Nestled near the forest, it's just a short bus ride (15-30 mins) from the city center, Kirchberg, and the train station. It's the perfect starting point to explore our beautiful city and country! Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. The accommodation is fully equipped, including a kitchen for self-catering, everything is included in the rental price. Washing / drying possible for an extra € 5, bike shed available.

There is a free parking space on site, as well as an outside terrace to enjoy (also for the smokers). The TV has a guest Netflix account and the wifi signal is good. There are a few good local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance however there are excellent transport links to get you into the city as the train station and bus stops are 2min away.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Old meets New is the motto: Old beams sometimes crack, the rain rushes on the roof= advantage and disadvantage?
