Ideal for FIFO workers-Travelers. A new modern townhouse. Guests have a double bed with separate private toilet and private bathroom. I'm located 5/10 min drive from Airport. Close to Victoria Park, Curtin University, Perth City and train and bus. Free Visitor and Street Parking available. Major shops, Pub, Restaurants and Cinema in Belmont a 2 minute drive away. Tomato Lake Park: cafe, gym playground at end of St. Use of all amenities. Breakfast provided. Flexible with times upon notification.
Very large modern townhouse in Kewdale Perth, use of all common facilities, you have your own private separate bathroom with shower and a bath tub and a separate toilet next to your room. Double bed with built in robes. We are a couple in late forties, German-Dutch and South American background and have a cat.
Five houses down the road there is large parkland called Tomato Lake with cafe (open Wed to Sun), fitness area, BBQ, bird sanctuary. A large shopping centre, restaurants, pub and movie cinema two minutes drive or 15 min walk. Take away and food deliveries in the area.

    A bright and airy room close with your own bathroom and use of the kitchen and tv area. Five minute walk to train and bus stops, supermarket, public swimming pool and gymnasium. Fifteen minutes by train and bus to the city and walking distance to pubs and restaurants. .
    If you are arriving by plane my home is minutes away from both domestic and international airports. As most arrivals do not seem to have arranged roaming before they arrive, I just suggest you search my address on google maps before departing, its not difficult to find but may make life easier.
    Close to the vibrant Victoria Park restaurant strip. All cuisines to choose from and plenty of bars to quench your thirst.

    Restored room in a older style rustic 1940s house. Double brick walls and block out blind will ensure you sleep soundly here. Comfortable double bed with country style hospitality. Walk to pub or train, minutes from the city, airport and casino. We also have a little dog Chaz who is super friendly.
    The bathroom is very dated by modern standards. Can't be helped just yet, I'm saving to fix this up. Please be aware it is not an en-suite but it is right next door to the room. Also note the toilet is located in the laundry area not the bathroom. Huge backyard all enclosed. Well behaved pets are welcome - they just need to stay out of my veggie garden and get along with our dog but other than that your welcome to bring them.
    Lathlain is a wealthy leafy suburb that is very conveniently located for travellers. The café strip of East Victoria Park, the Crown Casino, the Swan River and the airport are all very close and easy.

  • It’s a new modern five stars house ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Definitely above our expectation. Sparkling clean & good decorations. New Kitchen set, new big double doors fridge, new dyson vacuum, new set of washer & dryer. New big Flat screen TVs in every room and even bathroom. Everything is new. Has Netflix for entertaintment. Quiet neigborhood. Near big parks. Belmont Forum Shopping center is not far, just 5 mins drive. Nice view of swimming pool at the back of the house. Communication is easy with the host.   • My girlfriend Nicole and I stayed in Daniels for four weeks. The minute we met Daniel we felt so welcome and comfortable. We instantly felt right at home. Daniel is a great host, he is very chilled and relaxed and is more than happy to help when he can. He gave us good advise on things/places to do in the area and provided us with more than what we needed for our stay. Daniel is a very kind hearted person and is a credit to himself. Daniel has a huge mango tree out in the garden and was not shy to share ,hence why we gave him the nickname 'The Mango Man'.     Our house is located in a very quiet suburb near Canning River and is only 15km from Perth International Airport. Two train stops to the city. Bus at the doorstep to train station or direct to Perth city and Fremantle. Free car parking available at the road side. I have one more queen bedroom that can take in another 3 persons.     There is a ceiling fan for summer and heater for winter months. No TV in this room but you are welcome to watch the TV in our lounge room. You may park you car at the road side in front of the house. It's free.

