The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. The house offers enough space for your family reunion, small celebrations and group vacations.

Please note: the chalet is about 300 m from the parking area and accessible only on foot. The stilt houses are located about 300 m from the Jugendstilhotel Trifels and can be reached via a paved walking path. You may borrow a handcart for your luggage. Check-in takes place at the reception of the Jugendstilhotel Trifels.

Beautifully located in the middle of nature is our horse farm in a secluded location, the Modenbacher Hof. In addition to horses, meadows and forest, we also have apartments. This friendly, sunny apartment with a small terrace invites families, couples and nature-loving people to spend time in the countryside. Whether forest, playground, wine road, vineyards or Palatinate villages and towns, everything is accessible on foot or with short journeys.

Holiday room with bathroom and separate entrance

Treat yourself to a little time out in our lovingly furnished vacation room. The room is located in the basement of our single-family house and with its 25 sqm has everything you need for a short stay. The room has its own entrance (not barrier-free) and is closed off from our living area. It is equipped with a double bed (160x200), desk, kitchen and seating area. Towels and hairdryer are in the private bathroom.

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.
