Beautiful space and good value. The pool and bbq area is shared with other guests as mentioned, however everyone was lovely as it would be hard not to be in a great mood in this setting! Loft style space means beds are all in 1 room, like going back to school camp with friends. We had a ball.

5 Stars from me & my family- We just spent the weekend here & it was everything the pics share & more! Our 3 girls got to help feed their horses & we got some freshly laid eggs from their cute chooks. The pool was the highlight for us along with Kerri & her daughter whom were most accomodating & really the best super hosts we have experienced. We want to come back soon!

A lovely place to stay! Loved the uninterrupted views of the ocean and how close the beach is and walking distance to the restaurants and how close yet far it was to surfers. Would highly recommend for a nice weekend away.

The views were everything!!! It has a home feel to it and the touches made it that much more special. A really nice space for a getaway and the access to the pool and easier access to the beach was amazing.

What a little gem in the heart of Broadbeach! The place is 2-5min walk to everything you need for a good holiday. Apartment itself is super cosy. Host is also super nice. Left my keys in the apartment one night, I rang Alison to organize picking up a spare set from her, but when she realized I didn’t have a car, she arranged for Jeremy to come to the apartment to open the door for me! Will definitely rent again if I come to Gold Coast!

Great location, easy checkin and close to shopping, the beach and the tram. We primarily picked it for a conference at GCCEC, and you can't go wrong with this apartment if you're looking for the same. Will stay here again.

This place is in a perfect location, close to everything you need, including the casino of course! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided us with a welcoming and warm feeling each and every time that we spoke to them.

Great space for a large group plenty of bedding options. Bathroom and kitchen clean and functional. BBQ facilities. Bring your own food / drinks if you want to cook - nothing to buy on island except restaurant and pool bar. Peaceful at night 10 minute easy walk to excellent resort amenities - pools, inflatable obstacles for kids, paddle boards and kayaks and lovely restaurant - even provided cake for last minute birthday celebration. 20+ minute walk or 10 minute ride to Surf beach Free bikes under house a bit rusty but manageable. Hire available if you need different sizes bike trailer etc A great place for a weekend or longer

The cabin is awesome! It's set up in a way that everyone can have their own little pocket of space. It was perfect thank you!!!

Ryan's eco cabin was great for a weekend with family. It was well equipped with everything we needed: torches, bikes, bbq, plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, etc. Couran Cove is an awesome holiday spot, with all of the resort amenities plus miles of pristine beach to walk and animals to spot. Plenty of things to do with kids. Highly recommend.

A deceptively spacious and spotlessly clean apartment 5 mins walk from the beach. There is also a great cafe and small supermarket right nearby too. Had a great stay and would totally recommend. Great value and would suit a young couple for sure.

Stayed two nights at Lenne's place. Her apartment is very clean and centrally located. Leanne is a good host. She is polite and very energetic. She even allowed us early check-in. Overall we had a great stay at her place.

Leeanne's place was great. Had everything you needed and it was clean. The only suggestion I made to Leeanne was to allow guests to make use of the washing machine that was locked up outside in the recessed lobby that's shared with the neighbour. I was able to use another washing machine down the hallway though which wasn't locked up.

Great location, the place is OK for a shorter stay. It’s a bit on the smaller side, but we didn’t mind at all as we were there for a couple of days only. Tram is just around the corner, as are a couple of restaurants. Shopping center is just across the street and the beach is a block away. Overall would recommend

Great place when attending event at Convention centre. All as expected with a very professional host.

My stay was to attend a conference at the Convention Centre which is conveniently just a short walk across the road. It was also conveniently located to the Star Casino where I attended a cocktail party during the conference. It is also close to Pacific Fair where the shopping choices are top class which i needed to attend to buy some clothing items for the said cocktail party. That said, the place was clean, tidy and well laid out with enough space and free power points to allow me to power my laptop and chargers. The bed was comfortable the internal sliding doors block out the light from the street outside. The host was also quick to answer any queries I had. This is probably the best place I have stayed in for a long time, including many hotels. Highly recommended.

Mel and Tony are great hosts! They are here to help us when needed. This place is sparkling clean, family/kids friendly and beautiful, way better than we expected. Everything was prepared for our comfortable stay. We feel like staying at home. There are air-cons in bedrooms and living room which make us cool off after a long day. Close to theme parks, patrol and 5 mins drive to the shopping centre. We would definitely stay here again if we ever come visit Gold Coast. We highly recommend staying here!