    This is a cozy two storey house , the room is located on the first floor, so you have to use the stairs. It’s close the airport. There is a forum where you can find markets shop cinema and food. It’s close to DFO!
    You are allowed to use the kitchen, but you have to tell us first and try to use you own ingredients. We’ll hand you the pans and pots. :)

    Cosy, clean and comfortable house, precisely 3 minutes walking from Oats train station. Located on East Vic Park, 1.7km from a shopping centre where you can find absolutely everything you may need. The house has 3 bedrooms, laundry, 2 living rooms, bathroom, kitchen, massive backyard with BBQ, outdoor table and chairs/couch. At the moment we are using only 2 rooms, therefore we are keen to rent the spare one. Respect, cleanliness and enjoyment are our essential house feelings.
    We can provide two bicycles for you to explore the city
    Excelent well located neighborhood, well-known for its many cafes, supermarkets, banks, squares, shopping mall and pubs.

    Comfortable, convenient 1 bedroom apartment recently refurbished and furnished to a very comfortable standard. You will find all of the finishes that that make you feel like your at home, all of the conveniences you are looking for on holiday. The train station is a short walk less than 200 meters.     We have recently refurbished the property and put in new carpets so its nice and fresh. You will find the kitchen is lovely and bright with natural light streaming in and has all you need for cooking up a storm. Bedroom is tastefully decorated with Sheradon sheets and plenty of space to hang up your clothes or pop them out of the way in the lovely matching timber chest of drawers. The lounge area is spacious and bright, with comfortable couch which can be made into a sofa bed. Please advise if booking for more than 2 people as you will need to make up the sofa bed so additional linen will will be provided. Large TV with free to air. Wireless broadband super-fast WiFi available throughout apartment. Feel free to pop on a load or two of washing if your here for a longer stay. Sit outside in the private courtyard and enjoy the morning sun or an afternoon tipple. Lovely manicured gardens with Australian Native plants.' Convenient off street parking and security lights if you are arriving in the evening. The closest shopping centre is less than 1 km away, so an easy 10 min walk (over the train station) if your looking to get supplies for your visit and do not have a car. Vic Park Leisurelife Aquatic centre / gym is less than 2.5km away if you would like access to a public pay as you go swimming pool / gym during your visit. The apartment is neighbouring a house on the same block, however the two properties are completely independent of each other and have separate entrances. The only shared area is the parking (enough to accommodate both properties) / rubbish bins and front garden.
    Food on the Victoria Park stip is great, with lots of different cuisines available. Laika coffee shop near Raymont Park is a lovely coffee shop to enjoy a coffee / breakfast. The Burswood complex is very close and offers a great range of facilities and food. If your a keen walker then walking around the Swan River is one of my favourite activities. If your coming to Perth for the Football or concert we are a very close to Optus stadium and not far from Perth arena. Our apartment is also located on the same street as the Eagles training ground, so pop on down and watch them train. The apartment is very close to the city and the airport so if your visit to Perth is for business, its very easy for you to get around.   • We had the pleasure of staying at Sarah's and the accommodation was great. We had everything we needed and it was close to the train station to head into the city. Amenities like woolies was close also just a 10 min walk. I particularly was happy with the little things, extra toilet rolls, salt and pepper & Oil for cooking (things you need but wont purchase on a short trip) and a data cable for me to attend my work. There is a pool on the premises but not always available (due to my work commitments I am sometimes not able to keep it vacuumed daily) On main road. Own entrance and driveway. 10 minute drive to airport, 15 minute drive to the Swan Valley, fridge is stocked for you to make your own tea, coffee & continental breakfast.
    Private studio not connected to main house. Individual soaps provided Check in may not be available until 4.30pm sometimes as I work full time.
    Surrounded by character houses, train 2 mins walk, 3 stops to East Perth then 2 more stops to City Centre. Historic Guildford is along the line in the opposite direction to Perth City. The historic Guildford Hotel has just reopened after being gutted by fire several years ago Walking distance to cafes, as well as Pork's American BBQ across the road, Civic Hotel, Coles, laundromat, takeaways & 24 hr convenience store. Also ten minute walk ( or next train stop down) to Maylands, ( voted coolest suburb in Perth by Lonely Planet) 5 minute drive to Galleria shopping centre. Unfortunately Perth doesn't have a rail link from the airport yet, a taxi will cost you approx $30 from international and $20 from domestic terminals. Uber is approx $12-$16 from the domestic terminal depending on time of day. We also have UberEATS available in the area.

