My place is close to the city center and nature. You'll love my place because of the mountain view and green meadows. The apartment is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, adventurers, and business travelers. In these special times we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. A day break is taken between the individual bookings ( arrival and departure) in order to have enough time for the measures.

Not suitable for small children! 30 sqm apartment (160x200 bed) with a small shower room and a small kitchen in a quiet residential area. New house rule: Guests who have only booked 1 night are only allowed to use the kitchen to make tea or coffee. Use of the kitchen is only possible for stays of 2 nights or more. Unfortunately, many guests leave the kitchen in a state that requires a lot of cleaning and unnecessarily increases costs. I'm sorry!

Whether by car or train, everything is indirectly at your doorstep. Your home is in the center. In 5 minutes you can reach the Easter lakes, the horses, shopping, sights. Roche can also be reached in 10 minutes. The house was built in 2018. So everything's brand new, including your decor.
