The city center is within walking distance (20 minutes) or accessible by subway in just a few minutes. • Centrally located in the 7th district of Vienna’s fashion, design and museums quarter • 5 minutes to the subway station: Volkstheater (U3, U2) • 2 stops from there to Stephansplatz, the city center • Ground Floor apartment • Orientated to a quiet inner courtyard APARTMENT The 40 sqm apartment for 2 persons has been newly redesigned and is both very quiet and bright. The apartment is non smoking only, but has a peaceful inner courtyard for sitting (and smoking) outside. AMENITIES • Fully furnished • Cable TV and unlimited wireless • Fully equipped kitchen • Bathroom with large shower • Utility room with washing machine • Fresh towels and bed linen You have your own apartment and the sitting place in the coutyard in front of your apartment is only for you. I live and work in the same house. So if you have any questions, I am very close! The apartment is in the 7th District, Vienna’s popular design and fashion neighborhood. Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Expanded wooden house. Small & nice. Away from mass tourism. Village ambience. Ideal for hiking, mountain and ski tours , mountain biking and golfing. Apartment is equipped for two persons with a mini kitchen and shower with mountain view. An emergency bed for a third person is there. If someone wants to enjoy it alone, there is of course a price discount :) The guests can use a part of our natural garden. Herbs and flowers are welcome to use. Our house is located in the same garden. There is no direct visual contact. If our guests like it, we are always happy to make new acquaintances and share experiences. We speak German, English, and Italian. Good contact to the surrounding farms and the Dorfwirt. Call bus from 7am to 7pm. Parking at the property. We are on a beautiful high plateau with perfect views of the Reiting massif and the Iron Ore Alps. 5-minute walk to Styrian Mountain Golf. 20 km to Eisenerz to Erzberg Rodeo, Erzberglauf,… 30 km to Spielberg to the Red Bull Ring. Good starting point for any activity in the Eisenerzer and Seckau Alps. A good breakfast buffet is recommended to the nearby Dorfwirt, Gasthaus Reitingblick.

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. There are deer, chickens, cats and bees here. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I build as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.
