Enjoy this renovated ground floor one-bedroom unit in the quiet and peaceful northern suburb of Strathpine. The unit is modern and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and private stay including a separate bathroom, a roomy bedroom and a combined kitchenette, lounge area with a TV. You have your own private entry and street parking and use of our laundry and its washing machine and dryer. This apartment is just a 9-minute walk to Strathpine Shopping Centre and an 8-minute walk to the train station from which you can be in the CBD, airport or the beach in no time. It is either 24 km drive to Brisbane CBD, a 26 km drive to Brisbane airports or an 11 km drive to Sandgate. You have easy access to both the Gateway Motorway to head north or south and the Bruce Highway to head to the Sunshine Coast. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable queen-size bed with a split system air conditioner for cooling and heating. The bathroom area provides a shower, vanity basin and toilet with toiletries and hairdryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner cooktop, small fridge, microwave, sink and cooking utensils including saucepans and rice cooker. Kitchen is equipped with crockery, cutlery, glassware, utensils and some tea, coffee, water and milk for your arrival. There is also has a small table with two chairs for eating meals or doing work. The living area has a TV and comfy couch which can be turned into a sofa bed. You have access to our laundry for washing and drying as you require. Wifi is included, and details will be provided upon check-in. The apartment is very well suited for one person, two people or perhaps a couple with a small child/baby needing short term accommodation or for people visiting relatives or friends nearby but want their own space and privacy. The apartment is also ideal for a business person or tradesperson working in the area, as it well catered to make your stay comfortable and private with all essential amenities close by, including a shopping centre, shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Guests have private entry and exit into the home, and there is ample street parking in this quiet cul-de-sac
Our home is located at the end of a culdesac in a quiet part of Strathpine and there are many shops, restaurants, cafes and the train station all within walking distance, or a short drive.

    Fully self contained unit with separate side entrance. Shared washing machine outside the unit. The unit has a separate bathroom with shower, a kitchenette (small toaster oven and hot plate provided) equipped with the basics for cooking and eating. The open plan lounge room has a sofa (folds down to become an extra bed), a study corner with desk and a separate small dining table with chairs. A large book shelf, cube shelf and mobile clothes hanger provide storage. Sleep nook with double bed.
    The unit sits under the main house and is fully private and self contained. Permanent living family in house provides easy reach help if you have queries.
    Unit is located in a very quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbors and a very safe street. There is an Aldi supermarket, pharmacy and cafe within walking distance (5-7 min walk) and bus stop nearby. Family friendly suburb and plenty of bush land nearby.

    Relax in a lovely quiet street across the road from Kensington Shopping Centre, that has Coles, Bakery, The Reject Shop, Chemist and more. Walking distance to train and bus, own private courtyard, on site parking in front of the security door in the driveway, two bedrooms, 1 queen in each room, spacious lounge, dining room, bathroom and large kitchen. Free wi-fi!
    Guests have exclusive use of the front courtyard, where smoking is permitted.
    Lovely quiet street, across the road is Kensington Shopping Centre and a short drive to major shopping centres.

    My home will hopefully feel like your home away from home. As can be expected from a house of this age, it has its quirks. I may or may not be fully finished painting the exterior (bigger job than I expected. I don't yet have WiFi. My apologies if this is a deal breaker for you. I do however have very comfortable couches to watch exciting free-to-air tv. There is free street parking available if you are driving. The driveway is not wide enough to park a number of vehicles in unfortunately.
    Your room during your stay contains a comfy double bed. Towels and linen provided. Spare pillows and duvet / doona and linen available in the drawers in your room if required. My home is very close to the shops (IGA, Dominos, 7-11 etc). Chermside shopping centre is a 5 minute drive away. Sandgate is 10 mins the other way. The city is 20 mins drive or around 20-30 mins on the train.
    Zillmere is a suburb thats pretty interesting. Its ethnically diverse. I've found it relatively quiet. There are certainly some interesting people around if you head up to the IGA after 8pm.
  • Gorgeous house with everything you need. Short drive to the city and 2 minutes walk to the train station. The bed is very comfy and the house is very clean. Melyssa is a great host, very easy to get along with. Highly recommended. Thank you so much we will be back.

    three bedrooms unit. Cleaning and tidy. two bedrooms with single bed for rent. per room $40 per night for one person. $25 per night for extra person in the same bedroom. no kids pleas饿because there are people living in the first floor. 6 mins walking to 330 bus stop, 25 mins to the city CBD. 15 mins walking to bus exchange station in Chermside Shopping Centre. there are lots of restaurants open till 9pm in the center. if you want to have beautiful food and fun it is the one. wakling ten mins only.

