Logement de 2 pièces , l'une lavabo et 2 lits très confortables que l'on rapproche pour couple , l'autre salon, salle à manger et coin cuisine avec 2 couchages dont lit gigogne qui fait canapé très confortable. Une douche séparée , un wc séparé.

Studio confortable et cosy niché dans un environnement romantique et calme, tout près d'une rivière, au sein de vallée de l'Orvanne, classée pour le pittoresque de son paysage. Le lit double est dans une alcove. Il peut être transformé en deux lits simples jumeaux. Espace salon salle a manger avec coin cuisine, douche à l'italienne, et toilettes séparées. Très jolis chemins de promenades et de randonnées à partir du cottage. Ce cottage est accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

The Bidou

Studio created in semi-buried basement made of reclaimed materials and a new sofa bed and also a dry toilet for ecological purposes. Quiet thanks to its insulation despite a nearby railway. As a foster family for abandoned animals, our 4-legged friends are of course welcome. However, we prefer that they do not remain alone in an unknown environment to avoid any damage. We've put a lot of time and money into offering you a cozy little nest.
