Incredible is an understatement. This beautifully whimsical cottage is a fairy tail dream come true. Della and John were such a joy and even let us stay past our check out time for no cost! Clean, cozy and relaxing! Will be booking again with no doubt!

We loved the Crow Cottage! It was beautifully decorated with funky art and had lots of great outdoor hang out spaces. Location was epic, such a short walk into town. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous location, gorgeous property, and gorgeous cottage! The cottage is surprisingly spacious (perfect for 2) and the art and decor is stylish and interesting, lots of cool things to look at. Total experience was wonderful.

Absolutely beautiful, calming interior with lovely grounds to explore (saw deer, turkeys, hawks). Stocked with a fascinating array of books and designed with stunning attention to detail. Lovely place to get away from the world--just buy Sonoma wine and drink it in this space, no winery visits required!

The accommodations were exactly as described! The house is close to some of the best restaurants and vineyards while being tucked away in a serene hideaway. We had a wonderful girl's weekend relaxing on the porch, walking around the grounds, and cooking up a storm in the kitchen. Communication was top notch and we arrived to a cozy and inviting house with the fireplace already lit and ready to enjoy. This home is definitely worth the price and we look forward to coming back again!

This place is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Great hosts, great stylish home. The land was gorgeous and you got a great feeling of being unplugged but still close to everything.

Having travelled to Japan for work on dozens of occasions, I can testify that this place feels very much like the real thing. The architecture, decor and lighting, atmosphere and general surroundings are indeed very zen! We walked on the property and ran into a dozen deer as well as a large group of wild turkeys. The beds were very comfortable, the house is immaculate, everything was perfect. Thanks Greg for letting us stay there!

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, and Greg and Adrienne's listing is by far one of the most beautiful and stylish homes I've ever seen. As hosts, they were extremely communicative and hospitable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. From helping us find food the first night (and ensuring we had safe transportation as we were on a motorcycle), to giving us excellent local recommendations and even taking my boyfriend out on a boat trip days later - I cannot speak more highly of their hospitality and warm nature as hosts and people! The house is super good and the view is super good. And very quiet place. And the house holder helped us a lot thank u a lot. But the road to the house indeed narrow. Our car had a little problem on the road which caused problems. Wish the guests in the future take care of their cars on the way to the house.

My husband, myself, and our pup Frankie stayed with Kathy for a night and had a wonderful time. She's a 5min drive to the main shops and restaurants in Sonoma, but a quick walk to a coffee shop and a few other stores and restaurants including a natural ice cream place that is absolutely amazing (get the coconut/pineapple!) Her place was clean, spacious, and perfect. The back yard is just beautiful. We also had great conversation the next morning. Will def stay here next time we're in town!

Kathryn warmly welcomes you with style and warmth to her beautiful vintage cottage in a premium Sonoma location with amazing communication about the local music, food, and other tips. Her local knowledge beforehand was incredibly helpful and made our sister weekend a hundred times more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable with gorgeous linens and everything available for comforts away from home for a traveler. Highly Recommend.

Kathryn’s place is a cute little oasis with lots of trees and plants and flowers in the yard. It’s a perfect base camp to enjoy what the area has to offer.

My partner and I were seeking a few days of quiet outside of the City and Diana and Charles's spot exceeded those needs. Fresh air, a beautiful creekside setting and all the comforts we needed to recharge our batteries. The family takes pride in their property and strive to make their guests feel comfortable. The cabin and hot tub were clean and the outdoor shower a nice tough to revive after a soak. We were new to exploring the area and appreciated the use of the park pass to visit Jack London park as well as Diana's guide to local shops and restaurants. We'd certainly recommend for anyone else looking for a quiet, relaxing recharge just a short drive from San Francisco.

This cabin provided us with the perfect little getaway. Not only was the cabin sparkling clean, but it was well stocked with everything a traveler could want. You can tell that a lot of thought and care went into creating the best visitor experience. The cabin, the hot tub, the yard... we loved it all. We will be back!

