Clara's house is full of atmosphere and beautifully decorated. She gives many insider tips for the area and many explorations of the Etruscans are just magical. The nature around it and the view are beautiful. You can park very well and safely around the corner and there is much to discover. Clara is very welcoming and helpful. We felt very comfortable!

The house made available by Susanna is a small apartment near the Rocca di Capodimonte. There is really everything you need, the rooms are small but super cozy and the cleanliness is impeccable. Susanna turned out to be a very kind and super helpful host, always available for any clarification / information. The automatic check in system is very simple and practical.

Great place for a low budget stay in a typical small town wirh beautiful surroundings. The room is in an traditional house with retro decoration from the 70ies. Seems like nobody else living there now but airbnb guests. I stayed one night and was warmly welcomed. I found everything I needed in this quiet place. There is a big kitchen with all equipment in case you want to cook. Thank you!!

It is a really welcoming renovated farmhouse, perfect for a family holiday and close to unmissable destinations such as Torre Alfina, Civita di Bagnoregio or Lake Bolsena. If you’re looking for a quiet respite in the country, book Simone’s farm house. I was visiting serval wineries in Gradoli during my stay and was 15-20 minutes from everything I needed. The space is safe, quiet and accurately advertised. Simone and his family were lovely hosts!

Marta was able to welcome us perfectly malgress the barrier of the language. She also knew how to speak a little French which helped us a lot. Marta also speaks English, so with a mix of the 3 languages we managed to understand each other. We were able to arrive at the schedule that suited us, Marta was very welcoming. The accommodation was large and tidy and clean. Everything was functional without any worries. We enjoyed our rental Our trip to Italy under the heat has us much more.

Me and my family spent a great time at Marta's place. Marta welcomed us at our late arrival and left some snacks for breakfasts. She is a very helpful and well-organised host. She gave us a lot of advice during our stay. Her apartment is spacious, very clean and cosy with everything you need. It's situated near a bakery, a small supermarket, coffee bar and a pizzeria. Gradoli is a perfect place for people who want to spend time at a lake beach (5 min by car) and for those who love visiting(beautiful villages and towns in the nearby Toscany). You can't get bored there. I fully recommend it and hope to see Marta again.

There is all you need in the appartement and it is so nice sitting at the balcon both early in the morning seeing the town waking and in the evening with the lights from Bolsena lightening in the lake.

Ilaria's house in very central and has a beautiful view over Lake Bolsena from two of the bedrooms. Llaria was very accommodating over checking in and out. Also, as she lives nearby, sje is on hand in case you have any questions. We stayed at the beginning of March and had been worried that the house might be cold; llaria made sure that the house was warm and welcoming for our arrival and we had a very pleasant stay.

House renovated with great taste and furnished in a functional and refined way. The location is excellent for visiting Spoleto and surroundings. Natascha was an impeccable and welcoming host. It made us feel at home.

The apartment has been recently renovated and it shows! Furniture, windows, floors and systems all new, efficient and fully functional. The equipment is complete to face a stay of several days in complete autonomy: there is also a beautiful pellet stove to quickly heat the rooms on cold winter evenings;)! The hosts are extremely available and generous with advice for the activities that can be carried out on site; the apartment is located in a strategic position a few minutes from Lake Bolsena, 30min from Orvieto and 1h from the Val d'Orcia. We stayed two nights in this beautiful apartment for six adults with children and we had a great time and a great time. New, warm, welcoming apartment, perfectly furnished with attention to the smallest details, impeccable services and cleanliness, equipped with everything, nothing is missing! Whatever you forgot, you will find it safe! even oil, salt, sugar and coffee! Very kind and super owners also available to suggest places to visit in the surrounding area. Upon our arrival they also found us water, juice and breakfast food. Ideal for groups of people as there are 3 bathrooms. Thank you so much for everything we had a great time.

Perfect!!! There was nothing that wasn't perfect. Starting from the hosts: always available, very attentive and kind and with a lot of news and curiosity about the place and its traditions. The house is a gem, the basic services are all there and all are kept with care, and if by chance there was a need for something, it is not enough to ask. The country is beautiful, very quiet and very close to the lake. In a few kilometers you can reach both beautiful landscape destinations and the most interesting cultural destinations in central Italy, not to mention that it is difficult to find a place where you do not eat well. In short, it was worth it, we were all happy, young and old, but above all we really rested, which is very important to be able to start again the daily routine more serenely.

