350 m to a fantastic sandy beach with crystal clear water and very shallow. Large private plot with unobstructed views of a pasture garden. Proximity to hiking areas and culture such as Medevi well, Verner von Heidenstam's Øvralid. The historic old town Vadstena as well as both Göta Kanal and Motala Ström. Wander around the Old Motala Workshop area or visit the Motor Museum and the Vättern Aquarium in Motala harbor. If you have time, I recommend a visit to Naturum at Tåkern or a hike at Omberg

Historic house from late 1800's. Original details with a modern brand new kitchen. Fully furnished in an eclectic 80's style. White washed floor planks throughout the whole house. New bathroom with a 5 person Sauna. Walking distance to town. Grocery, pharmacy, liquor store, pub and restaurants within 10 min walk. 500 m to the lake for a morning dip. Newly built attefall house with the absolute best location on the longest lake bath in the Nordic region and one of Sweden's finest beaches. With walking paths, cafes, and restaurants, it's a place that has something for everyone. The shallow, clean water is protected in a cove which is perfect for surfing and kayaking. Close to padel courts, tennis courts, mini golf. No pets are allowed. Sheets/towels are included, but can be rented for 100 SEK/person.
