It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Torre dei Battagli-Dormi in a medieval tower

On the cycle path that leads from Rimini to Valmarecchia stands a medieval tower dating back to the 14th century. Built by a wealthy man from Rimini, Fusso de' Battagli. Once a watchtower of an extensive fortified farm, it guarded wheat and products of the earth. People came here to the ricetto to bake bread. Today this no longer happens, but the tower retains its charm as a fortress in which to relax and feel protected.

Set in the rolling hills of Montefelcino, in the Marche region, is Casa Melograno, a 19th century barn carefully restored by the owners in 2015. From the old barn, where once the animals sought shelter from the sun, has sprung a house with six bedrooms, designer kitchens, large living rooms and a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a spectacular panorama.

Ca Paravento - Cabin in the Forest

Casetta Adelina, casa nel bosco. Is a cabin in the woods, where you go back to basics but with comfort. Wonderfully quiet place among the trees, with a private terrace and a hammock. There is no television, no (limited) WiFi and no heating. But it does have a bathroom with toilet and shower and a limited kitchen (no cooking stove).