    This is quiet and safe place to stay with friendly and lovely neighbourhood, there is a lot of open base and parkland, there are several parks for BBQ and enjoy the nature near the house, the Queen bedroom with shared bathroom, the use of the kitchen, laundry, backyard and swimming pool is available for you, extra kitchen storage for food can be arranged. Street parking in front of the house.
    This is very quite and beautiful place of famous Brisbane suburb, like living in the garden with best security. This room with great view, from the window you can see the green lawn and all kinds of flowers. 4 minutes walk to public transport station, 350/351 direct to Aspley Hypermarket and Brisbane CBD Shopping Aspley Hypermarket has Coles, Woolworth, Kmart, Sunlit Asian Grocery Store, Seven eleven, ALDI, KFC, Coffee, Bakery, Asian food/Restaurant, Pharmacy, McDonald’s, Domina’s Pizza, Officeworks and Bank. Westfield Chermside is the biggest shopping centre in Australia, which has almost everything you need.
    This is quiet and safe place to stay with friendly and lovely neighbourhood, there is a lot of open base and parkland, there are several parks for BBQ and enjoy the nature near the house, l lived in different countries, this is the best place I would like to stay for the rest of my life.

    Welcome to our 40 sqm downstairs unit, it has a flat private separate entry, and has been extensively renovated with a new designer bathroom, and contemporary kitchen. Ensuite bathroom has access to a private garden area. You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay in our bush-land setting. Our guests often comment about how tranquil and quiet the unit is. We are a strictly non smoking residence please.
    The unit is very private, tucked out of the way off the main road, and down a private roadway. We have one small step into the unit, other than that it is perfectly flat. You will need a car, or use ride sharing or taxi to get around, we are not that close to public transport, and the trip from Brisbane airport is about 25 mins. Grovely train station is a 5 minute drive, we are 11 kms from the CBD. Our closest shopping centres are in Arana Hills and Brookside at Mitchelton. The apartment is fully self contained with a Queen bed and bedside tables & lighting, in a spacious separate room, there is plenty of hanging space in the WIR, and a front load washing machine and clothes line for your convenience. The new european oven and ceramic cooktop make cooking a breeze. You will find a supply of tea, coffee, milk, condiments and first day breakfast items. Entertainment wise we have a large size TV with a DVD player and chromecast, and fast wifi. The unit is always comfortable with a reverse cycle AC, and in hot weather feel free to access our pool when the cover is off. There is sufficient off street parking, in a bush surrounding. Gas BBQ available on request There is a lovely bush walking track which takes you through to Arana Hills and Ferny Grove, you can walk as little, or as much as you like! We look forward to meeting you and assisting in any way we can.
    Close to: Arana Hills shopping centre. Medical centres. Prince Charles Hospital. North West Hospital. Samford Valley. The Gap.

Can accommodate a child. 2 minute walk to bus stop, which can take you to Chermside or the City, shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast.
    Full kitchen with all the necessary accessories for cooking. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk. Washing machine in the bathroom. Luggage rack. Library exchange. Great queen size bed. And a small patio to relax in the sunshine or a quite drink after a big day sightseeing. Green outlook.

    We are a young couple staying in a 3 level townhouse which is almost 15 minutes drive from airport and 20-30 minutes drive to city. Public transport is very easily accessible, bus is just steps away-right outside our complex and train station is just 5 minutes away. This new complex is almost brand new, totally secured, with basic amenities like ample of car park, swimming pool. Taigum Village(shopping centre) is just 200 meter away with few restaurants, ALDI, Coles, SUBWAY etc.
    Townhouse is a brand new, with much fresh feel. Complex is secured with CCTV surveillance. Shopping centre is on a walking distance.
    Taigum is a very good suburb, just 14 kms away from city, bit quite and wonderful people around. Our complex is very close to SUBWAY, Coles, ALdi, restaurants, just 200 meters away. Bus stop is just outside complex and train station is 5 minutes away. Close to parks, walking tracks!!!

Walking distance to Nundah village shopping centre, pubs and restaurants. Very quiet location as you are sharing with 1 person. Have faster NBN internet.

    The space is modern and welcoming. Netflix, Stan and free WiFi is available to guests. Public transport is readily available with a bus stop located next door and the Carseldine train station and bus transit centre only a three minute walk. The small shopping centre across the road includes, hairdresser, chemist, doctor, convenience store, restaurants plus more. Coffee machine is in the studio with an assortment of coffee pods. A variety of tea is also available. The studio includes a toaster oven, induction hotplate, saucepans, electric frying pans, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils. The private garden is a beautiful place to relax, day or night.
    In the suburb of Carseldine, 13km north of Brisbane's CBD, the home is an hour from the Gold and Sunshine Coasts. Hop on a bus next door, or walk three minutes to catch a train. Across the road you have two restaurants in the shopping centre and a very short walk away you have a Saturday morning farmers market to enjoy a delicious breakfast.

