Enjoy as a family of this fabulous home that offers good times in perspective. Apartment close to resorts and lake, ideal location 20 minutes from the feclaz, 20 minutes from Lac du Bourget. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. 15 square meter terrace with view of La Croix du Nivolet and La Chapelle St Michel. Start of hiking very close by and shopping close by ( vival, butcher shop etc.). Everything is on site to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Facilities for a pleasant stay for two people and/or young child. 25 minutes from the resort of La Feclaz (cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) and 40 minutes from Margeriaz ( ski touring, sleigh dog...). Quiet T2, close to Chambery, Thermal Baths and resorts.

Party and evening forbidden ! Please be quiet after 11 p.m. T2 on the floor of our house where we live with my spouse and our 2 children. The entrance is independent, so is the apartment. The bus line that leads to the city center in 15 minutes passes 50 meters from the apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet, we are surrounded by mountains and shops. Parking spaces in the yard in front of the house. Barby is adjacent to Challes les Eaux, 10 minutes by bike
