We had a great stay at Brandon's Lakehouse. Right across the street from Lake Tahoe, grocery store 5 minutes down the road and about 20 minutes from Squaw and Northstar. The house is new and in great shape with lots of room to spread out. Would highly recommend for your next getaway!

Brandon’s place was absolute gorgeous.

House was very spacious, clean, and full of amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked and bedrooms had many extra pillows and blankets. Very kid friendly (high chair, pack n play, etc). Would highly recommend especially if you’re traveling with young kids. Many of our plans took place in the north so this was also conveniently located for us.

The listing was spacious enough to fit our large group, and we all enjoyed how clean and modern it was. Super convenient to restaurants, skiing, and grocery stores. Brandon was super responsive and accommodating, and we had a great weekend. Overall a great place to relax by the fire, cook, and enjoy after a long day on the slopes!

Brandon's place is extremely convenient and close to the north Tahoe ski resorts! It has a beautiful view of the lake, and the place was immaculate when we arrived. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I have the chance!

Very nice stay

I cannot say enough good things about this property! You cannot beat the location, right by the beach but with it's own fun backyard area. It was great in winter but I bet it's awesome in the summer! The backyard gazebo, grill, and hot tub are superb and everything inside was clean, new, and decorated clearly with love. Planning to come back soon and enjoy this fab house!

Your expectations will not only be met but greatly surpassed with this place. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the stylish decorating and cleanliness of this place. The decor puts you in a vacation mode and the amenities offered (robes for the shower or spa, toiletries, dining suggestions, activity suggestions, kitchen items...the list could go on) were phenomenal. I especially loved the wood-burning fireplace, it made me feel so cozy after being out and about hiking, exploring, and sightseeing. The neighborhood is quiet and so close to some great local spots (like Gar Woods). Ali and the whole Tahoe Lake Love team was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tahoe.

Amazing place with the perfect location. Brand new hot tub was great after a day on the mountain. Place was very clean with all the amenities you can think of (even robes, toothpaste and candy!). Nice sound system in the living room was a good touch and where we spent most of our time relaxing. All the rooms were large with comfy beds too. Highly recommend!

This house is a perfect place for your next Tahoe getaway! Conveniently located, gorgeous, sparkling clean home that really does feel like a home. Meticulously clean, amazing little details like robes and toiletries upon arrival. And extremely comfy beds! We loved our weekend stay here — only thing I’d change is booking longer next time! On top of the amazing house, Ali and the Tahoe lake love crew are tremendous hosts. She really goes above and beyond to provide local hospitality and recommendations. We’ll be back in the summer for sure to get out on the lake via Ali’s boat rentals!

This was an absolute great stay ! Beautiful location and lots of great amenities ! Extra toothbrushes , chapstick , makeup wipes ,etc. Rose really goes above and beyond ! Th TV system was brand new and great the Netflix didn’t work and Rose responded right back and helped fix it immediately ! Would definitely stay again

Great place and great location. Walkable distance to the Carnelian beach, pretty close to restaurants, ski parks. Check in was very easy. The kitchen is fully loaded and we had a great time cooking in the house. The bedrooms are decent size and plenty of sheets and comforters provided. The fire place is very nice and plenty of firewood was provided. Also it is dog friendly and our dogs had a great time running around. For me, the hot tub is the best. Absolutely clean and in the outdoors. We absolutely loved it. Just one more thing to mention, there is no fence and the pictures kind of give an impression of a massive backyard. Its decent size but there are no boundaries. So it appears in the pictures as if the entire place belongs to the house.

Great space and location! Might be nice to have a night light in the bathrooms as turning the light on at night is quite a shock.

Our Carnelian Bay unit was perfect for what a friend and I needed. Plenty of space with two comfy beds, hot tubs that were in well maintained, and great proximity to Squaw Valley resort. Check in was easy and there is also some great breakfast spots and a supermarket nearby.

Fantastic place to stay at Lake Tahoe. Carnelian Bay is quiet and serene, and quite close to shopping and restaurants. A perfect location between the north end and Tahoe City area.

