The detached, almost 100-year-old house, with a lot of character and coziness, is centrally located in the heart of Pfeffingen - starting point for premium hiking trails. A bus stop is directly in front of the house as well as a private parking space for about 2 cars or 1 camper and 1 car. A wood-burning stove is available for coziness in the evening. Behind the house, a cozy garden (about 25 square meters) with a wooden terrace invites you to linger. It is fenced with a low wooden fence.

Welcome! We are located about 10 minutes' walk from the center of Ebingen in a low-traffic residential area. The granny flat with a separate entrance area is completely at your disposal. A bedroom with a large bed (1.4x2m) and closet, a living-dining room with kitchenette and additional sleeping space on the sofa (1x2m). A daylight bathroom with floor-level shower niche and underfloor heating. We are a family of 6 with a dog and look forward to your visit!

We rent an apartment with bathroom and toilet in our house on the ground floor. The bedroom has a large double bed (2x2m). There is also room for a children's travel cot here. Adjacent is the bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Next door is a large living room with a sofa bed as another sleeping option, TV and a cozy dining area. A fully equipped kitchen as well as a washing machine are also available.
