Quiet, Eclectic 2-Bedroom Townhouse in Old Town

Walk where George Washington walked at Christ Church, then create a hearty brunch in the Mediterranean blue-colored kitchen. With its mix of fun bright colors and Colonial style woods, this home is a delightful blend of rich architecture and modern whimsy. There's a fully stocked kitchen and a 'drink one, replace one' selection of beer and wine in case you can't get to the store before unwinding on the back patio or in front of the fireplace. We set the place up for our own family and hope you will enjoy it with yours. Business travelers will find it an easy home-base. Only 5 miles from DCA. Easy access to I-95, National Harbor, and the GW Parkway. Whole townhouse and back patio Self-entry, but we're available by phone, text, or email The home is in a historical neighborhood founded in 1749. George Washington's church, the Lee-Fendall House and the Torpedo Factory Art Center are here. The area is dog-friendly and filled with delightful restaurants, shops, boutiques, and parks. Easy access to: Downtown DC (about $20 Uber ride,) ~20 min walk to Metro; Convenient to DCA; 6 blocks to King St.; 4 blocks to the historic GW parkway and Potomac River recreation path. Easy access to I-95. Ample on-street parking. The Dog House has stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is inappropriate for toddlers.

Beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom

Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.