Carla and Enea are exquisite people, generous with indications and advice to visit the region at best. The house is welcoming, warm and intimate, in the heart of the historic center of Sorano. Highly recommended!

Wonderful apartment in the city of incredible beauty! The apartment is ideal for two people. Beautiful, clean, spacious. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is cool even on the hottest day, there is no need to use air conditioning. Very comfortable bed and linens. Sorano is a beautiful small quiet town with picturesque surroundings. The programs around the city and around it are unforgettable. Carla and Enea are great hosts, we got all the answers quickly, all the answers were accurate. Check in was organized perfectly. We were very late for the appointed time, but Paolo patiently waited for us, met and provided all the necessary information for our stay. Paolo was extremely kind and attentive to us. We spent wonderful days in this apartment!

Carla and Paulo were incredibly accommodating with our very late check in. The apartment was really nice and it was in such a wonderful location. Sorano is one of the nicest towns I've ever been to and I would really recommend staying with Carla.

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights when our group of 20 friends met up for a reunion and football match , the English against the local Laterans. The apartment was a super place to start and end the day. We just loved walking through the streets of this medieval village on our way to and from the apartment. We enjoyed the coolness inside on a hot day, having breakfast on the terrace and the quietness at night. Patrizia was very friendly and helpful. We'd love to come again one day.

We stayed in Latera for 6 nights.. The place was amazing with a nice view over the Caldera.. Great neighborhood.. The lady who showed us the apartment (Patrizia) during the check-in even came to pick us up since its very hard to drag the heavy luggage through the paved roads.. She even offered us to show her vine making.. But we couldn't make it due to the busy schedule of ours.. There is a bar, restaurant and a grocery shop near by as well.. The host's communication was amazing as well..

We loved this amazing place immersed in the nature! we swam in the pool played ping pong and ate fruit that we picked from the trees in the garden. We'll always remember our stay here, even though was a short one.

The house of Patrizia maintains what it promises: excellent location, comfortable and perfect for two, with a delightful patio to relax and a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by greenery to cool off. The WI-fi works perfectly. The house is clean and well furnished, Patrizia made us find an excellent tart and some essential things in the fridge for breakfast and welcomed us with an aperitif based on local wine. With the precious advice of Patrizia we went to the discovery of the surroundings, visiting places rich in art and history and tasting the gastronomic proposals of the territory. In short, we had a great time and hope to return.

Stay at Patrizia's Place was a very very good, One of the best in our Airbnb years experience. I think the home and Patrizia's mood can respect the real values of Airbnb. Not Only a "house" but a warm home were spent relaxing days . She prepared us a delicious hand made cake, suggest interesting and uncommon things tò visit, not for last restaurants! Just returned from three days (too few !!!!) between lake, spas and charming villages, guests of Marco in his beautiful home. The apartment is spacious, bright, impeccably clean and equipped with all the comforts that a family would like to find at home. Marco is a very kind person, in love with his land and when one puts passion into it, the results are visible! The experience was fantastic, we discovered an area of Italy that we didn't know and where we hope to return as soon as possible. See you soon!

Marco's place is big and very functional. It can easily accomodate a family of 5. It's very clean and spacius. Small market and caffeteria are within walking distnace from appartment. And Gradoli is very interesting small town.

We were very well welcomed. The house is spacious and well equipped. We appreciated the swimming pool and the towns Pitigliano, Sorano at à few km.

The house is perfect for hiking in the area. It is also equipped with everything they need and the pool is great for cooling the return of a trip. The interiors are well maintained and friendly and helpful hosts. I recommend a stay here without hesitation.

We went to Ilenia's place one night, unfortunately we arrived too late to meet her but she let us find the keys and she was super nice. Little house, for a couple it is just fine; there are all useful services and in a quiet area.

Apartment in a small town but well served, a few steps from the minimarket, bar, pizzeria. Strategic to get to the spa quickly and just over an hour from the sea. Ilenia proved to be very helpful, quick to respond and immediately put us at ease, even just because smoking is allowed ... we felt like we were at home!

