It has high ceilings, wood paneling, and large closets. You can enjoy a king-size bed. Extra bed option for child and/or baby. The studio, with fast wifi and air conditioning, has different areas: an exquisite, perfectly equipped American-style kitchen, a bright living room, a bedroom area with a double bed and a spacious bathroom. The modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances for cooking just like at home: a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and full kitchenware (cutlery, dishes, cups, pans, pots, etc.). The living room area has a comfortable sofa, a TV. The room area has a comfortable double bed of 150cm x 200cm and a large closet with hangers. The bathroom has a large shower with rain effect and all the products you may need during your stay: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and of course towels. You will have access and use to all areas of the apartment. (Only the number of people listed in the booking can be in the apartment.) You can enjoy all the facilities you will find in my apartment, as you can see in the photos. The entire apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi internet access (fiber optic). The apartment has heating for winter and air conditioning for the summer. Linens and towels included. You will also find items you might need like: -Hair dryer, -Iron and ironing board, - hand soap, -shampoo, gel, -washer, -TV, - heater, -air conditioning, - 24/7 support and -Wi-Fi internet. The idea is that you feel at home, so always respect the rest of the neighbors and respect the home, you can do as if you were at home! This 19th century house has been recently refurbished true to its original essence. The large studio has a separate sleeping area and 2 charming balconies that provide luminosity. A Norwegian cast iron stove keeps the studio warm in winter and a modern AC unit cools it in summer. The practical kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a comfortable shower with a good size boiler to ensure plenty of hot water. Terracotta floor tiles and wood beams make the studio feel charming and cozy.