Third time I've stayed here, and that's not a coincidence. What I like most is the secluded location, amidst nature, but not too far from Sonoma Valley, and the "Swiss Chalet" style of the house. Our stay was overshadowed by the Corona Crisis, which left us (Europeans) uncertain of when and how we would be able to return back home. Preston,who was joining us for a couple of beers, was very supportive in that situation and offered us, to lengthen our stay at a reduced rate, should we have get stuck there. We did eventually make it back to Europe, but we did appreciate the support.

What we liked best about The Orchard: stunning grounds, delightful nature walks, gorgeous open-concept layout to accommodate our large gathering, thoughtful touches throughout the house including a very well-equipped kitchen... Very comfortable beds and bedrooms, too. We hope to return! It was an amazing place to spend a weekend with friends. Highly recommend!

Very unique house. Comfortable for 11 people. We hosted a team off-site and it was perfect for that.

Everything you need for a secluded break away, far from the hustle and bustle of city life. Piano, guitar, great amenities, amply stocked with different coffees, a variety of teas and all the herbs and spices you can think of. It was wet and cold and we decided that the cabin was the most likeable place in the area that we would like to be. We had a great time in this enormously large house. The narrow, sometimes steep and winding road added to the special and private ambiance.

This was a wonderful house surrounded by beautiful scenery. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

The orchard was an awesome place to stay for our group of 12 visiting Napa. Very spacious! Doug was incredibly responsive and a great host.

Dougs place was simply beautiful! The house is just want our family needed a place to get away, be together and still have space. The piano, guitar,foosball table and the coy pond all helped us enjoy our time together even more.

At night if you're a star watcher, you will be amazed on how the darkness of the night let's you bath in their beauty. If you love nature, and you will be living in the beauty of it,so be prepared to witness mother nature babies walk within your presence. So in short,if you're just wanting to get away for a weekend or want to stay in a beautiful place for long term this is the place. The room and the amenities I had were perfectly there. The beautiful brand new bathroom is the super best in that place. I keep that glass clean door sparkling clean The bed is large and quality firm. Outside, your door, you can relax with a swing chair in a clean air, beautiful flower surrounding and so many scenic places to go around and walking distance for Wine Tasting Vineyards around. Very cute little cottage surrounded by gorgeous nature. We loved the bed, it was very comfortable, the place was really clean and stocked well if you wanted to do any of your own cooking. It’s super close to the little downtown where there is a great market, a French bakery, lots of wine tasting and restaurants and very friendly people!

Great place to stay in the fantastic little town of Glen Ellen

I wanted a cozy cottage close to downtown Glen Ellen, and this is exactly what I got. The cottage is about a 5 min walk to downtown where I was able to pick up delicious eats for a late lunch. The place itself was super clean, had a kettle for making tea/coffee and essential kitchen ware to make a meal. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the large soaking tub was a lovely touch. I hope to come back to Glen Ellen again and stay at this comfy cottage.

This location is truly a haven. It was the ultimate place for me to find the peace and space to delve inward after a weeklong meditation. Its proximity to luscious, beautiful hiking trails is a tremendous bonus -with Jack London Park/ranch within walking distance, and a Napa/ wine country experience just a short drive away. I cannot recommend this location, or Constance, her husband and their sweet tempered kittens enough!

It’s always a pleasure to stay with John and Della. The Badger Den is cozy, clean and comfortable. Definitely my go to whenever I stay in beautiful Glen Ellen. The location is perfect and the price is excellent for the space. I highly recommend staying there.