Barbara was the perfect host and left us so many things in the studio, Fresh flowers 💐, coffee, milk, butter and so much more. Her gardens are spectacular and you feel like you’re living in a little piece of heaven. The birds came every morning to the feeder and it was a delight to just watch them. She told us some great places to go. We had a rental car but the train station is right across the road so you can get really anywhere. The aircons in the 2 bedrooms work very well and they are able to cool the whole house, while also running the ceiling van in the living room. We didn’t realise the days were so hot until we walked outside the house. Philip was generous with a good selection of cereals, teas, coffee, bread & milk etc. Loved being able to access the home by driving in garage with a remote.     We love living in our high set modern Queenslander where we can sit outside and enjoy the breeze on a hot day. The house has reverse cycle aircon. Sam loves his garden and which provides us with bananas, papayas, guavas, citrus as well as vegetables. Rainbow Lorrikeets visit daily to be fed. We're a close 10 minute walk to the sea, cafes, shops and parks. We enjoy biking along the bikeways through the wetlands or along the sea shore.
    It is a ten minute walk or a one stop train ride to the beautiful seashore where you can enjoy a walk to the Shorncliffe pier, enjoy cafes. A ride on a bike on the wetlands or foreshore bikeways is always pleasant. Supermarkets are nearby other shops, cafes, resturants, banks etc. Our home is beside a park in a very pleasant environment.

    This area is perfect for just an overnight or short stay for guests passing through Brisbane or on their way home by air. With normal traffic conditions it's about 25 minutes by taxi/Uber to the airport. Just note that if you are walking from the station or bus stop, there’s a very steep hill to walk up, not good on a hot day!It’s difficult with a big bag because the footpath also runs out. Just let me know if you are arriving this way and I may be able to pick you up.
    The space is small, but very light filled and has a very private porch directly outside with views of the garden. We do not supply breakfast as such, but there’s a Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave, small fridge and kettle. There is also milk, tea , coffee pods and banana bread or a lovely cafe an easy walk away called “Brisbean”. The garden itself is accessible and pleasant to take a walk around with a pond, chicken house and possibly two little friendly, curious Pomeranians to keep you company ! We also welcome your dog if he/she is small and well behaved. They are allowed inside the room as small dogs are usually used to being inside and there is a grass area just outside for them to do their business. We would appreciate it if you picked up the doo doos because others including ourselves also use that area ! The area is fenced so there is no problem with escapees. We keep our dogs separate if you do bring yours, it is just quieter and safer for all .
    Our neighbourhood is quiet, leafy, family and dog friendly, perfect for taking a walk around if you don't mind hills ! There are great views of the city to be had and breezes in the evenings.

  • Myself and my partner stayed at Callum's place for about a week. We arrived late in the evening and self check-in was straightforward with lights to guide the way! Once we stepped inside, we found the place to be immaculately clean and really spacious too (even more so than the photographs suggest). It was great having both a sofa to relax in and a kitchen table to eat at and to do a bit of work. The kitchen facilities were also good with the plug-in electric stove being a useful touch to allow us to do a little bit of our own cooking. The washing machine was also very much appreciated. Most importantly, we both found the bed to be firm and comfortable. Roadside parking was also very easy right next to the property. I'd happily stay here the next time I'm in the area.

    Our guest suite is located at the back of the property with a peaceful outlook from the upstairs balcony. Although it's attached to the main house, it is not connected internally. You'll have your own private entrance and door + a private balcony. We're a couple in our late 30s with 2 boys ages 1 and 3 years. We also have a cat. We'll be respectful of your space and privacy and keep noise to a minimum when we're in the back yard.
    Great, peaceful location within walking distance to local shops, restaurants. Bus route runs semi regularly at the end of the street, and train station is a casual 15mins walk away. All taking you directly to Brisbane CBD.
    Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with minimal traffic noise and plenty of trees.
  • Nice quiet, private space, close to Arana Hills shops. Bed and bathroom are upstairs with a small living area and kitchenette downstairs. Communication was good, bee was comfortable and the ceiling fan was enough to keep the upstairs cool enough to sleep well on quite a hot day. Great value for money overall.

    This is very quite and beautiful place of famous Brisbane suburb, like living in the garden with best security. This room with great view, from the window you can see the green lawn and all kinds of flowers. 4 minutes walk to public transport station, 350/351 direct to Aspley Hypermarket and Brisbane CBD Shopping Aspley Hypermarket has Coles, Woolworth, Kmart, Sunlit Asian Grocery Store, Seven eleven, ALDI, KFC, Coffee, Bakery, Asian food/Restaurant, Pharmacy, McDonald’s, Domina’s Pizza, Officeworks and Bank. Westfield Chermside is the biggest shopping centre in Australia, which has almost everything you need.

    We are a young couple staying in a 3 level townhouse which is almost 15 minutes drive from airport and 20-30 minutes drive to city. Public transport is very easily accessible, bus is just steps away-right outside our complex and train station is just 5 minutes away. This new complex is almost brand new, totally secured, with basic amenities like ample of car park, swimming pool. Taigum Village(shopping centre) is just 200 meter away with few restaurants, ALDI, Coles, SUBWAY etc.
    This is a 3 bedrooms Tri- level Townhouse with 2 bedrooms at top floor. I will share the same floor with separate bedroom & toilet. Its modern private room with a superb comfortable queen bed (please note there is no air-con in the room). Share spacious living room and a luxury big hotel stylish shower room.Free Wi-fi & Netflix access 24 hrs.
    Taigum is a very good suburb, just 14 kms away from city, bit quite and wonderful people around. Our complex is very close to SUBWAY, Coles, ALdi, restaurants, just 200 meters away. Bus stop is just outside complex and train station is 5 minutes away. Close to parks, walking tracks!!!
