The starting point of the famous N70 hiking trail is 1.5 km away, the studio is close to the route. Ideal location for (hiking) sports in the woods, a visit to Nijmegen city center or for overnight hospital visits. 3 km to the center of Nijmegen with the bus stop for line 8 300 m away. The cottage is surrounded by a lot of nature and a beautiful lake with weeping willows. The A-frame house offers plenty of privacy with 2 hectares of garden. The lake house has a bright living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom. Our two Scottish Highland cattle are behind our cottage and are a real highlight. There are also many birds, hedgehogs and rabbits in the garden. A BBQ is available on the terrace excl. gas bottle.