Don’t overlook this little gem... ideal little getaway

The Badger's Den was fantastic! The description is very accurate, but it underrates the decor. I thought it might be too much with all the decorations, but we both loved it! Every piece of furniture/art is interesting and beautiful with an overall sense of humor and whimsy. The color palette of the space - with the walls, the furniture and decor, was bright in a cheerful way - not overbearing. We found the variety of art to look at was wonderful and very unusual. Other things to note: The king sized bed was very comfortable, the skylights and windows make things very light, and the space was quite adequate for the two of us. The coffee provided was very good quality and there was organic milk in the frig. The smell of the room is fresh and clean once you enter (no mildew), even though this is a downstairs room, next to a garage. This is important to me, so I was very happy. When we arrived, it was chilly, but the space heater provided warmed it up immediately and we were never cold again. We didn't get to meet our hosts, but Della made everything easy for us and was always available. (We thought about going up to knock on their door just to tell them how excited we were about the wonderful art). So thank you Della and John!

We had a wonderful two night stay with Jane. Great location for exploring the region, and also clean and comfortable. But the best part was Jane’s hospitality - delightful food, excellent recommendations, and a friendly dog. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location was central to all the historic sceneries/wineries just like she mentions on her description and she offers to sit down and share all the best places to visit over a delicious breakfast! LOVELY! Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, Casita de las Palmas is a gem. Jane has thought of anything you might need in advance and everything very comfortable. A lovely place to send your time in the Sonoma Valley.

This is a lovely spot and a great find for a pretty inexpensive and private space. definitely a keeper for us; it was our second time back there and a great place for our four night stay in the area. There is a lovely and cozy private suite with its own bath ,and beautiful outdoor space in the backyard to enjoy, as well as parking and other amenities. Really laid-back and user-friendly with a great hostess on site.

Joan is a great hostess. My room was very quiet and private. Even though it has a shared bathroom upstairs, I never felt like I had to share. Joan made a nice breakfast for me, which was much appreciated...french pressed coffee, no less!

Inez's tiny house was exactly what my girlfriend and I needed for our vacation through Napa. At most an hour away from most wineries, it was in a great location and provided easy access across Napa and Santa Rosa. The house itself is relatively small, but not cramped. Everything was extremely clean and well located. Check-in and check-out were very simple. We would gladly stay here again!

Great little place for two or three people. Had everything you need for a little apartment and a full size grocery store just 3 doors down. Clean and convenient for anyone needing to stay in the Santa Rosa area.

Highly recommend. This tiny house is exceptionally clean. Inez goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Excellent location. Napa and Sonoma Valley's within driving distance. If we return to the area, Inez will be our first choice for lodging.

A sparkling clean Sanctuary close to freeways and right across great shopping and restaurants .. lbed was amazing .. staying again in March.

Inez's spot is bright and clean. Less private than some other options purely based on proximity to her home. However, she does a good job at adding touches to the rental to make you feel secluded (i.e. separate walkway, blinds, etc). The home had everything you'd need for a quick stay! Her two small dogs were a wonderful little bonus :)

I enjoyed delightful conversations with other guests, a fantastically comfortable bed, great accommodations for my weird schedule, a great bathroom-sharing system, a dark and cool bedroom, lots of good breakfast options, plus outstanding hospitality from the host/family--they even helped carry my heavy luggage in and out!! Charles gave great suggestions about free things to do in the area (including champagne-tasting!) I highly recommend this place; I'd book it again in a heartbeat.

This was an amazing place. We used everything (grill, pool, spa, fire pit) and it was all working fine. The location was amazing and private. House was clean and perfect for two couple, one upstairs and one downstairs. We would definitely stay there again. Turnkey was very responsive and helpful. Called about a few thing to the general number and the local contact got back to us in less than an hour and one time with 10 min of our call to the general line. He said we could call him directly anytime we had a question. Amazing service. The next time we travel my first stop will be the Turnkey website to book a house.

Mona’s guest house located in the town of Glen Ellen is such a wonderful place to stay. The surroundings are quiet and private. The guest house is well appointed and very clean. Mona is a gracious host and very responsive to your needs. The location is close to great restaurants, a wonderful French bakery and many wineries. It is only a fifteen minute drive to downtown Sonoma. I would highly recommend staying at this “hidden gem”.