Great vacation rental, located in Carnelian Bay close to Waterman's Landing where there is a small beach and kayak, paddle board and other rentals available closely. Silent, Private, the roof makes a noise similar to raindrops when its not raining which i found very relaxing and serene. Limited supplies in kitchen and toilet, but host was very clear to comunicate this in advance. Close to KingsBeach and Tahoe City which are more developed (aka Restaurants/food); without the traffic that exists in those places. There were too many instructions about cleaning up and leaving from the home, which seemed rather excessive for being charged cleaning fees.

This is a nice 1 BR unit with a pull-out couch, full kitchen, and a gas BBQ! It's a short 5-min walk to the pool, also a short walk down the hill to Waterman's Landing to get a great cup of coffee in the morning, or head over to Gar Wood's for drinks, brunch and/or dinner. The beach next to Waterman's Landing is also super convenient (This is a dog friendly beach, so be prepared for that). 10 to 15 minute drive to Tahoe City, or to King's Beach in the other direction. Overall, the location and amenities are great for a summer vacation!

Perfect cabin for a romantic getaway with your significant other. My wife and I stayed for a long weekend while we explored Lake Tahoe. Within walking distance is a wonderful little breakfast spot and the #1 rated dinner spot on the north side of the lake. The cabin was sparkling clean and had all the amenities one could want. The hot tub was wonderful in the early morning or late evening! We loved all the little touches and attention to detail the owners displayed in their cabin.

Amazing place with an amazing host. Very clean and cozy. Very responsive and check in was very easy. If you want a secluded cabin, Be sure to google maps the location cause we didnt but that was our fault. Other than not be secluded this place is a must stay.

Kitchen: beautiful appliances and all the essentials you need! Truly. If you enjoy cooking/being in the kitchen, like myself, you will love it. Living Room: welcoming, warm, cozy. Fantastic selection of multi-media devices; including Control4 home automation. Bathrooms: LOVE the heated floors! Such a great touch for those chilly morning. Overall, we loved this place. This place is exactly how described in the listing. The fireplace made the place toasty and cozy. The shower water pressure was good. It was quiet and perfect for this solo traveler. It was reassuring to have Suzi and Scott on the premises if there were any needs ( there weren’t any) I would go again.

This is a cozy room with plenty of useful and thoughtful touches, like glove/boot dryer, adjustable fireplace heater, coffee/tea and breakfast items, bathroom heater, and cell phone charger, etc. Very convenient to ski resorts, including free TART buses, and across the street from beautiful Lake Tahoe sunrise. We had a great time, thanks!

The studio was great for our weekend get away. We were 5-10 min away from the food & lake attractions but if we didn’t need to leave, we had everything there to make ourselves a meal with the hot plates & pots included. (thankfully) The heater was set to our comfort the whole time & we had our privacy while still being able to access Suzi & Scott if needed. The check in process was very easy & they make the place very comfortable.

This space is a great little getaway spot. We came over to ski for the weekend, and it was perfect for the two of us. We were able to get some groceries and cook breakfast and lunch. The room was super clean and comfortable. The check-in instructions were clear and simple. It was also a good location to use as a jumping off point to explore the area. The spot is directly on the road, so you might want to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. But it wasn't too big of a deal to us. Thanks Suzi and Scott!

Suzi and Scott’s place is a cozy getaway nestled in the beauty of Lake Tahoe. It had everything we needed for the weekend and more. The gas fireplace was probably our favorite part of the stay- snuggling in front of it after a long day outside was the perfect end to our night. We would definitely stay here again!

A charming studio with a cozy electric stove heater, well located in lovely Carnelian Bay on Tahoe's west shore. Suzi and Scott's place was the perfect base for our winter ski trip to Tahoe, and they offered abundant local knowledge and thoughtful touches. We really felt like we were being hosted in someone's home and would love to visit again!

