This 19th century house has been recently refurbished true to its original essence. The large studio has a separate sleeping area and 2 charming balconies that provide luminosity. A Norwegian cast iron stove keeps the studio warm in winter and a modern AC unit cools it in summer. The practical kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a comfortable shower with a good size boiler to ensure plenty of hot water. Terracotta floor tiles and wood beams make the studio feel charming and cozy.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. Ours is a village house, within the old town of Cornudella de Montsant in the beautiful region of Priorat, between mountains and forests. The house has three floors and an attic with a terrace. It is completely renovated, with a rustic and cozy style. It is ideal for accomodating from 2 to 10persons: small groups, couples, families, ... and all those people who want to come and enjoy the environment, to go hiking, wine visits, mushroom hunting, and above all climb!

Our accommodation is located in one of the best-known climbing schools in Catalonia. In this unique environment for climbing, you can also do other sports activities such as hiking or mountain biking. It is located on Molins Street, also known as “Carrer de les Covetes”. It stands out as one of the most beautiful streets in Margalef, as you can see an impressive strip of rock that runs along the entire street.
