Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Dreamy attic studio in the wine village

Beautiful, bright and sunny attic apartment in the middle of the "hotspot" of the Palatinate wine villages. 35 m2 attic studio, a newly laid beech solid wood floor, beautiful exposed beams and a really fantastic view of the surrounding vineyards. The house was built in 1828 and was completely renovated in 2018. In addition to the double bed, there is a new sofa bed (for 1-2 children), a small fridge, kettle and tea plus cups. NO KITCHEN available! The bathroom is BRAND NEW! (renovated in April 2022).

The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Country villa at Park Modenbacher Hof

Nestled in a beautiful valley in the Palatinate Forest, near the southern wine route, lies the Modenbacher Hof, a listed property whose history can be traced back to 1720. Experience the seasons with us from the fruit blossom in April to the apple harvest in October, the colorful forests in November and the quiet valley in winter for winter hiking and feeling good by the fireplace. Our luxury apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the Koch wine pavilion and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. Children and toddlers are welcome. 😊Shopping is 3 km away. 4 restaurants in the village and child-friendly. Outdoor pool very close!

Guest house "Findus" in the old winemaker's and farmhouse

The apartment is just minutes from the center with restaurants, cafes, wine bars, historic wineries, various shops. The vineyards start around the corner and all lead to the nearby hiking area “Pfälzer Wald” with its popular managed huts. The Villa Ludwigshöhe, the Rietburg ruins, which can be reached on a romantic path with the Rietburg cable car, the wildlife sanctuary located there and a panoramic café are just some of the beautiful excursion destinations.

Our 400 year old estate, originally a winemaker's estate, is located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights.