WOW~ I LOVED this space! This studio is so well designed -- especially the LIGHTING! Each nook had its own light switch, which was honestly perfect for my two kids to nap in their beds, while I did some telecommuting at the desk inbetween all the fun. The view is just beautiful and the location is PERFECT! Right off the lake, and easy access to the skiing, City of Tahoe, and the national parks we visited. I can't say enough as to how charming the space was, it had extra kitchen amenities which made it possible to make some light meals in between going-out and books for myself and my daughters when we just wanted some down time. Just a little space that felt so much bigger than what it was; even after a week's stay, we never felt like we were on top of each other. Communication was quick and informative, and the space was obviously very well-cared for.

Gregory communicated very well with us. super speedy replies. Location is perfect for those skiing at either Alpine or Squaw.

Comfortable place.

Carnelian Bay is beautiful, but when you walk into Gregory’s place you could just as easily imagine you were in a Swiss chalet in a forest of trees on a gorgeous lake. Everywhere you look is beautifully designed and out of every window is a wonderful picture of nature at its finest. My daughter and I had an incredible stay at Gregory’s studio chalet... we found a new treasure!

Stayed here for a Spartan Race I had at Squaw Valley. It was perfect for a home base for me and my two sisters as I battled the Tahoe mountains. Thanks Gregory for hosting us.

Gregory’s house is a very nice place for books lovers but not only! Close from nice beaches and shops!

We LOVED our stay at this cabin. It was perfectly appointed for the four of us (2 kids, 2 adults). Nice enough to fulfill our needs, but not so fancy that I had to worry about my kids getting in to things. Many have pointed out the road noise. This is true — it's on the main road. It would be great if, someday, the owners were to replace the upstairs windows with something more soundproof, as they have downstairs. However, once the fans are going, you don't even really hear the road anymore. Location is perfect and so close to so many beaches, both driving or walking. And you can bet that the place will be sparkling clean.

We were a family of four spending a long weekend at the lake. The condo is very charming, and the complex is quiet. It was awesome being close to everything! John was also always available for any questions we had. Looking forward to our next stay!

Simply a nice place with excellent proximity to several resorts and Truckee. Would recommend for a single family with 2+ kids or 4+ friends on a ski trip.

This particular unit is far superior to another unit we spent nearly a week in, a few years ago. The kitchen is almost comprehensive for anything you want to make. The knives are sharp, which is rare in an Airbnb. The appliances are all in perfect condition and appropriately sized, also rare for Airbnb. This unit had an extra wall in the loft compared to another layout we have stayed in, and the bed is positioned in the safest location. You can tell the owners are parents as the electrical cords are safely stowed out of reach of visiting little ones. The living room was comfortable with tons of games and puzzles which was a huge bonus for us. You can tell the owners stay here themselves and the pride of ownership shows Checkin and check out was a breeze, the cleaning fee is priced fair too.

John’s place is perfect for a Tahoe weekend! 3 beds sleep 6 comfortably. It was perfectly clean with some nice touches in the kitchen and bathroom. John was great to communicate with the entire time. I would definitely stay again!

John’s condo is great! I cannot stress how ideal this location is. We’re big fans of Gar Woods and it was so nice being within walking distance. Great access to the lake and the downtown areas of King’s Beach and Tahoe City. The condo was cute, cozy, and ideal for a girl’s weekend at the lake.

Beautifully placed about 3 minutes away from the lake and conveniently placed 20 minutes away from both Squaw and Northstar ski resorts. Both Peter and Liz are nice and sociable and offered a very welcoming stay. Great place for a shred get away if you're into winter sports.

The house is clean and looks just like it does in the photographs. It's also a really nice location, just a short walk from the beach and about equidistant to Northstar, Homewood and Squaw. It had lots of kitchen supplies and the main living space was bright and comfortable.

Accuractly described, this home is roomy and divided into 3 levels and has unique touches like an indoor spa making the perfect place to unwind and spend time with loved ones. Centrally located in tahoe made getting to the slopes and the store very convenient.

Amazing space! Kate was a great host and very communicative throughout our stay. About 20 minutes to Squaw and easily accommodates about 12-13 people. We loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic location and space for the group of 7 that we had! Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked, we did a lot of cooking and a lot of the materials needed were already there. We received 2ft of snow over our stay and the driveway was plowed the next morning! I highly recommend, we will be back!