    Our place is a 4x2 house with large living room, kitchen and dining area. 10m away from our house, there is a nice spacious park (green most of the year)so if you like walking and nature, you will love this. Also, an easy 5mins walk through the park will get you to the riverside, a beautiful location for picnics and barbecues or just to admire the beauty of nature. Although we are close to the airport, noise isn't a problem due to the layout of the runways planes are not taking off and landing in the direction of our house and we are not under the flight path. Winter arrive early this year, we do not have a heater in the house, but your bed has fitted a new electric blanket to keep you warm and cosy.
    My neighbours on both sides and the front are very friendly, quiet and nice. You can take a stroll down to the river in just 5mins walk across Garvey Park. Many water festival or local community events are held here, quite fun yet relaxing. Otherwise, fishing by the river is another thing to do.

The apartment is on a top floor - you can tell by the photo off your balcony. Northbridge is THE BEST of Perth! There is no TV or radio in this apartment because we like to be out and about enjoying the people and culture of what is the best of Australia, especially the gay and lesbian scene as this household is!
    The place is nearly brand new. You can use everything in the common areas. Just please return the electronic key we give you or you forfeit the deposit (that’s really how much that dang key costs!) The apartment itself is surprisingly twice as large as a normal CBD apartment so you will be pleased. It is in a hotel building. The first 9 floors are hotel rooms and then floors 10-15 above that in the same hotel building are classy, Art Deco apartments. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

    Perth is generally warm-hot and sunny, with wonderful wildflowers in the spring! It's a small city with some great attractions such as Swan Valley wineries, hot air ballooning in the Avon Valley, the Crown casino and shows, the new Optus Stadium, etc. Carlisle is very close to the central city but is quiet and has a picturesque main street with shady trees, a pharmacy, BP service station, and ethnic restaurants (Japanese, Thai, Italian, Turkish). There are a couple of parks nearby and the beautiful Tomato Lake has 2 lakes, native bush and birds, walking and fitness facilities, a children's playground and a cafe. Nearby in Belmont and East Victoria Park there are supermarkets, clothing shops and many more eating places.

    Separate keyless building entry with your own unique building entry code, so you can come and go as you please, even for self checkin/checkout, and key lock to your own bedroom of course. The room is located on our "duplex style" uniquely modern designed house with a very large guest suite, where you have access to the guest suite full kitchen and laundry etc, while we (the owners) reside on another self contained section of the building. Please note that we prefer our place to be comfortable, quiet and private as possible even though it is not hotel grade soundproofed construction. We have our quiet hours from 11pm-7am daily. Please note that the room is modestly furnished as per pictures, and the property is designed to be durable and low maintenance. The nightly price is set by the room's historical track record plus AirBnB's automatic price setting based on seasonal supply/demand, rather than some reflection of luxury furnishings.     My house is a warm sunny inviting eco friendly space and has a very convenient location. Your room is a bright and clean master bedroom with own bathroom and walk in robe. It is a secluded location and you can enjoy your tee or coffee in privacy overlooking the vegetable garden. The house is only 15min to the airport, 15 min to the CBD, 20min to Swan Valley, 5 min to a major shopping centre, Public swimming pool walking distance 20 min to the beach and it has a good bus service.