Great unit. A peaceful oasis, so close to Movieworld, Wet'n'Wild, Paradise Country, Top Golf........

We stayed here during January and it was just as described within walking distance to theme parks and shops. This made it a great holiday with the kids to come home for lunch and a rest then head back to theme parks in the afternoon. No stress on finding carparks or being stuck at a theme park with tired and grumpy kids all day. The place was clean and the bedrooms had their own air-conditioners which helped during a few very hot nights and ensure everyone had a great nights sleep. Being within walking distance to mcdonalds, hungry jacks, subway, convience store, kfc, icecream, fish and chips, bistro, pizza, meant on those lazy nights and we didn't want to cook, we had plenty to choose from. The hosts always replied quickly to our messages and check in was a breeze. When we arrived we were very thankful for the staples in the cupboards and fresh bread, milk and eggs in the fridge. After a long day of travelling, its was great to be able to feed the kids then go grocery shopping. The house had everything you needed to make it a great holiday and was in a quiet neighbourhood. Defiantly recommend this place if your looking for accommodation on the gold coast.

The accomodation was just perfect - a little paradise corner next to the busy city! We loved the swimming pool and the space overall was neat, clean and well cared. Nice details and fresh fruits were very much appreciated 😊

We had a very good 3 night stay. The home was extremely clean, and had a lot of toys for my grandkids to play with. The pool was also very clean. Sarscha the host was very friendly and helpful, she made us feel comfortable and at home in her home. Was in a great location for us, near theme parks and not too far from Brisbane.

A lovely studio apartment, it was perfectly clean, well presented and just what we needed for our short stay at the coast. We easily travelled (by car) to various parts of the Gold Coast including surfers paradise, burleigh waters, main beach and Dreamworld. Sarscha was very friendly and helpful and there were lots of lovely touches which all made our stay easier and more comfortable. The weather was unfortunately very rainy so we didn’t get to try the pool, but it looked clean and inviting. We had a brilliant time and would be back in a heartbeat! Highly recommend.

The space is basic, but comfortable - exactly what you would expect for the price if you just need a place to sleep at night. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the area was quiet at night. Mary is very genuine, helpful and accommodating. Make sure to get a Go Card and download the MyTransLink app on your phone if you don't have a car as the bus is very close by (just a few minutes walk). A bus and tram will get you into Surfers Paradise (change at Southport / Australia Fair) and the 704 bus will get you all the way to Sea World. Coles is only a few minutes walk away and right next to one of the bus stops. Was good having a mini-fridge and microwave in the unit. Would stay again if I was on the Gold Coast on my own.

Quiet and comfortable

Location 10/10 as very close to theme parks and the unit is very well maintained. Ideal for a family with kids. Suzie and Norman are amazing hosts who are promptly available for any query.

The home itself is very relaxing and quiet . The ambiance is so calming attaching all the thoughts in this house. Their hospitality and welcoming us upon we arrived. Norman and Suzie were a super host they are both approachable and friendly. Great place because the themed parks are close by cheaper taxi. If you want the food delivery is convenient too. I highly recommend it because accessibility for public is a must for us we use all public transport during our stay.

This is a cozy granny flat which was a bit tight for a family of 4 for a week (for example, the kitchen table only seats 3). However, the property was immaculate, well-appointed, in an ideal location near theme parks & the beach, and the hosts are very easy to communicate with. It's perfect for couples

Andrea supported everything. My job is for South port, and when I was in trouble without a bus because the morning was so early, Andrea sent me by car every day. When I felt sorry, I used to take care of bicycles at home and so on. There is nothing inconvenient in the house, everything is complete. Her husband, Greg, was kind and talked about old travels and so on, and I heard good experiences. We recommend the place of Andrea to everyone! !

I had a great time at Amenda’s house. She is always nice and helpful. She keeps a cute dog named Ruby. Her house is also beautiful with a lovely front yard and a backyard. I even met two roommates at her house, smart and funny Indian boys. We had a lot of fun in the theme parks and the cruise. We went to a party in a night club called bedroom lol at the last night. So thanks to Amenda for the wonderful stay:)

This place is a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived we felt like we were at home. "The grandparent experience" . Both Jillian and Greg are very hospitable as well we were met at the door by a gorgeous puppy Bella who we fell in love in with. They are both amazing genuine people who I am so lucky to have come across. I stayed here with my daughter (6) . We never felt uncomfortable had access to a media room to chill out and a beautiful spacious bedroom which is amazingly quiet of a night (and day) as well as a stunning heated pool and not to forget we had breakfast provided. The perfect escape from Sydney city life . Perfect if you are wanting to go to the theme parks or even visit the Gold Coast city but wanting to stay in a nice quiet suburb of QLD. It's a stay you won't regret. I can't write anything negative except that I had to come home .... we will be back. :)

Darren and Roxi are welcoming and will do all they can to ensure your stay is a great one. As an Uber driver Darren is willing to collect you from Brisbane or Coolangatta Airports. You can have as much privacy or company as you like.

