Completely new, cozy 2 rooms.-Whg in sunny basement with private parking, flat screen, Wi-Fi, Wama&Trockner as well as south-facing terrace and 2 wheels including children's trailer, which we have lovingly furnished in our new building. The location is perfect: 200m as the crow flies to the beautiful canal and only 2 km to the center always on the popular and with very nice shops walking down Warendorfer Straße. The favorite nightlife area in the Südstadt and harbor are also easy.

You can reach the city center of Münster with its great cultural and leisure activities in a few minutes (direct bus connection). Our accommodation is good for couples, solo and business travelers who seek peace and quiet but still want to be quick in Münster or who want to enjoy nature and bike trails at Ems and Werse.

Bus connection, shopping, bakery incl. Cafe, pharmacy, pub, Italian restaurant, kiosk and Clemenshospital all within walking distance. Motorway connection is excellent. The train station can be reached by bus connection (lines 1,4,9). Street parking is available.

Welcome to the housekeeping apartment (basement ) of the former rectory . The apartment is quiet with a view over the private terrace to the garden. In 12 minutes you are walking in the city center. The apartment has its own parking space. Münster charges 4.5% accommodation tax for private overnight stays. In January 2024, the accommodation tax also applies to professional stays.

Die Wohnung hat die Wohnraum-Identifikationsnummer: 004-1-0010205-22. Sie ist damit offiziell erfasst und amtlich zur Kurzzeitvermietung freigestellt. Die Wohnung liegt an der Innenseite des alten Befestigungswalls, der heute als Promenade die Stadt umgibt. So ist man im Grünen und gleichzeitig im Stadtzentrum. Zu Fuß sind es je 5 Minuten bis zum Aasee und Prinzipalmarkt.