The Carnelian Bay house was perfect for our family/ friends get together weekend. The house is so cute, sparkling clean, well stocked and in a perfect location. We really enjoyed having the fireplace, with the flip of a switch. We plan to come back in the spring/summer when we can sit out on the deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Curtis is 5 stars! Only suggestion I have is that I recommend he gets another bed upstairs because it says it sleeps 8 but this is not the case... it only comfortably slept 6 because last bed is a blow up that didn’t work

Wonderful stay. Very generously equipped kitchen, clean, modern bathrooms, and plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. Cosy and warm in winter and the sunset over the lake across the road (a 3 minute walk) was beautiful! Highly recommend.

Very good stay at Marty's, the chalet surrounded by nature is superb and the alarm clock in the room with view on the lake is priceless. The welcome from the owners is very warm, it feels like home. We would definitely recommend!

The place is comfortable and clean! The patio is the best spot to watch sunrise and sunset. You don’t even have to go out to the patio. You can watch inside the bedroom. The kettle in the room, wine opener, reading materials, dvds, and directTV are a plus. The bed and linen are very comfortable. The restroom is super clean and it has extra additional amenities. The water pressure is very good and the hot water heats up fast. The kitchen is fully stocked and it has industrial grade equipments. We were also able to wash and dry our snow clothes without a problem. Marty and her family were genuinely nice people, accommodating, and they respected our privacy. They are very generous in opening their home to Airbnb.

Marty’s place was amazing! The hospitality was outstanding! The view from the deck overlooking Lake Tahoe and the mountains was one of a kind! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to come to Tahoe to visit!

Marty really takes care for her guests. As we came in, their were two really nice and sweet dogs. The cozy living room really made you feel at home, also Marty, who really has a peacefull aura arround her. The room we stayed in was really nice, everything was clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Our stay was wonderful- the location is beautiful and the room itself was very cozy and comfortable. The bed was AMAZING- I slept so well! There is a nearby cafe that we walked to everyday for breakfast, steps away from the lake, and just a short drive to the Kings Beach if you want to truly feel like a tourist! Highly recommend!

Danielle's place is gorgeously hidden in the forest, but steps away from the main street, a beautiful beach and so many other things. The house is cozy and there are many things to keep you warm (fireplace, electric heatings in the bedrooms, blankets, electric floor on the bathroom). The kitchen is fully equipped, from wine glasses to pizza trays. We cooked every morning and some dinners. My family and I loved the entire experience and would definitely come back. This Airbnb was exactly what we needed. It was easily accessible from the road, yet not too loud. It was 5 minutes from Safeway/King's Beach, and 20 minutes to Squaw and Alpine for excellent skiing. It was the perfect getaway for two couples. The hot tub was fantastic, check in was a breeze, and the bed was so comfortable!

We loved staying in this cabin! The place is small and cozy, perfect for the two of us and our pups. The bed is very comfortable, the towels are super soft and fluffy, and it is stocked with anything you might need in the kitchen to prepare meals. The backyard is fenced in so the pups love being able to run around and explore. We've been here several times and don't even look elsewhere to stay when we decide to come up. What a wonderful stay this was! It was warm, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. It snowed heavy the evening we stayed and Chris had everything prepared for us to stay warm and safe! My dog loved the place too, very cozy and fully fenced off so he could run free in the yard.

Chris’s place is everything you need. Beautiful, SUPER clean and amazing location. This cozy cabin is close to the beach. I stayed at Chris's place with my dog and we absolutely love it. Early in the mornings we will go on short hikes and then to the beach, all walking distance. Thank you for letting us stay at your cozy place!

This cozy cabin is perfect for a getaway with your significant other and your dog. Great location within walking distance to a couple of local bar restaurants. Right by the lake with incredible views. Can't wait to come back!

Chris's place is at a very convenient location in Carnelian Bay and the cabin is perfect. It's pet friendly and our puppy had a great time staying here.

