicator lights, and which switches on with some noise in the morning.

    Questo meraviglioso casale è bellissimo soprattutto d’estate, il suo grande portico infatti permette di cenare fuori con il solo cantare dei grilli
    Zona molto tranquilla, in aperta campagna, ma al tempo stesso vicina a mini market, bar e chiesa. A un paio di km bellissima da visitare la storica chiesetta di San Massimo; inoltre abbiamo un meraviglioso percorso ciclabile immerso nella natura, costeggiando il fiume “Lavandura”.

  • The hostess and her daughter were very welcoming. They gave me great advice on where to go. I had just planned on staying there as I place to spend the night but after their suggestion to go to Bassono that night and Cittadella the next morning, I'm so happy I listened and changed up my plans slightly. Both great cities. I was not aware that the place was an actual B&B but it was very clean. My only issues were, 1) I was stuck on a single bed and I'm tall (I should have read the description a little better) and 2) unfortunately while I was there the woman in the room next to me coughed all night so I didn't get much sleep as it excited through the place. I was only there briefly but I enjoyed my talks with them and would recommend.

    La casa si trova lungo una strada provinciale che in due minuti di auto arriva alla strada statale n.47 che collega Cittadella a Padova, Bassano del Grappa, Trento, Treviso,Venezia, Vicenza. Nello stesso tempo la casa è in una zona tranquilla vicino al fiume Brenta dove è possibile effettuare percorsi in mountainbike, a piedi, a cavallo da Fontaniva a Bassano del Grappa oppure verso Piazzola. A due km c'è il Parco naturalistico "Brenta viva" dove si svolge una manifestazione di cavalli, è possibile andare sul fiume d'estate e fare grigliate sul parco. Nella zona sono presenti agriturismo, trattorie tipiche, maneggi e laghetti per la pesca sportiva di trote e carpe. E' possibile acquistare cibi locali (miele, asparagi, radicchio, conserve, salumi,...) a km 0 prodotti nelle vicinanze della casa.

The room was tidy and spacious, and the bathroom was clean and nice. Mido served a great breakfast every morning, which was great to start the day with. I had at my disposal a new and well-equipped kitchen together with a relevant dining room. Mido is a really easy-going person, very helpful enough to make you feel like a family. He loves to cook and I confirm that he knows how to do it very well, just like a chef. He also has twenty years of experience as Director of major hotels.   • Our stay at Luca's villa was simply perfect. We booked it because we were intrigued by the photos of an amazing interior and a wonderful garden, and it was even more outstanding than we had hoped for. The house is perfect to spend some leisurely days at home and in the garden and it is also nicely located to see cities like Vicenza and Padova. When we arrived, Luca's father was there to greet us and show us around and during our stay, Luca was always fast to respond to any enquiry we had.   • Luca's home was exactly what we were looking for. The home is private, spacious and very well decorated/equipped. There was four of us and there was plenty of room for hanging out, eating and sleeping. The home has everything you could want and a few additional nice touches. As many other reviewers have mentioned... Luca is a true artist and his talents are shown throughout his home and landscape/gardens. Rossano-Veneto is close to many great small towns that we took advantage of during our stay. Bassano. Castel Franco. Loria. Asolo. Cittadella. Monte Grappa. All excellent. Luca himself had timely responses and was very accommodating for both our check in and check out timing. Check in and out was a breeze. We would stay in Luca's home again in a heartbeat when visiting the Veneto area. Grazie Luca!

  • My two week stay at Le Tre Grazie BnB was wonderful. Anna and her daughters were very helpful. They helped me a great deal with the language barrier and were very friendly. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of closet space. The bathroom was very well kept and everything in the room worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again if I were visiting San Martino di Lupari.