We had a fantastic few days at Mona's place. Not only was the guest home clean, quiet and beautifully appointed, we were left a yummy treat as well. It's only 1 minute from Jack London State Park for hiking, and sightseeing its amazing historical buildings. It's also only 1 minute from Benziger Winery (their biodynamic tour is great!) and a few minutes down the hill to the quaint town of Glen Ellen. Mona has everything you need in the guest home. The bed was comfortable and I loved your pillows Mona! I also enjoyed your art on the walls. We really enjoyed the deck to have coffee in the morning and wine at dinner. We bought groceries and cooked in a couple times. It was lovely to dine al fresco. The birds and squirrels playing in the trees kept us entertained! It's really a fantastic property and great deal for staying in wine country. We would love to go back!

We had an excellent weekend at Mona’s place! The location was perfect for a wine country trip and the space was clean and private.

A lovely, quiet place with beautiful views of the stars. It felt like we were staying in the state park! It got quite cool most of our nights there, but we were very cozy. It's clear that Mona cares about her guests and their needs. I would stay again.

We had a beautiful 4 day stay at the Brand New Glen Ellen Farmhouse, and it exceeded our high expectations. My wife and I stayed with my Mother, and we enjoyed every day. The design is perfect for two couples,- especially if you'd like to cook some at home. We stayed in winter, and so we didn't spend much time on the deck out back, but at a different time of year that would spectacular. The two bedrooms, each with an en suite bath are super comfortable, and the unit is very quiet with the windows being triple or quadruple glazed. My wife and I stayed in the Master Bedroom, and it was very luxurious. Spacious, with a super comfortable bed, and a large bathtub and a wonderful shower. The kitchen is easy to cook in. My wife made an amazing dinner for us one night, and we had breakfast in every day. Speaking of breakfast, two kinds of great coffee were provided as well- a Nespresso machine with plenty of pods and a pound of Peet's coffee to use in the French press. We enjoyed both each morning. If you are wondering what its like to locate in Glen Ellen, I think it's a great base to explore the area from. In our 3 full days we spent one on the Bohemian Highway and the Coastal section around Bodega Bay (Bodgea Bay is a 1 hour drive), and one day in the Napa Valley taking the Oakville grade over the Mountains- it took a little over a half hour to get to Oakville driving slowly to take in the views. The third day we spent in the city of Sonoma. There are lots of nice restaurants in Glen Ellen itself, and a great grocery store too. If you like chocolate, definitely check out Wine Country Chocolates in Glen Ellen. The Farmhouse is a great place for 2-4 people looking for a quiet, luxurious place to stay in wine country. Highly recommended!

This was such a fabulous space in a wonderful location. Everything about our stay was great, from the modern construction to perfect furnishings to the quiet and solitude that the home and locale offered. The backyard and deck were especially nice. We had a fabulous time and would absolutely come again.

Randy's Glen Ellen cottage was an absolute dream. The pictures do not lie - the cottage is absolutely beautiful - so stylish, thoughtfully furnished, and sparkling clean. You feel like you're living in the 'after' phase of any HGTV show. There were so many thoughtful touches and accommodations akin to what you'd expect from Four Seasons if they managed AirBnbs. The backyard and deck were massive, and the location cannot be beat. You are walking distance to the small but charming 'downtown' Glen Ellen strip, which includes tasting rooms and some great restaurants. We walked from the cottage to Glen Ellen Star in about 5 minutes. I can't recommend this place enough.

Deer Haven is a gem tucked away in the hills of Glen Ellen. It's a quiet, but conveniently located retreat. Walking distance to cute restaurants and short scenic drive to many wineries and hiking spots. Ellen was a gracious host. We'd definitely book again.

Ellen’s place is cozy, relaxing, and a great place to stay! We arrived and she had very thoughtfully turned on the heat and had everything ready with clear, helpful details so that everything was super easy to settle into. Ellen also provided robes for guests as a little extra detail to feel at home. The property has beautiful views with lots of trees and flowers, as well as the bee hives and chickens, truly a great stay in the country. The hot tub is a great addition right on the back deck. Overall it was a peaceful and pretty home!

