L'espai disposa d'una zona d'aparcament privat al recinte de la casa.També disposa de Wifi i calefacció, totes les habitacions tenen ventilador.

La Casita Margalef

This 19th century house has been recently refurbished true to its original essence. The large studio has a separate sleeping area and 2 charming balconies that provide luminosity. A Norwegian cast iron stove keeps the studio warm in winter and a modern AC unit cools it in summer. The practical kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a comfortable shower with a good size boiler to ensure plenty of hot water. Terracotta floor tiles and wood beams make the studio feel charming and cozy.

El Gresol is a rural mountain village house, featuring 3 floors and a large private garden. It is located in Senan (Tarragona) 80 minutes from Barcelona airport and 45 minutes from the beach. Next to the "Poblet Monastery" and "Vallbona de les Monges". The village of Senan is one of the 5 smallest villages in Catalonia where peace and nature are our main allies. The environment favors an ideal disconnection, perfect for getting away from the busy city life.

Downstairs is the kitchen, next to the dining room and living room. There is also a bathroom and laundry area. Upstairs we find the 3 bedrooms, one of which has a terrace and also a full bathroom.

We have tried to restore it and decorate it with elements that have great sentimental value for us, in order to share with you the history of our house and our town located in an environment of olive trees, cabins and dry stone walls (recently declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site).
