great place to stay in north lake Tahoe! Alyssa was super responsive and her place provided many amenities that made us feel right at home!

Paul and Naomi were excellent hosts and very responsive to all our questions and needs. The unit was well equipped and comfortable, and within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, general shopping, the lake, and bike rentals. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. We were a party of 3 adults and one teenager, the property was perfect for all of us, and gave the teenager the ability to come and go. We would definitely recommend this property!

A very cozy log cabin close to the Lake. We were 7 adults and a toddler and had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Ada's and Robert's house was exactly what we were looking for on a ski vacation. Well designed, stylish, cozy and beautiful. Ada and Robert communicated very well. We will definitely see if this house is available next time we visit Tahoe!

We stayed in Carnelian Bay for a family reunion. There were 4 of us (adults) staying in this property and it was perfect for a central gathering place for all. There is a pool table as well as a cornhole set in the garage. Plenty of deck space for everyone to relax in the warm June sun. The kitchen is well equipped and we prepared and ate many meals at the house. Dishwasher a full-sized refrigerator too. It is a fairly short walk to the beach and SUP/Kayak rentals. There is also parking near the beach if you choose to drive. Kings Beach, Safeway grocery store and loads of ice cream shops and restaurants are only a short 5 mile drive to the east. There is a beautiful forested hike just at the end of the neighborhood. The home is clean. There are plenty of clean bath towels and linens and even a washer in the garage should you need to do a load of laundry. This is a property where we will definitely stay again and recommend to others as well.

Very spacious house, conveniently located close to Lake Blvd, providing a short drive to Kings Beach, Northstar, Tahoe City, and the Alpine and Palisades resorts. The house is quite spacious, with plenty of sitting space, a good kitchen and dining room space. There is room for 4 cars in the driveway, plus one or two in the garage (depending on your parking skills ;-), which is nice. My friends and I are already thinking of trying to rent this lodge again next year (although this review may make it more difficult...). We had a small issue with the hot tub -- it was perfectly usable (it is really big too), but the jets did not function correctly every time. This has been reported and given Madelyn's responsiveness, I am confident that this will be solved.

Very cozy . House is taken care with love and you can tell each person leaves what they needed for the next . Lots of appliances towels beds comfy and clean . House was super clean no short cuts taken . Pictures don’t do the house justice . There is stairs to get in only thing that I didn’t know .

My group had an incredible time at Treb’s place. The views were unbeatable, the cabin was cozy and spacious, and we loved the location. We loved starting the day with coffee in the sun room or on the deck, then enjoying the jacuzzi and views after a day of activities. Would love to stay here again!

Very cozy place to stay. Fireplace is a plus on the cold weather. The hotel is peaceful and the pier is a great place to see the sunset. There’s a lot of restaurants close by. The room is super clean, linens are good quality and it has a full kitchen. Mark left everything explained before the check in. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, very clean and spacious bedrooms and common space. Host provides most of the things you might need in kitchen and bath super helpful. Great communication, clear instructions and easy to access. Will book again!

We loved staying at this air bnb, there were a couple things missing or broken that we needed, laundry detergent, etc. all in all though great neighborhood and place to book for a couple of nights. For anyone else booking for the summer time, there was no AC although the fans work great and open windows at night too. It was perfect for smaller company, for us it was just 2 people and the area was absolutely lovely, we would definitely recommend!

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

Brandon's place was right off the main road, so great for walks with a view of the lake. Stairs to get, very roomy inside, very. We enjoyed our stay here, wish we had booked longer so we could enjoy the location more.

Vasily's place was perfect. All the appliances look brand new and the place was very clean. It is very close to main city but far enough to be quiet. Also, it's pet-friendly so we could bring our dog and he loved going out in the backyard.

I had a great stay at Marci’s place! The house was clean, had great instructions/recommendations for the house and area, and the backyard and deck were so nice to have. There was quite a bit of pollen due to all the nearby trees, so if you are allergic remember to bring allergy meds in the summer. The kitchen was very well stocked. They also provided a kayak and a lot of beach gear. The hot tub was fantastic!

We cannot imagine a more ideal yet affordable place to stay in South Lake Tahoe. Despite being a company, RNR managed to be personable and responsive. All rules and regulations have a purpose & are reasonable. The unit was immaculate, which is always our top priority. Great stay.

Lovely cottage in Kings Beach! Close to everything and an easy walk to the beach. Appreciated the host recommendation for a tiny walk-up Mexican taco place. Extremely good! I left my heart in Kings Beach!

Loved our stay there! Not very many places allowed us to have all of our pups with us so we're very grateful that they were welcoming and accommodating. Their home was very clean and also included beds for the pups. Loved that there was a spacious yard for our pups to roam around in for potty breaks. Tom was very responsive and it was very easy to communicate with him. Would definitely love to come back one day for another pup trip

Great place to stay with young kids. Easy walk to the gondola in ski gear during naps and short walk to the beach with a playground. Ideally located. Comfortable beds and clean all around. Great layout for the 4 of us. Would stay here again!

This was a great place for us to stay and store some of our items for our wedding. It was centrally located with the venue being across the street. The house was very convenient and spacious, and allowed us to host our friends and family for gatherings. Andrea was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

This place was much bigger than we needed but it allowed pets and that was our main criteria so we could have a long weekend as a family. That said, the place was amazing!! Exactly as pictured and no surprises. Everything was clean but more importantly, everything was comfortable....the upstairs bed had me asleep in minutes. With so many places to sleep, we talked about inviting extended family back some time to skiing at Palisades and staying here... it would be PERFECT! Neighbors are also so very friendly and awesome. Caterina was checking in to make sure we were okay and very responsive to me. Money well spent for a much needed get away to the mountains!

This is the second time we have been lucky enough to stay in this beautiful and peaceful retreat. I cannot speak volumes enough of how wonderful it is. Amazing hosts. Beautiful home. Easy drive to all ski resorts (winter) hiking trails and beautiful Tahoe beaches and scenery yet hidden away in a quiet neighborhood. We feel so lucky to have found this gem!

Location, location, location! It was so nice to be able to walk to get food, coffee, ice cream, shop, go to the beach, etc. What a great spot. My dogs and I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back! Very cute decor, feels very homey. Thank you!

Perfect place for a ski week! Sarah was very responsive and attentive, and the cabin was private and well-maintained. Could not have asked for a better location.