This home was truly magical and exceeded all of our expectations. The cottage is tucked away into many acres of land in the woods, where you are almost guaranteed to see deer, wild turkey, dozens and dozens of quail, hummingbirds and so much more. Ellen, the owner was such a great host and had so many great little touches in the place including fresh coffee grounds and greeted us with lots of tips for the town as well. The hot tub was also amazing and perfectly situated under the trees and stars. We could not ask for a better weekend away for our anniversary.

Great location to explore Sonoma and Napa. Private and quiet. Hot tub and fig tree are amazing extras! Nice hiking trails close by. We didn't care, but there is no TV in the place, WiFi works OK, not very fast. If you want to unwind and relax, and take break from news, it's really great though.

Staying at Deer Haven was #%*##!!awesome. We relaxed in the hot tub, saw lots of wildlife, and in general had a super chill time. It was cozy but felt spacious, and was close to the State Park, which was our ultimate destination.

You can expect peace and quiet, privacy and mother nature.

Very peaceful and romantic cabin just outside a quaint unspoiled village. Highly recommended!

Linda’s place is very charming! Her pups do bark a little when you first get in but that didn’t bother me at all. Very close to downtown in a cute neighborhood. The room is very small but perfect for one. There is a tub only but that wasn’t really a problem for me. Linda was very nice and made my stay easy. You can’t beat the price for a place to crash

My 2nd trip to Simone’s and I loved it again! Such an oasis and I am obsessed with all the surrounding Oak Trees. Would recommend—it is worth the drive out there!

Our stay at Simone's place was great! The space is beautifully decorated, so cozy and lovely. There's a wood burning stove that kept us very warm at night and a nice record players with tons of great records. Simone's place is in a really beautiful part of Sonoma, surrounded by gorgeous oak trees and lots of nature. We woke up to a beautiful sunrise over the valley and the sound of birds. We only stayed for one nigh but I'd recommend coming for a full weekend-- the space is too beautiful, and there's an outdoor tub overlooking the valley! And Simone is such a kind person. Such a great stay, highly recommended!

Definitely take Simone up on the massage service! I took this trip as a solo getaway for one night and having a massage upon arrival set the tone of the weekend. I also took an open-air bath which Simone helped me with. The property is nuzzled in nature and was a calming space for me to spend the weekend reading. I would definitely come back!

Exactly as described! Love the gravel road through the forest feel to get to this place. It was nice to stay in someone's real home and not a vacation rental. Read the house-guide, very useful info, then go to the French bakery down the road. Simone popped in for a little bit and was very kind!

Simone's place is a bit difficult to get to (especially after dark during a storm), but it's well worth the trip. Her directions were super helpful, and the space itself was one of a kind. It was really nice to experience the rain while surrounded by the trees. Check in was also very flexible, and Simone was understanding and kind.

My stay here was an extremely excellent experience. The room was very cozy with a comfortable bed. It was very quiet and peaceful. I truly appreciated how the room was fully equipped with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, utensils etc. It also had a table and chairs for a place to sit and eat. The location was in the heart of town. Marianne was friendly and attentive to any of my needs. I would definitely recommend a stay at her home if you are seeking a place. I certainly will return in the near future.

Clean, cozy, convenient, and our host is a very conscientious person with attention to details, right down to the in-room snacks and coffee with creamer, no added cost. We were able to truly relax and sleep very well, both nights, while enjoying a local family reunion. Only minutes away from downtown or the highway and many other places, yet located in a very quiet neighborhood. Enjoy!

We had a great stay here in Glen Ellen. The room and bathroom are really well designed and equipped and the closet is HUGE so lots of room to store things. It’s really well located in Glen Ellen so lovely restaurants are very close by. Dave and Dana’s tips were really helpful too.