We spent a whole month with Darren and Roxy and enjoyed it from the first day to the last. It’s a nice, quiet spot, where you can use a lovely pool, do walking and biking in the surrounding golf course.. There are lots of different birds to watch and even kangaroos, while eating your breakfast outside. The bus stop is about 10 minutes away, but it’s nice that Darren is a Uber driver. He even picked us up for a good price at the airport as we arrived quite late. We also had a tour to Mt Tamborine and further down the Gold Cost, which was very comfortable and nice. We could even rent bikes for the whole month. The washing machine was in the bathroom - very practical! Darren and Roxy were always ready to help or answer our questions. On the last day, we were generously allowed to stay till three o’clock, even though check out time would be at 10 am. We can warmly recommend Darren as a super host!

A very nice house with chances to see wild kangaroos in backyard. The warm-hearted host and hostess will also provide breakfast for you. There are lots of theme parks near Hope Island to visit. However, it’ll be a little bit hard for visitors without cars.

This is the most perfect pair of famous places I have ever stayed in. It was a nice chat from Darren to pick me up. I like it when I get to the house. The decoration style and the back garden are what I expected. Especially the back garden is directly connected to the golf course and there are many pairs of kangaroos and birdies. Darren also took me on a half-day tour of Hope Island, went to the waterfall, looked at the water house in the rich area, and learned about the local life. The airport that finally took me to. Looking forward to seeing you next time!

Darren and Roxy were excellent hosts; very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for someone who loves golf (on the doorstep) or retail therapy (30mins max to major outlets).

Debby is such a wonderful host. It's true what they say about Southern hospitality. I loved our chats about blues and old school music and Debby took me to movie world, the theme parks are so close so this is a great position to be in. Her furry friends are adoreable their presence made me feel more at home

Debby’s place is so homely, close to Gold Coast attractions, big Westfield shopping center & also close to public transport- trains, tram ( light rail) & buses. And most of all Debby & Paul live up to their super host status.

This place is fantastic. I travelled alone and they made my stay feel safe and comfortable. If you are looking into going to theme parks, beaches and the likes, Id highly recommend you to book in at their place. It’s around 5-10 min away from the train/tram station by car and around 10 min away from the bus stop. But Paul and Debby would usually offer a ride to the train/tram station so it’s really convenient (so thoughtful of them!). As to my personal experience, The main public mode of transportation in Gold coast is the tram. And Helensvale is such a convenient place to explore the beaches, and other tourist spots. Not to mention, they have an entertainer in the house — Sebastian (the cat). So adorable!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Such a magical, tropical feel, space is super clean, adequate for a family of 4 & kitchen has all the essentials. The pool is perfect! Located so close to Movie World & Wet n Wild, and a 3 minute drive to the shopping centre. Though I didn’t get to meet Richard, he answered all questions swiftly and very kindly allowed us early check in & late check out. Thanks heaps Richard! You’re a credit to Airbnb.

Richard's house is very quiet. There is a big garden. The traffic is good, about 15 minutes drive to surfers paradise. Pet-friendly, my cat can safely play in a room instead of a cage. They also have a smart husky, <Koko>, very cute. I had a very comfortable holiday here.

Really a wonderfull place for stay, peacefull quiet and and really accomodates my needs. Just its a bit of a long walk to public transport. If you have your own car or prefer to travel by uber this is a really wonderfull place to stay.

Great space! Close to so many great things, clean and quiet environment and easy to communicate with. We were left to our own devices which is as we prefer and felt very welcome.

It was spacious, clean, and secure, so I was able to spend with confidence. The location was good with a 5-minute walk to the center. The host also rushed quickly if there were any problems with the quick response.

Nice and comfortable and warm reception. Clean room and spacious for one person. I would stay there again if I am around in that area. Friendly couple and easy to get along.

Such a welcoming home - perfect!

