Victorian House - 2 Bedroom- close to coastline

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Marshside which is nestled between the RSPB nature reserves and coastline and Churctown with its pubs, bars, eateries, shops and Botanical Gardens. There are a few golf course nearby with many more in the area including The Open Golf Championship Course of Royal Birkdale. The house also has easy access to Southport (about a 5 min drive) and Ainsdale Beach (about a 12 min drive both by using the the scenic Marine Drive which follows the coast.

Our spacious, first floor, two bedroom apartment in the beautifully quaint Churchtown Village. We have two large bedrooms (sleeps 5), kitchen, lounge & bathroom. We are situated in the peaceful village with shops & restaurants, a short walk to Meols Hall wedding venue. We are only 2 miles from Southport Town Centre and at least 4 famous golf courses. The apartment is above our cosy artisan coffee shop which is the perfect place for an amazing coffee & breakfast which you get at a discount.

Unique Grade II listed cottage situated in the quaint village of Churchtown. Please note that we have a strict NO parties/gatherings policy at the cottage. The cottage is refurbished to a high standard. The internal accommodation comprises of sitting room, diner kitchen and drawing room/conservatory. There is a bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The double bedroom is situated in the eaves above the sitting room. Externally boasts an enclosed rear garden and driveway for two cars.

Pretty annexe property nestled behind the main house. Very quiet location set within the garden space. Off road parking Semi rural location yet a 5 minute walk to the local convenience store. Beautiful Churchtown village only a 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk away, with pubs, restaurants, & independent shops etc. Southport town centre and famous Lord Street a 15 minute drive. Close to many of Southport’s prestigious golf courses and yearly flower show. Great local cycling and walking.

Huge period property set close to the beach and bustling seaside town of Southport with a 6 seater hot tub. Ideal for golfing weekends or family breaks with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to keep everyone happy. My refurbished family home now has a one bedroom apartment annex. We're on the main road into Formby but standing back from the road and close to many local amenities. This one bedroom apartment has a large double bedroom with kitchen/diner/lounge looking through bi-fold windows onto its own patio and our large family garden. It is annexed to our house having its own separate side entrance. Ideal for those visiting family in Formby or for golf on the several nearby links.

Lytham Loft is a newly built, first floor studio with a king size bed and a single sofa bed, an en suite wet room and a kitchenette. Please note that there is no oven or hob; there is a fridge, microwave and toaster, also a Nespresso coffee machine. It's located in a quiet, residential street at the end of a private garden. Access is via a gate with a keypad and check-in is with a key safe. Check in is after 2pm and check-out at 11am. Free street parking is available.