Great place, looking forward to coming again. Front room was an exceptionally comfortable place to hang out with our dog after a day on the hill. The enclosed yard was perfect.

This house is great for a ski trip! We were only about 15-20 minutes from Northstar. Nice spacious living area for bigger groups and plenty of beds.

Very clean, very spacious. Great for large groups, without feeling cramped. Would definitely come here again if I had a similarly large group.

Our family really enjoyed our mini vacation at this lovely cabin. It was so cozy, it was like being at home we only wish we could have made our stay longer. We plan on making it a Family Tradition. We highly recommend families to rent this Beautiful Cabin.

The Vacasa household was amazing! It is a beautiful cabin home that is amazing for a large family or friend get together for a weekend. The living room is very cozy, and great for game night and a family dinner. In addition the lake access was a plus! The amenities they offer was helpful, no need to bring any type of utensils or cook ware, it is supported. Also it was mentioned when I first booked the cabin there is an elderly lady who complains about noise anything after 10. However, I never received a complaint after 10PM and my group and I were playing games and playing music at a respectable level.. so I wouldn’t worry about that if you’re interested in booking this home. All in all, my stay at the Vacasa’s home was pleasant.

Great Vintage chalet that held our family of 6 and visiting cousins for a total of 5 adults and 7 kids comfortably. The decks are nice and we loved the open living room. Having a washer and dryer was great and the kitchen was very useable. Old School Cool.

My family and I rented this spacious cabin. There were 16 of us. We took blow up mattress just in case. We did use two, but more for comfort than anything else. The house was clean and came with fans because it does get warm during the day. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was a washer and dryer, which I thought was nice to have. They supply you with one detergent (very thoughtful). The cabin has Netflix and cable. The most important things to me are cleanliness and communication. We had both. The only compliant I have is not with the owners or property management, but the neighbor on that first night. Not sure which neighbor, but they left a note on our door to abide by our 10:00 PM quite time contract. My family was outside on the patio, not playing any music nor were they drinking that first night. From what Molly told me through messenger, is a certain neighbor tends to complain. That next night we made sure to cut the music off by 10:00. I would rent again and recommend this cabin for large families.

I enjoyed my vacation over here in this lovely cabinet. The Location of this studio was very convenient, 5 mins away from Safeway and 20 mins away from Northstar. Peaceful neighborhood.

We had a really wonderful time staying here. It is small and cozy... perfect for a romantic couple. The location was prime and was very close to many of the activities we wanted to do. Laura was very communicative and quick to reply to all of our questions. Overall, we loved this place and had a very special weekend here! Highly recommended.

excellent location with regards to activities, including hiking, the beach, or kayaking, which my wife and I tried for the first time. I had to squeeze into the bathroom to use it, even standing up. But the price was worth a quick getaway to decompress from life and catch our breaths.

Great place with plenty of beds and family friendly. The house has a real fire place making for great family evenings. It had bunch of sleds and a small slope outside of the house. Great location, with few minutes to to the lake, Safeway, and 20min from Northstar.

Stayed at Dan's cabin for 4 nights. It's comfortable, with plenty of space to accommodate 8 guests. The cabin is well located, close to many ski resorts and easily accessible in the winter. We had a very pleasant stay.

Good place that is near Northstar and Squaw Valley. Overall it is good for a group of 4 to 6 peoples. Two single beds on the second floor are small for adults.

This place has everything you need. The place is cozy, equipped with appliances and cookware for cooking at home, and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay at The Honeymooner exceeded all expectations! The townhome was very clean and offered a beautiful view from the balcony. I woke each morning to a beautiful sunrise with tons of activity from blue jays and chipmunks. The location was great and the community itself was very safe, comfortable and private. I would absolutely stay here again!

The unit was great for our visit to Lake Tahoe for the Spartan race! The home was very cozy and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, with us cooking full breakfasts and dinners. Communication was clear and quick. The common Carnelian pool/spa space is a little separated, but only a 5-minute walk or 1-min drive away. Safeway was also a short drive away. Overall, a wonderful place close to the Tahoe Lake shore!