We've spend 2 nights at Cascina Pacini on our way to see Pitigliano and surrounding places, before we moved on to Tuscany. It is somewhat in the middle of nowhere but that was great as it was very quiet and a great place to rest. The studio had pretty much everything we needed for a two day stay and it was nice to spend time at the pool. We also went to a good restaurant in town and visited lake Bolsena which was quite close. Francesca and her family were very nice and we can very much recommend staying there.

Francesca was always quick to reach on all questions. Your accommodation is exactly as it is described. It is very calm. The right thing for people who need some rest. The pool is clean and a good cooling off on hot days. We could also park our boat trailer on the property. Francesca and her family make everything possible. We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful studio. Clean, carefully furnished, complete with everything. We had a great time. The place is beautiful and very convenient for excursions in the surrounding area (Orvieto, Bolsena etc. etc.). Francesca is very helpful, rather we were the ones who didn't read her messages ... excuse us again ☺ We will be back again.

Simply unique !!! Cascina Pacini has gone beyond all expectations. The perfect location to visit the main cities, all reachable in a short time: Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Bolsena, Viterbo, Saturnia, Pitigliano. The farmhouse is located in the countryside adjacent to the town of San Lorenzo Nuovo: extremely quiet ... the only sounds are the singing of birds, crickets, scops owl. A real magic for those who want to rest in relaxation. The sunsets that can be seen from the terrace are unique: each evening a different one from the other, exciting and reddened. Despite the persistent heat the area is always well ventilated and there is no lack of air conditioning because the interior is very cool and, at night, it is possible to make electricity by opening all the windows (far too much ... and told by us that we suffer from the heat can only be a super compliment!). The beautiful chestnut that dominates the terrace allows you to always remain in the shade. The studio is spacious, tastefully furnished, it lacks nothing! Very large and functional bathroom with personal hygiene products. The perfumed and quality supplied linen. The pool is well cleaned with the possibility of using the heated whirlpool for a fee. Next to it a gazebo with table and chairs available for guests. Car parking in the shade of the lime tree: beautiful! Francesca and her parents were very kind: we checked in at 11pm because we were from Pianosa and the ferry landed us at Piombino at 8pm. It had also been prepared for breakfast the following day: milk, briosches, coffee and, considering that we had nothing with us, we were very pleased. This is how they "pamper" guests: thank you! The chatter with Leonardo daddy gave us immense pleasure because he told us many details, anecdotes, stories about these places that we appreciated even more. Mamma Aurora is of a unique sweetness! Thanks for the red wine, for the myrtle, for the nocino, for the coffee, for the basil ... these are also these small attentions that have allowed us to feel at home and to be able to say ... this year ! Place is located 5 km from Sorano, house is surrounded by fields and trees. Place is quiet and calm, ideal for stay with a dog. Stefania was very nice, although she cannot speak english, she is very helpful. I love all the cats. :)

A damp and slightly misty autumn weekend that Stefania's house, in the open countryside, helped to make unique for colors, smells and flavors. Of course we would have preferred sunny days that would have allowed us to make excursions and visit the wonderful surroundings with less discomfort, but, despite a decidedly unfavorable weather, the short holiday gave us good emotions, thanks also to Stefania's hospitality. The quiet in which the house is immersed reigns and has, so, those who choose to stay in this place must have in mind what kind of vacation they want to do. Tip: if the weather is very bad, don't be discouraged, a few kilometers away there are the Terme di Sorano ... being immersed in hot water while it rains is very pleasant and unique!

We stayed one night in Sorano during our bicycle trip through Toscana. It was quite late when we arrived, too late to go to a restaurant, and Stefania was so kind to gave us everything we needed to prepare a very nice meal, so we could cycle the next stage the day after.

I found myself very well, Stefania is very helpful and friendly. The structure is located in a strategic point suitable for visiting the most interesting places in the tuff area. Etruscan tombs and characteristic villages.

House immersed in the countryside, surrounded by tranquility, with ample green spaces where you can forget the chaos of the city .... The little girl enjoyed a lot of rocking with the hammock and the beautiful cats ... We slept very well, even though August, the rooms are quite cool and there was no need for air conditioning. Stefania is a hospitable host and at the same time discreet, she gave us information on what to visit and where to eat ... Everything perfect! Thanks Stefania!