  • Perfect private spot for great value! I was a little concerned about staying outside of central Perth, but Transperth buses and trains made the commute super cheap and easy to navigate. The private entrance and laundry on premise were really nice to have. The WiFi can be quite weak, but if you don't need to stay connected all the time, Taeko's place is your best bet. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

    Spacious, private room with its own ensuite and walk through wardrobrobe and small fridge on the ground floor. We live in a two-story modern solar passive townhouse, with a lovely garden in a quiet neighborhood. Close to public transport and a cafe strip. There is a small but adequately stocked supermarket 1.1 km away.
    Furry friends do not include cats. Sorry. Very quiet neighbourhood. Our puppy is hypo-allergenic and very friendly. She adores children and loves to go for walks. There are towel racks in the bathroom, and fresh towels if needed, and shampoo, etc. Drinking (and cooking) water is purified (reverse osmosis), although the water supply is perfectly safe to drink.
    Close to public transport, lovely park with BBQ and toilet facilities nearby, close to cafe strip with shops, pharmacy and restaurants. Less than 10 mins to the city on the train. The cafe strip on Archer St is 1.2 km. The nearest bus stop is 400m (5 mins walk) The nearest train station is 1.4km (19 mins walk) Plenty of parking in Band St (a very quiet short street) and usually parking in the driveway. There is a map and public transport time tables in your room. Perth has an excellent travel planning app. for smart phones.

  • My boyfriend and I spent a month at Greg&Nan's place. The room is spacious and it has a wardrobe, a small fridge and a private ensuite. At home, you have everything you need especially if you love cooking, like us. Greg produces honey and it's VERY good. They also have a lot of spices and herbs in their garden. They are kind, they love sharing meals and they make you feel at home. Lucy, their dog, is funny and friendly and she loves cuddles. We will miss this place. The house is 5 minutes walk from the 39 bus that goes to the Cbd, and Victoria Park stn is 15 minutes walk.

  • Nan and Greg's place is in a great location, a short distance from Perth Casino and Perth City. I noticed Public transport was not to far for anyone who will not have their own car. Lovely immaculate bedroom with it's own ensuite, fridge and tea and coffee facilities, which was very handy. Nan and Greg's home is welcoming and very comfortable, they are so friendly and very helpful. You will feel like your staying at your favourite Aunty and Uncles place. I was welcomed to join their guests and family, were we chatted for hours as if we'd know each other for years. I thourougly enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Nan and Greg again. Also I must add that I just loved their friendly little Shnouzer Lucy... always happy to greet and welcome you when you return home.

This centrally located home boasts 3 double bedrooms, spa bath and plenty of room for storage. A 4th living space housing a comfy sofa-bed is also available for extended accommodation if required. All bedrooms and living areas have reverse-cycle air conditioning so you can sleep easy during hot Perth summers. Yes, we have the right glasses too – white wine, red wine, and champagne glasses to accommodate your bevy of choice! (Life is too short to drink bad wine from wrong glasses!) – with a small selection of tapas bowls and platters. We provide a thoughtful selection of colourful plastic children’s eating-ware in the third drawer – so guests can relax and children enjoy their visit. The small courtyard has a simple French rustic earthy vibe, and is ideal for sunny late afternoon drinks or perhaps a leasurely breakfast.     Little private room with double bed with wardrobe and desk, good for 1 or 2 person. It is located in a safe neighbourhood where everybody wants to live with gym amenities, playground and few minutes walk to huge shopping centre. My place is great for all travellers.
    The house has 4 rooms and 2 bathroom, 3 other rooms have been occupied by mature student with working adults. This is the only room used for airbnb, and the host is not living in the house.

    My apartment is on the top floor of small complex of 15. It is up two flights of stairs and there is not a lift. We can arrange to give you assistance moving luggage up and down on arrival and departure. However, if climbing stairs is difficult my apartment probably isn't going to be suitable for you.
    Victoria Park is a lively suburb close to the CBD and Crown Casino. My apartment is a 10 minute walk from a supermarket (Woolworths), pharmacy, cafes and licensed premises.

The apartment has almost everything you will Probably need; towels, toiletries, adaptors, cutlery etc. You may wish to bring/buy a box of tissue, and paper towels if you intend to cook. It is centrally located and accessible to all the places we were going. Only problem was climbing up 3 flights of steps with 3 heavy luggage.
