There are many great restaurants in the surrounding area. The U-Bahn [subway] stations are a 2-minute walk away. Free parking is available in front of the house. It is also possible to rent a parking space in the courtyard. If necessary, it is possible to rent two bicycles to get from point A to point B even faster.

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

Just a minute's walk from Lake Phoenix in a 100-year-old house in a traditional working-class district is our apartment "Bergmann". It was recently freshly renovated and modernly furnished. The apartment also offers a small courtyard, which is only you use. So you can rest and sit in the yard after a long day of full of experiences. If you want to do something in the evening, the nearby Phönixsee offers many restaurants and bars.

Es besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche Ein 55 Zoll Fernseher inklusive Netflix Account befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Selbstverständlich steht freies WLAN zur Verfügung.