We stayed here for 3 nights for our anniversary.. it was very cozy, updated decor, super clean.. Great location. The bed was SUPER COMFY! My husband is 6'4 , works out every day and is 300 pounds.. so having a bed that he gets a good nights sleep in, IS A HUGE DEAL TO US! Not having a comfortable bed has ruined other trips for him. Would stay here again got sure!

Great family-friendly house close to the lake.

Our group of ten enjoyed our stay at this pup-friendly cabin. For our large group we were glad to have 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The cabin was located a quick walk from the lake and a quick drive from Safeway. We would recommend staying at this cabin!

Have come here two winters in a row with a group of friends - house is spacious and well appointed. It is a quick drive from Northstar or Squaw Valley.

We had a good time at this cabin. It has an easy access close to the main road which makes it easy to get to places. We loved it and would come back! Highly recommend it!

The house is very well laid out and well equipped for a large group. We had pretty much everything we needed to cook a big Thanksgiving meal -- plenty of cookware, roomy kitchen with lots of cabinet space. The dining table is a tight fit for 8 people but we were able to combine it with another table from the next room. It should be noted that when you come in through the main entrance, you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the main living room and kitchen/dining area. The ground level has 4 of the 5 bedrooms. There is plenty of space for people to spread out, and everything was very clean. We were not able to get the cable TV or the CD player to work, but that wasn't not a big problem for us. The property manager was very quick to respond when we had trouble finding the wifi passcode.

This would be our second time staying at this cabin. We love the fact that the kitchen is filled with everything we need to cook. The location is perfect. My family enjoys everything about this place.

This is an awesome airbnb. Superbly decorated, comfortable rooms, and a great kitchen. Christy has gone above and beyond to make this space feel homey, but still stylish. Loved playing games around the beautiful dining room table. This is definitely a spot I will be back to.

Everything was exactly as promised & as pictured! Very familiar with Lake Tahoe & let me tell you - this location was excellent. Excellent hosts with quick/responsive communication - cute & clean home with VERY comfortable beds!

Christy's place was perfect for my friend and I with our three boys. We did not feel cramped or like we needed more space. We cooked dinner each night while we were there and had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was pretty chilly at night but there were plenty of extra blankets which was such a lovely touch. The beds were so comfortable and the house was super clean! Lastly, Christy was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would come back again.

We stayed at this cozy cabin for a few nights as a quick getaway to the snow. The fireplace warmed the living/dining room along with the heater. Ambiance was great. We all enjoyed playing games and eating dinner at the large table. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Each room has either a wall heater or plug in heaters. The beds are very comfortable with soft linens and plenty of blankets to spare. Bathrooms are nice too! We couldn’t enjoy the backyard since it’s winter however we did grill two nights in the charbroil gas grill. The cabin is on the main road which is convenient for getting places. Though you can hear cars at night, it didn’t interrupt sleep.

Wow! What an incredible time we had at Christy's cabin! The home was clean and cozy, as well as as the perfect place for our snowboarding trip. The home has a great kitchen, a spacious backyard, tons of board games, and everything you need for a fun weekend. Christy was also a very quick and attentive host. I highly recommend this place!

Edgar Cabin is the perfect winter getaway! Spacious enough and very cozy. Clean, with a surprisingly fully stocked kitchen! Perfect for our family winter vacation. About 15 min from Northstar and 25 min from Squaw, it's a perfect location for skiers.

Beautiful house in a beautiful place!

Our stay was great. The lake is a short drive or walk and the house was exactly what we were looking for. A comfortable large central living room and kitchen to fit the whole family in while we hung out and ate between trips to the lake. Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our time at the Edgar cabin. Is was perfect for our family reunion of 7 adults and 1 infant. The cabin was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. And the location was great, only a few minutes drive to the lake and a quick walk to hiking trails and swimming pool. We will definitely return.

The house was very comfortable for our group of 6, well-equipped for cooking every night and had plenty of parking. We spent tons of time relaxing on the deck. Sean was extremely responsive upon check-in/check-out and when we needed anything. We had an amazing week - thank you for such a great stay!