As expected, always clean, comfortable. Good shower. Essentials like coffee, shower things. Not too far from a Westfield. I’m not particularly ‘a dog person’ however their dog was very... pleasant. The best part about it is the kind hosts- very friendly, hospitable and happy to help. Up for a chat! #good chats over their wholesome cooking.

Lovely apartment - quiet complex, peaceful setting, close to the water with lovely views. Very clean apartment with modern kitchen and all the things you'd need. We enjoyed the pool and spa and taking out the kayak for a paddle. Great for our family while visiting relatives nearby. Thanks for a great stay.

The riverside apartment is excellent. The location is great and easy to go broadwater/paradise peach and theme parks. It also has swimming pool, spa and BBQ area. The apartment inside is very clean and has all that you need for a great stay. Jacqui and James are great hosts and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Great two bedroom unit with a great spa and hot spa on site- great communal space for the kids! Hosts are fantastic at communicating and are very friendly.

If you want your own small self-contained space as a base to explore the Gold Coast from, this is just about perfect. If you're self-catering you need to be aware there is only room for a small microwve oven and a toaster, but then its only a short walk around the corner to a really good Cafe so you probably won't be making your own meals anyway. We sat out on the drive each morning and ate breakfast which suited us very well. We hired a car but its a short walk to the bus stop which will take you to town, tram or train. Best of all we made a new friend in San ! David and Mandy from the UK.

I spent three nights at Robin & Phil's, and it was the perfect spot for me to check out the area. The room itself is beautiful, has everything you need, and lots of lovely little touches that make it truly welcoming, comfortable and a little luxurious. The location is amazing - steps from the water ways and a short walk to the Paradise Point cafe strip. Robin suggested Runya Thai for dinner, and it was superb! She then suggested a little breakfast place in the other direction which was equally beautiful. As hosts, Robin & Phil were welcoming, generous and helpful, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

A truly lovely place to stay. Robin and Phil are the ideal hosts, have a wonderful separate apartment to stay in, and a perfectly located in a part of the Gold Coast that is a hidden gem.

Very peaceful and exceptionally clean environment. Close to all the local shops and hangouts. Robin was a thoughtful host and communication was always quick.

Incredibly good value, and a truly lovely place to stay. Spotlessly clean, well-appointed, a walk away from the water, charming restaurants around the corner. A breath of fresh air from the madness of Surfers Paradise etc.

It was very nice and a great location for what we needed. My boys really appreciated the Wi-Fi, and the beds were very comfortable.

Sparkling clean, very close to theme parks - about 10 minutes driving. Living space was bigger than I thought, which much more space to fit more than 5 people. Happy and easy going host. I would definitely come back for family trip in the future.

Tara’s place is a great place to stay. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and well-appointed. The beds are very comfortable, the space is very private and quiet.

Great place to stay. We used it as a base to visit the Gold Coast theme parks and had an awesome time! Tara provided everything we needed for a great stay. Managed to sleep 7 without feeling to squashed.

A comfortable roomy area for 2 adults, separate kitchenette with tea/coffee toaster, fry pan, and lovely big bathroom with an enormous bath. I used the bath it was lovely, though I’m very conscious of water usage so I used a little water not too much. It’s very secure within their gated home, where you can park your car undercover if required. Close to Aldi/Woolworths/chemist. Also close to Hope Island Golf Club and Sanctuary Cove.

This is a great spot, close to everything I needed. Huge space, very clean and there was the bonus of two great dogs. Pani is an excellent host and you won’t find better value anywhere!

A huge thanks to Pani for being such an amazing host. We needed to change our plans last minute due to flight and car rental problems and she was extremely understanding and easy to talk to. We were provided with local advice and ideas on what to do and given great amenities. Would definitely say here again in a heartbeat. The two doggos made the trip that little bit extra too ❤️

He’s very nice and the place is worth staying. I like the location. It’s bit far from the main beach, but still there are bunch of place you can chill.

A very nicely furnished apartment, very clean and in a good location. You have to walk to the beach in about 20-25 minutes. Good communication. We felt very comfortable.

While Ben‘s apartment is a ‚no frills‘ place as shown in the photos, the room was larger than expected, had a Powerpoint adapter to fit electric plugs from any country, and the place had excellent internet. The apartment is bright and modern with unrestricted use of the kitchen (and my own shelf in the fridge). Ben was quick and easy to communicate with, made check-in very easy and made me feel very welcome. Thank you Ben, for a very pleasant stay!
