This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The apartment was earlier part of our single-family house and is now separated from the back basement rooms by a simple folding door. It is ideally suited for 2 persons. If required, the living room can sleep 2 more (pull-out double bed). Bathroom is accessible through the bedroom. The kitchenette in the living room contains a 2-burner, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and fridge. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture.