We thought Edgar Cabin was the perfect location for our group. Celebrating two 30th birthdays and it was quick access to everything we wanted to do! Loved our stay there.

We spent almost a week at the Edgar Cabin and did not want to leave. The cabin is clean, neat, stylish, and upgraded (especially restrooms). The kitchen is well-stocked for those who like to cook - it even had glass baking dishes. The nearby amenities (pier, tennis courts, and swimming pool) were amazing. We especially enjoyed the pier - it was a 2-minute drive away with sufficient parking and was rarely crowded. We spent a lot of time there. The hammocks and the deck were quite special too and perfect for those lazy afternoons. We would definitely love to come back when we have a chance!

This condo was the perfect cozy hideaway for our February ski trip comprised of four adults. Conveniently located, we were a quick drive to both Squaw and Alpine Meadows. We spent fun evenings playing games by the fire. The powerful water heater never left anyone having to take a cold shower. We were able to cook all our meals at home since the kitchen was well appointed. The grill on the porch was a great amenity as well. Check-in and parking were easy. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Cedar Summit has fantastic Lake views and i nestled among beautiful trees. We went in winter so we could experience the snow and really enjoyed Carnelian Bay as it is less populated than South Lake Tahoe. The gas fireplace with real flames was just what we were looking for to cosy up for a pre-Christmas getaway.

Clean and comfortable

Have had a great experience with Agate Bay a couple different times. The place we stayed was wonderful, great location and they were very helpful when needed.

The house was charming and had plenty of room for my family of 6 and 2 dogs. Great place for summer getaway!

Wonderful location! Walking distance to a sand-less, dog beach with smooth rocks. The path to the beach is a little treacherous as you have to walk on the main road, but there’s plenty of room in the bike line. We were a party of 8 and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Loved every second of this trip!

This is a great spot very close to the lake, wonderful location. We enjoyed walking to the water as well as driving a short distance to a sledding spot and to meals out. If you’re coming for snow in the winter, depending on the year this cabin may be below the snow line but overall it’s a great spot and cozy at the end of a day out in the cold. Photos are accurate, great communication with Alyssa.

Alyssa's place is so conveniently located - only ~10 mins to Tahoe City, and 20 mins to the closest ski mountains. The snow wasn't great when we went at the end of Feb 2020 so we spent the weekend relaxing and went on a nearby hike. The house is so nicely renovated and the bathrooms are sparkling clean. I've never thought about booking the same vacation home again in the future but will definitely do so for Alyssa's place if it is available :) Thank you for a wonderful weekend in Tahoe!

Lovely secluded place in Carnelian bay. Great for a stay with kids (double bunk beds!) and 80s game room (super mario anyone?). Very clean and Alyssa is very communicative.

Alyssa's place was great for me and my friends! We stayed there for an entire week and were in close proximity to Lake Tahoe/Carnelian Bay, ski and snowboarding venues (Squaw and Alpine), along with Safeway and other small eateries.

House was nice and clean and at a great location. I'm looking forward to coming back again.

Great place to stay and my family and I really enjoyed it.

Cozy comfortable cabin for our group during our annual snow trip to North Star. I recommend 8 people max for best comfort but we had a larger pre-approved group of 11 that was able to make it work. There were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows available and a floor mattress and air mattress to accommodate us all. Note: Beds are very firm. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils but we did end up using our own spare paper towels and toilet paper as there was not extra provided. The home is nicely decorated with modern touches including smart TVs. Lot of board games available as well. This is a great stay for families or close friends.

We really enjoyed our stay— Alyssa’s place was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a multigenerational family trip to Tahoe. Communication was easy and responses were quick. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit.

This house is amazing! Perfect for that cabin and woodsy feel. The back deck and hot tub are great amenities, along with the weight set in the downstairs bedroom. Waterman’s landing was ideal for our dog, as it is very close and exceptionally dog friendly. This area is also close to awesome hiking trails, restaurants, and other beaches. Thanks to the Weil family and Agate Realty for a very positive and memorable experience for my family!
