On the piece of land behind the farm where the cows grazed, this completely quite 2-person Swedish cottage De Rooie Vos of 40 m2 is equipped with: - Kitchen (oven, Nespresso, kettle) - 2 pers. bed 180 x 200 - Zithk with sofa and armchair - TV/radio (with DAB and Bluetooth) - Electrical Fused/ Wood Stove - 2 pers infra rd sauna - Terrace with furniture - bed linnen, towels - Breakfast service; EUR 16.50 p.p. Cottage overlooks farmlands, horses / sheep meadow and the edge of forest of the Maasduinen.

We transformed the house into a beautiful vacation destination where peace, space, nature and relaxation are central. Cozy together in front of the stove or in the cozy bedstee or warm up in the wood-burning hot tub You can also enjoy all the beauty around you on the edge of the forest.

Overasselt: Self-contained 3-room apartment(75M2) in nature

Our spacious apartment (with 2 bedrooms, living room and private kitchen) is located in the picturesque Overasselt in the middle of the greenery, directly on beautiful cycling and walking routes, directly on the Maas (dike) and close to the Overasseltse vennengebied. In addition to peace, space and nature, cities such as Nijmegen, Arnhem and Den Bosch are nearby. The facilities are new and well maintained (the apartment was completed in June 2020 and has only been open as an (air)B&B since then).

Quiet, cosy B&B with private sauna and hot tub

The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

The Old Glass Factory

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

Welcome to our cozy guesthouse in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature reserves such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. The center of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

Hoeve Nieuw Batelaar has its own private entrance and garden, and guarantees a lot of privacy. The large living room, with an open kitchen has special views over the countryside, and gives guests a sense of calm and space. The spacious bedroom has a luxurious box spring bed for 2 people. The 2nd bedroom has an extendable double bed. The spacious bathroom with a massage shower and infrared sauna, gives access to a wonderfully heated indoor swimming pool.

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

The Treasure Pit

Discover the beautiful scenery surrounding this property. In this compact converted container, you can completely relax. Surrounded by agricultural area with views up to 4 km, this cottage is located directly on the edge of the forest. In this adjacent nature reserve, there are countless hiking and equestrian routes. There is a lot of privacy, with private facilities and a large terrace. The modern decor gives a luxurious feeling.
