It has a private balcony overlooking the River Cam where you can observe rowers, swans and herons gliding by. It is a 20-25 minute stroll along the river towpath into the historic centre of Cambridge or a ten minute bike ride. A Tesco local is 2 mins away, pizza pub and coffee bar and post office. Friendly Labradors roam freely.

Also close by is the Junction music venue, The Light cinema, tenpin bowling and Puregym. We are a 10 minutes by bike from the biomedical campus and Addenbrookes Hospital.

Inside it’s light and airy whilst also quiet and cosy.

We have fast WIFI (minimum 250mb) so work form here is no problem.
